This grand wedding lasted for two whole days at the hotel. It was a rare opportunity for relatives and friends to gather together. They enjoyed good food, drinks, and comfortable accommodations. Even the Su family's relatives who lived nearby stayed at the hotel.
The Xiao and Su families are both incredibly proud; they've truly gained face and felt a sense of triumph!
After seeing off all his relatives and friends, Xiao Moran looked at Su Xiaonuan with deep affection. Before he could say what was on his mind, Xiao Li hugged his leg.
"Godfather, you should go pick up my dad." Xiaoli tilted her head and looked at him cutely, blinking her bright eyes. "My dad should be discharged from the hospital. You said you would pick him up."
"Heh, the little guy's clinging to his godfather now, does he think his godfather's amazing?" Su Xiaonuan laughed.
"Mmm." Xiaoli nodded vigorously. "Godfather is amazing! And super handsome! When I grow up, I want to marry a man like him and live a happy life like my godmother."
Xiao Moran picked up the little girl and pinched her nose. "You're such a little devil!"
DouDou was playing with GuoGuo, TieSuo, and XiaoTian when they heard XiaoLi's words. DouDou and GuoGuo ran over almost at the same time, looked up at XiaoLi in XiaoMoRan's arms, and said, "When I grow up, I'll be super awesome and super handsome. Marry me, and I promise I'll make you live a happy life."
The adults laughed when they heard what the two children said.
What's even more surprising is that DouDou, who's a bit slow on the uptake, speaks exactly the same words as GuoGuo, almost in perfect sync.

Amidst laughter, the children were all picked up by the adults.
Xiao Tian and his sister got into Xiao Moran's car with Aunt Chen; they were going to the hospital to pick up Xie Zhi.
DouDou and GuoGuo followed their maternal grandmother, paternal grandmother, and TieSuo into SuMing's car, and they went straight home.
Xie Zhi received full treatment at the hospital, and his injuries healed quickly. He was able to walk again and looked much cleaner, but he was still pretending to be crazy.
When Xiaotian and Xiaoli saw Xie Zhi, they took out candy and placed it in his hand together. "Daddy, have some candy, it's so delicious!"
Xie Zhi had already seen Xiao Moran and Su Xiaonuan's grand wedding in the newspaper. He knew these were their wedding candies. He should have offered his blessings to these two saviors, but he didn't. Instead, he stuffed the candies, wrappers and all, into his mouth.
This action left everyone dumbfounded.
"Boss, you can't eat that paper!" Aunt Chen said anxiously, reaching into his mouth to take the candy out.
To make it look more convincing, Xie Zhi opened his mouth and bit Aunt Chen's hand.
Amidst Aunt Chen's scream, Su Xiaonuan raised her hand and pinched his mouth to remove Aunt Chen's hand, also taking the candy out of his mouth in the process.
Aunt Chen's fingers had several deep teeth marks.
"Aunt Chen, are you alright?" Su Xiaonuan asked, pulling her along. "Should we go see a doctor?"
"There's no broken skin, no need to see a doctor, it's just a few teeth marks." Aunt Chen gently stroked the teeth marks with her other hand. "I'll rub them and it'll be fine."
Xiao Moran quietly observed Xie Zhi. Was he truly insane or faking it? If he was truly insane, why would he hold back? He probably would have bitten off Aunt Chen's finger long ago; madmen can be incredibly strong when they go berserk.
"Dad, she's Aunt Chen, why did you bite her?" Xiao Tian reached out and slapped Xie Zhi. "She's our family, the only one we have to rely on. You're not allowed to bully Aunt Chen anymore, or my sister and I won't talk to you anymore."
Xiaoli peeled a piece of candy and fed it to Xie Zhi. Xie Zhi opened his mouth to eat it, but Xiaoli suddenly moved her hand away from the candy and coaxed him, "You're not allowed to bully Aunt Chen anymore, okay? If you promise, you can have candy; if you don't, you won't get any."
As he spoke, he even fed the candy to himself.
"Okay, I won't bully Aunt Chen." Xie Zhi nodded vigorously like a child, then opened his mouth to wait for his daughter to feed him candy.
"Ah, open your mouth wider," Xiaoli instructed him, opening her mouth as she did so.
"Ah." Xie Zhi obediently opened his mouth wide, and the next second, the candy in his daughter's hand went into his mouth. The sweet taste spread in his mouth, soaking his bitter heart, and he felt very uncomfortable eating it.
He was going to continue pretending to be crazy, then follow Lan Yin, find out the funds raised, and return them to those who had been deceived because of him. Seeing that the adults were frowning, Xiaotian and Xiaoli kept apologizing to everyone.
Seeing the two children, everyone softened and let Xie Zhi yell and shout at home.
Xie Zhi is a bastard, but he has a wonderful son and daughter.

"Yinzi, should we open the door?" Li Chunxiang looked at her pleadingly.
"Let's go." Lan Yin calmly sat down in the chair, thinking to herself, what's meant to happen will happen, there's no escaping it.
As soon as Li Chunxiang opened the door, Lan Guangxue slipped in, rubbing his hands together as he looked at Lan Yin. "So? Have you made up your mind?"
“Okay, I agree to give you 50,000.” Lan Yin raised her wrist and tidied a few stray strands of hair on her forehead.
Lan Guangxue was stunned. He hadn't expected her to be so straightforward, but hearing her voice made him feel a little uneasy. It was cold and devoid of warmth, as crisp as glass, as if it would shatter at the slightest touch.
He wondered to himself, "Could it be that they're lying to me?"
“Yinzi, why did you agree?” Li Chunxiang protested. “Giving him so much money, he’ll just go find other women and use it for others. It’s better to give it to your mother or me. Don’t give him so much money, five thousand yuan at most. If he wants a divorce, great; if not, fine. Let’s just drag it out like this. Anyway, he won’t get a single penny from me.”
