"Weren't you going to hang yourself in my car?" Su Xiaonuan frowned, pointing to the strip of cloth tied to the car. "Are you going to hang yourselves, or should I take you there?"
"Excuse me, I'm getting old and my hearing and eyesight aren't what you just said." Lan Guangxue was stalling for time. He wanted to get the hammer so he wouldn't be afraid of this woman anymore.
No matter how skilled a woman is in martial arts, her delicate fists are no match for an iron hammer.
He and Wang Xiaobao had planned this beforehand: they would first use the hanging threat to scare them. Rich people are afraid that a dead person would bring bad luck with their cars. They would only stop smashing the car if they were given money, but if they weren't, they would smash it.
How could their little actions escape Su Xiaonuan's eyes?
She gave a cold laugh, said nothing, and darted to the side of the hammers. She stretched out both hands and easily lifted the heavy hammers. Then she put the two hammers under her feet and stepped on the handles.
Everyone was stunned. She lifted the huge iron hammer, which even a grown man would have to carry, with ease, as if she were lifting a chicken.
They had witnessed Xiao Nuan's kung fu skills before, but they never expected that such a frail woman could be so strong.
"What are you doing with our tools?" Lan Guangxue's lips twitched, and he broke out in a cold sweat. This woman was really a ruthless character.
"Clear the area so you two can die without any obstacles," Su Xiaonuan said, pointing to the torn strip of cloth. "If the cloth isn't strong enough, and you fall again, this big iron hammer might hurt your backs, leaving you crippled."
"You...you...don't push your luck!" Lan Guangxue's arrogance subsided.
"Am I going too far?" Su Xiaonuan looked around at everyone. "You all be the judge. They tried to hang themselves on my car and even tried to smash it with a sledgehammer. Am I going too far, or are they trying to extort money from me?"
"They're trying to extort money from us," the crowd said in unison.
These past few days, they've been helpless against these two wicked bastards. Now that someone can take them down, it's sure to be a great relief.
"Did you hear that? Everyone knows what you're up to." Su Xiaonuan's gaze shifted, staring intently at Lan Guangxue. "Like father, like son. With parents like you and Li Chunxiang, it's no wonder you produced a scoundrel like Lan Yin."
"Don't you dare insult my Lan Yin!" Lan Guangxue pointed at Su Xiaonuan.
"Which of my words was an insult to her?" Su Xiaonuan crossed her arms. "Calling her a bad seed is already being polite. I didn't say she was cheap or promiscuous, which is already being lenient. Don't you, as her father, know what kind of person your own daughter is?"
"You..." Lan Guangxue was finally enraged and threw a punch at Su Xiaonuan.
She deliberately provoked Lan Guangxue to strike first, so that she could beat this bad guy up. So many people saw that Lan Guangxue struck her first. Even if she really hit Lan Guangxue, it would be considered self-defense.
Su Xiaonuan wouldn't break the law knowingly; everything was part of her plan.
She stood there motionless, watching helplessly as Lan Guangxue threw a punch at her.
The onlookers were all holding their breath for her.
"Xiao Nuan, get out of the way!" Aunt Hua shouted anxiously.
Not only Aunt Hua shouted, but many other people also told her to get out of the way.
Because she stood motionless with her arms crossed in front of her chest, she showed no sign of preparing for battle.
Lan Guangxue was secretly pleased with himself. He threw a punch at her with almost all his might, thinking that this punch would definitely make her face bruised and swollen.
Suddenly, Su Xiaonuan quickly dodged.
Lan Guangxue's fist missed its mark, and his body fell to the ground.
Wang Xiaobao covered his eyes, unable to bear watching this scene.
Due to inertia, Lan Guangxue fell down, with half of his body leaping over the two iron hammers on the ground, but the other half couldn't leap over and was stuck between the two large iron hammers.
After letting out a scream, his body, which had fallen to the ground, suddenly arched up and then fell down again, a look of unbearable pain flashing across his face.
That expression was one of unspeakable, incomprehensible pain.
The two large iron hammers stuck him...
This scene reminded Su Xiaonuan of an idiom, "like an egg striking a rock," but Lan Guangxue was even more outstanding than his teacher.
Xiao Nuan couldn't help but cover her mouth and laugh.
She had estimated that when Lan Guangxue fell down, he would get a close encounter with the two large iron hammers, and she wanted to see him knock out his teeth. However, she did not expect that Lan Guangxue would use all his strength to hit her, which meant she had brought this upon herself.
To be precise, he was stuck somewhere between two large iron hammers.
That's why he suddenly bent over and then suddenly lunged down.
"Wang Xiaobao, what are you standing there for? Come and help me!" Lan Guangxue's face was contorted in pain.
Wang Xiaobao then came to his senses and stood there, unsure where to begin. "How can I help you? Are you alright?"
"Take one of those big iron hammers away." Lan Guangxue's eyes welled up with tears from the pain. "Hurry up, do you want to kill me with pain?"
Wang Xiaobao then realized what was going on, bent down and moved the large iron hammer on the left, but accidentally bumped into Lan Guangxue again while doing so.
"Wang Xiaobao, you...you did this on purpose...?"
"I...I..." Wang Xiaobao was so scared that he dared not move.
"Move it away quickly!" Lan Guangxue's eyes were practically spitting blood.
This time, Wang Xiaobao was smarter. He stuffed the unfinished bed sheet into the middle to stop the sledgehammer from squeezing Lan Guangxue.
This time, he successfully rescued Lan Guangxue.
Lan Guangxue reached out and covered the painful spot, lying on his back on the ground for a long time, unable to get up.
