"Yan'er, don't worry. Now that you're in, you'll definitely see her." Bei Ming Haotian gently comforted her. He had been terrified just now, but seeing that she was safe and sound, his mood calmed down a little.
“Okay!” The two walked along, taking in their surroundings. The place was like a woman’s bedroom, with every decoration being exquisite. The entire tomb was cozy, and there was a huge bronze mirror placed between two screens. When Bei Ming Haotian and Nangong Ziyan passed by, it emitted a faint red light, but the two were in a hurry to go inside and did not notice it.
"Haotian, there's another stone gate here." Nangong Ziyan was taken aback, feeling a pang of sadness in her heart, but she had no idea where this sadness came from.
Unlike Bei Minghaotian, who found everything before him very familiar.
Bei Ming Haotian frowned. He had no memory of ever being in this place before, so why did he have such a strong sense of familiarity with it?
"Haotian, do you have a way to open the stone gate?"
"I'll give it a try." Bei Ming Haotian walked naturally toward the mechanism of the stone gate.
The moment his hand touched the mechanism, Bei Ming Haotian froze. What was going on? How did he know the mechanism was here? Instantly, surprise, doubt, and curiosity flashed in his eyes.
"Bang……!"
The difference is that this time the stone gate is rising upwards.
Nangong Ziyan disregarded everything else and quickly walked inside.
"Yan'er, don't rush..." Before Bei Ming Haotian could finish speaking, Nangong Ziyan disappeared.
"Ah!" Bei Ming Haotian's dark eyes narrowed, he was shocked and impatient, "Yan'er..."
But the only response he received was his own echo.
"Haotian..." Nangong Ziyan also noticed something was wrong. They had clearly come in together, so how could Haotian have suddenly disappeared?
The only response she received was her own echo.
"Haotian..." Nangong Ziyan looked around and realized that she had entered a barrier set up by someone else.
"Waaah..." The sound from before seemed to echo again. Nangong Ziyan ignored everything else and hurriedly ran towards the source of the sound.
The surrounding environment changes every place Nangong Ziyan walks through, transforming into a field of colorful flowers.
Nangong Ziyan didn't have time to pay attention and kept rushing inside...
Beside a stone cave, a large bird, its entire body sapphire blue and its wings fiery red, resembled a peacock but was not a peacock, resembled a phoenix but was not a phoenix, lying on the ground, humming weakly. The moment it saw Nangong Ziyan, the bird's eyes widened slightly, shining as it looked at Nangong Ziyan.
"Was that you calling me just now?" Nangong Ziyan asked, somewhat apprehensive. After all, the creature in front of her was one she had never seen before. She had only come here because her feet were out of control; otherwise, she would never have come to such a terrifying place alone.
The big bird struggled to get up, but after several attempts, it was all in vain.
"Um, are you injured?" The inability to communicate became the biggest obstacle. Nangong Ziyan frowned, not knowing how to help her.
The large bird pointed to one side of its wing, indicating the stone door behind it.
"Are you asking me to open the stone door behind me?" Nangong Ziyan took a few steps back. Could there be something even more terrifying inside? Please, she was genuinely scared! Since everyone has a heart, couldn't you please stop playing these kinds of jokes on her?
The giant bird nodded, its meaning clear. Nangong Ziyan almost collapsed to the ground, but having encountered this situation, she had no choice but to keep going. Taking two deep breaths, she took two steps, then suddenly stopped, looking at the giant bird warily. Was the bird too weak from hunger? Would it eat her whole? Oh well! Never mind, whether it lived or died, she had to go. She needed to find Haotian quickly.
Nangong Ziyan walked over cautiously and saw that Beiming Haotian had opened the second stone door. She also looked around at the place where Beiming Haotian had opened the mechanism, and coincidentally, it was in the same spot.
With a gentle turn, Nangong Ziyan unleashed a deafening roar, accompanied by a cloud of dust, as the stone door sank rapidly downwards.
"Cough cough..."
Nangong Ziyan closed her eyes, choking on the dust.
As soon as she opened her eyes, Nangong Ziyan was stunned. Directly in front of her was a huge crystal coffin, so transparent that everything inside could be seen clearly.
Just as Nangong Ziyan was wondering, the large bird from the area, with some unknown strength, flapped its huge wings and flew towards them.
Suddenly, a beam of red light illuminated its entire body, as if it were being burned by a raging fire.
Nangong Ziyan was so surprised she almost fainted. Could this be the legendary rebirth from the ashes?!
Bei Ming Haotian wandered aimlessly. He realized he was inside a barrier, but he tried many times to get out. It was like Hell Rock, with rubble scattered everywhere. It was pitch black all around, and clusters of flames fell from above, making Bei Ming Haotian sweat profusely. His black eyes turned red, as red as gemstones, shimmering with a faint red light.
"Come out! Who are you? Why did you lead me here?"
Bei Ming Haotian surveyed his surroundings with a sharp gaze, his fiery red eyes blazing with fury, like a lion poised to pounce and tear its prey apart at any moment.
"Hahaha..." The arrogant laughter echoed wildly throughout Hellrock, the laughter sounding like joy, yet also like a lament of pain...
