Chapter 23 Special Management Bureau Crossing Department

"The Time Travel Department? Are there many people who can travel through time? How does the country find them? What is their reason for traveling through time?" This is what the family of three is most concerned about.

"Well, is the awakening of your superpowers due to time travel? Can your whole family travel through time?" Bai Feng instantly found the key point.

"Yes." The three of them didn't want to hide it.

"Well, it seems you can't join my department. The Time Travel Department is the country's top secret, and I know very little about it. Please wait a moment, I will contact Minister Tang of the Time Travel Department." Bai Feng pondered for a moment. This matter was not something he could be responsible for. Although they were both from the Special Management Bureau, his rank was the same as Minister Tang of the Time Travel Department, but the status of the Time Travel Department was too special, and he could not intervene directly in it.

"Hello, I'm Bai Feng."

"Old Bai? Didn't you go find that psychic?" Tang Mingwan asked somewhat disinterestedly after hearing Bai Feng's voice. She had just traveled back and was preparing for a good vacation.

"The situation is a bit complicated. To sum up, they were able to awaken their superpowers because of time travel. This is not something I can be responsible for," said Bai Feng.

"Travel! I'll be there soon." Tang Mingwan hung up the phone and immediately used a positioning teleportation talisman to come to Bai Feng's side.

"It doesn't have to be so fast. This teleportation talisman is very expensive!" Bai Feng was a little angry. Cheating was so amazing.

"Stop talking, let me see quickly. There haven't been any new people in the Time Travel Department for nearly half a century. I'm tired of seeing those old guys." Tang Mingwan said anxiously.

Tang Mingwan was the first director of the Time Travel Department of the Special Management Bureau and the first time traveler to proactively report to the country. Although she looked bright and pretty, in her early twenties, with skin so tender that you could pinch water out of it, she was at least a century old.

Her exact age remains a mystery. They say the older you get, the more you become. This person seems to return to her roots with each passing moment. Tang Mingwan has a lively and quirky personality, always keeping up with the times. Whenever she travels back in time, she loves to tease innocent older boys to relieve her emotional fatigue. Fortunately, she maintains a sense of self-control and doesn't actually abuse any of them.

"Wow, so pretty!" Tang Mingwan drooled at Gu Can's face and his serene demeanor. Most of the people in their time-traveling club were orphans, and even if they had families, they'd be worse off than without. Fortunately, they'd all met kindhearted people. Their attitudes weren't particularly good, but they weren't perverted either. But Gu Can looked like someone who'd been raised with love. Gentle and peaceful, not weak or coy, he had a generous demeanor, confident and cheerful. He was truly enviable.

"Thank you, you're beautiful too. I'm Gu Can, and this is my father, Gu Liang, and my mother, Ji Xiaoju. You're Director Tang of the Time Travel Department, right?" Gu Can said this affirmatively. She sensed the power of time and space in this person. It was only because her time ability had reached the Venerable level that she could vaguely sense it.

"It's me, wait a moment." Tang Mingwan was very reliable. After saying that, she looked at Bai Feng and the others. Bai Feng immediately nodded and took the four of them out, standing guard outside the door. Tang Mingwan waved her hand and set up a barrier.

"Let me introduce myself. My name is Tang Mingwan. I was originally from the 21st century, but I accidentally traveled to the Republic of China. Life was so hard back then. Even though I knew we would win, I couldn't hold on several times. But those people were so amazing. They knew nothing, but they were not afraid of risking their lives." Tang Mingwan really grew a lot in that world.

"I passed the novice test and bound to the system on the day the country was founded, and I reported it to the Chairman immediately. My system was a new one, and initially it could only travel through fixed worlds. For basically twenty years, I repeatedly wandered through various small worlds set in the Republican era, and was able to provide very little help to the country."

"In the twentieth year, my system was upgraded, and I began to travel to better worlds. I could also sense the presence of other travelers. I gradually discovered several colleagues in my current department. We can travel through time and space repeatedly because we are bound to the system."

"We have studied this system for many years and it comes from a level seven cosmic civilization. This civilization manages thousands of small universes. 'One flower, one world' is not just an empty talk. They have created many different systems to assist qualified people to intervene in small worlds that have deviated from the historical trajectory and are leading to destruction. So I can sense my colleagues, but you don't have a system." This is what Tang Mingwan is puzzled about.

"Actually, we did, but it was untied after we came back from the first world." Gu Can said helplessly, and they also felt strange.

"I, I, I know!" In Tang Mingwan's mind, a little white cat with blue eyes jumped out. Tang Mingwan immediately brought it out. This was the skin she bought for it.

As soon as the little white cat came out, it flew into Gu Can's arms and asked for a hug. Gu Can saw that she was cute, so he hugged her and she liked petting the cat.

"666!" Tang Mingwan couldn't bear to watch it.

"Hello, hello, I'm Passerby System 666." The cute little voice of the little white cat, 666, completely hit Gu Can's cute spot.

"Okay, tell me the reason quickly." Tang Mingwan asked.

"Okay, I'll tell you, it's because of merit." said 666.

"Merit?" Four faces were confused.

"Merit, I know, I have it too. If I hadn't spent the merit, you wouldn't be what you are now. Then why don't you untie yourself?" Tang Mingwan said.

"How much merit do you have? Your merits added together are not even a fraction of what she has, not to mention that each of them has so much." 666 was so envious.

"How could that be? Not to mention that I have experienced dozens of worlds, just the first twenty years in the Republic of China world where I sacrificed my life and blood for the founding of the country are enough." Tang Mingwan said unconvinced.
