As the last rays of the setting sun quietly retreated from the ground, a night breeze began to rise, and the darkening sky resembled a giant woven net, making it difficult to breathe.

The wooden door to the interrogation room was pushed open, and the policewoman led Ye Yun and Qin Zheng inside.
Upon entering the room, an overwhelming stench hit you.

A mouthful of saliva splashed onto the ground.
The stench in the interrogation room intensified instantly, making Ye Yun feel nauseous. Even the well-trained policewoman next to her couldn't help but sniffle and frown, looking as if she didn't want to breathe.
