Chapter 106: Substitution Exposed

I heard it was Zhao Yuan,

Su Wen frowned.

She thought it was not Xu Zhuoyue, but the oldest Wu Bin.

I never thought she was a female student.

Zhao Yuan looked a little introverted, and her appearance was normal. She just kept stealing glances at Senior Zhou during the morning class.

Thinking of this, a hint of disdain flashed across Su Wen's eyes.

She looked at Xu Zhuoyue and whispered, "Senior Zhou calculated the correct data because of the notes in the newspaper. I saw that you were frowning just now. Did you get scolded by Professor Liu?"

Xu Zhuoyue blushed a little and hurriedly explained: "No, it's all Chu Yun's fault. She just said things to please the professor, and the professor kept teaching her, so we can't do as well as she does."

Su Wen frowned at the man and really looked down on this young and naive guy, but she still had something to ask him after all.

"It's okay. I believe in you, Junior Xu. Take this newspaper. Senior Zhou will definitely thank you tomorrow. I don't know who wrote it, so keep it for now."

After Su Wen finished speaking, she glanced at the stunned person and left.

Xu Zhuoyue held the newspaper in his hand, looked down at the string of numbers on it, and thought about what Senior Sister Su said.

He gritted his teeth, folded the newspaper and put it in his pocket.

Today is only the first day, and the limelight has been taken by Wu Bin and Chu Yun. If Zhao Yuan also received thanks from Senior Zhou, wouldn't he be the most embarrassed one?

He might be laughed at when he returns to school.

Xu Zhuoyue gritted his teeth and thought of the quiet and introverted Zhao Yuan. He only had a string of numbers and was going to use them himself. He thought she wouldn't dare to do anything.

The next morning,

A group of four people was arranged to listen to Zhou Ningfeng's explanation.

This time, there are other people in the laboratory besides Zhou Ningfeng and Su Wen.

There are a total of 7 people in the laboratory. Five of them went on a business trip to other places two days ago and came back today.

Everyone introduced themselves to each other, and finally Chu Yun and his group moved their chairs and sat by the window to listen.

Zhou Ningfeng talked about his latest scientific research project.

At the end, he looked at the Kyoto University students with a smile.

"I also have to thank a classmate who marked the correct experimental data in the newspaper, so that I could complete the work smoothly."

Chu Yun raised her eyebrows when she heard this.

Zhao Yuan excitedly tugged at Chu Yun's clothes. The numbers on the newspaper were written by Chu Yun. She originally wanted to help herself solve the problem, but she didn't expect that it would help Senior Zhou.

Seeing that Zhao Yuan was very excited, Xu Zhuoyue closed his eyes, gritted his teeth and stood up.

"Senior Zhou, you're too polite. I was just observing your experiment and taking notes. It's my honor to help you."

Zhao Yuan was stunned after hearing these words and looked at Xu Zhuoyue in disbelief.

How could he say these words?

She had clearly seen Chu Yun write the numbers on the newspaper with her own eyes.

The smile on Chu Yun's lips grew wider, and she even felt that this man was extremely stupid.

He wouldn't think that he could just pretend to be someone else and write down a few numbers and it would be alright.

Zhou Ningfeng was slightly surprised to see that it was him.

Because from what he saw, this classmate had a lot of knowledge, but his comprehension ability was not very good. I didn't expect that he was the one who wrote it.

Zhou Ningfeng smiled and said, "It's a good thing that everyone is here today. Let Xu come up to the stage and explain it."

After hearing this, Xu Zhuoyue was stunned.

Didn’t you say you want to express your gratitude? Why do you still need to explain?

How could he explain it? He was so busy practicing the handwriting of these numbers last night that he didn't even understand what these numbers meant.

"I,"

Seeing this, Zhao Yuan took the initiative to help and said, "Senior Zhou, the numbers in the newspaper were written by Chu Yun."

After saying this, Xu Zhuoyue's face turned red and he glared at Zhao Yuan with gritted teeth.

Zhou Ningfeng was stunned and subconsciously looked at Chu Yun at the edge.

Su Wen couldn't accept it and blurted out, "Impossible! How could she, a freshman, figure that out?"

Chu Yun chuckled, "What's wrong with being a freshman? Just because you can't do it doesn't mean others can't. Data calculations aren't difficult."

When these words were spoken, everyone else in the lab was shocked at how bold this junior girl was.

Su Wen's face turned red and dark, and she clenched her fists and said, "If you have the guts, go up on stage and give a lecture, don't try to take credit for other people's work."

Xu Zhuoyue clearly said it was Zhao Yuan, so who knows if she used a trick to replace him.

Chu Yun ignored her and looked at Senior Zhou.

Zhou Ningfeng nodded, "Sister Chu, then you can explain it to everyone."

Chu Yun stood up and walked over, narrating her thoughts in a calm and confident manner.

The reason she was able to calculate this was not because she was a genius in scientific research, but simply because she had done too many physics and chemistry problems. She used a type of formula, substituted the data, and solved the problem.

Zhou Ningfeng listened and took a pen to calculate according to her method.

After Chu Yun finished speaking, he figured it out quickly.

It’s exactly the same!

Zhou Ningfeng looked at the formula above and suddenly realized it. He smiled and sighed, "I kept repeating the experiment, thinking I had missed something. I didn't expect it was the formula that was the problem."

When others heard this, they looked at the girl in surprise. It was true that Peking University was full of talented people, and even the freshmen were so outstanding.

Su Wen clenched her fists with a dark face. This was the fact, and she did not refute it.

"Xiaomei Chu, thank you for your guidance. I'm sorry about what happened this morning." Zhou Ningfeng apologized sincerely.

It wasn't because she helped him, but because he was already planning to apologize to someone.

Chu Yun took a look and replied, "Senior Zhou, you're too polite."

She and he are not even friends, and his words and actions cannot affect her, so there is no need for this apology.

Zhou Ningfeng looked at people with a calm and distant expression.

I suddenly thought of what happened at the office gate yesterday afternoon. Chu Yun beat someone up and said some threatening words in a very arrogant manner.
