Ningxia narrowed her eyes, then pulled the dagger in her hand back a centimeter or two, and waved to the people behind her to go in and check if the person inside was really unconscious.
Only after confirming that everything was correct did he put down the dagger in his hand.
"Sister, my name is Monkey. He is on the fifth floor. I will go with you. I also want to..." Before he could finish his words, Ningxia looked at him coldly. He suddenly fell silent and wisely stopped talking.
Ningxia arranged for a group to take care of the sentry posts on the second and third floors. The first, second, and third floors were filled with incompetents, equivalent to Mu Yuanjun's security team, but armed. Therefore, they could only conduct quiet raids. Above that was Mu Yuanjun and his group's private territory, unpatrolled.
After both parties confirmed that the task was accomplished, they communicated with each other using cat meows before going their separate ways.
Ningxia took the man who called himself Monkey and quietly went up to the second floor. At the corner, a member of the hunting team was leaning on the stair handle and smoking. Ningxia gave the monkey a look.
This man was incredibly smart. He nodded and walked out with a smile, "Brother Liu! Good evening!"
"You little bastard, why did you come up here instead of guarding the first floor?"
The thin man smiled flatteringly and said, "I just received a package of new goods. I plan to give it to Brother Liu as a gift." As he said this, he pretended to feel around his body.
The man opposite, named Brother Liu, was so absorbed in his own thoughts that he didn't notice the figure approaching from behind him. When he was about to take it out himself, a hand holding a rag suddenly appeared on his mouth.
Brother Liu was completely startled, and before he could react, blood spurted from his neck several meters away. His trachea had been cut, and in the final seconds before his death, he couldn't even call for help. He died silently.
Fortunately, the lights in the building were dim, and the bloodstains could not be seen unless you looked closely, otherwise people at the other end of the corridor would easily notice the clues.
The monkey seemed to be frightened, with blood all over his face. Ningxia frowned at him and was about to say something to send him away.
The man came over with golden eyes, his voice small but full of excitement, "Sister, let's continue going up. I have figured out all the sentry posts on the third floor." Finally, he could avenge his sister!
The two men did not surrender their guns. They were standing on the edge of a knife every minute and every second. Once they succeeded, someone would come to clean up the battlefield.
The two men followed the same method and successfully dealt with the people at the entrance of the corridor on the third floor.
