Chapter 172: Come up with a plan!
"Meng Wei?"
Su Mengxue's eyes darkened, as if she had heard Lu Zhi and Zhou Huizhen mention this person before. They were both quite satisfied with him, but Lu Xin disliked his mediocre family conditions and had always refused to agree.
After thinking it over, she said, "Then we shouldn't just investigate Meng Wei, we should also investigate his parents."
Cheng Xinkai looked at her and asked, "Then do you know his parents' names?"

After Cheng Xinkai swallowed the chicken in his mouth, he looked up at Su Mengxue, closed his eyes for a few moments, and then put the chopsticks in his hand on the table.
He said with a slightly serious tone, "Since you are so sincere in inviting me to dinner, I will give you another idea."
When Su Mengxue heard this, she immediately turned her head to look at him, and asked with shining eyes, "Cheng Xinkai, what's your idea?"
Cheng Xinkai replied calmly, "If this method is a bit risky, are you willing to do it?"
Su Mengxue responded without hesitation: "As long as Lu Xin can be sent to prison and Gu Yunting's innocence can be restored, I am willing."
Cheng Xinkai could see Su Mengxue's determination, so he took off the peace locket from his neck and put it on the table.
"Tomorrow you can buy a tape recorder and wear this around your neck. That should give you the effect you want."
Su Mengxue understood what Cheng Xinkai meant. He wanted to make Lu Xin jealous and then anger her.
However, she still hesitated and said, "Are you sure you are so charming? As far as I know, she has been dating other men in the past two years, and I haven't heard her mention your name at home anymore."
Cheng Xinkai fell back and chuckled: "She's dating other men just to test whether I will be jealous. Don't worry, this method will definitely work, but..."

Su Mengxue curled her lips and blurted out, "I'm not afraid of danger. After all, we're in the hospital. I'm more worried about whether you're overconfident."
