"Oh dear! They're hopeless." Tian Haoze shook his head strangely, watching the two women's backs. Couldn't they at least restrain themselves? Were they taking advantage of him because he didn't have a woman?
"Young Master, what's beyond saving?" Hua Rujin looked at Nangong Ziyan and the others with envy.
That guy named Bei Ming Haotian looks like an ice sculpture, but the way he looks at Zi Yan is really gentle.
"I said, Hua Rujin, it's fine for you to come with us, but you shouldn't interfere or ask anything that you shouldn't ask. There's a saying..."
"The more you know, the faster you die, right?" Hua Rujin quickly picked up where Tian Haoze left off.
"That's right, you're quite self-aware, huh!"
"Young Master Tian, it seems you're overthinking it. Rujin is just envious of them; she doesn't want to do anything. Why are you asking?" Hua Rujin glared at Tian Haoze defiantly. Although there are many bad people in the world, she really isn't a bad person! Suddenly, Tian Haoze's words flashed through her mind: bad people don't have bad people written on their faces, and good people don't have good people written on their faces. Never mind, time will tell, and they will see her goodness.
At the same time, Hua Rujin's words left Tian Haoze speechless. Looking at her, who seemed so gentle and weak, yet spoke so eloquently and even dared to glare at him, this woman was truly outrageous and unruly.
"Rujin, brother, come here quickly! There are lots of fish and shrimp in the river. We'll have plenty to eat tonight!" Nangong Ziyan called out to them loudly and cheerfully, waving at them incessantly.
"Okay! Brother will come and catch fish right away." Thinking of food, Tian Haoze quickened his pace.
Two hours later, the table was filled with a whole fish feast. The difference this time was that the quantity was several times greater than last time. Having learned from the previous experience, and for the sake of her own belly, Nangong Ziyan specially prepared a lot tonight.
"Wow! Miss Ziyan, you are so skillful! I have never seen such beautiful dishes with so many different ways of cooking fish before. I have truly broadened my horizons tonight." Hua Rujin looked at the table full of dishes with great joy and couldn't help but swallow.
"Hehe! Try it! Every time I see my family enjoying the food I cook, I feel a great sense of accomplishment." Nangong Ziyan smiled happily, finding joy in living each day to the fullest.
"Some people claim they can do anything, but they can't even kill a fish. What are they showing off for?" Tian Haoze said to Hua Rujin in a sarcastic tone. The implication was clear: people should act within their capabilities and be careful with their words and actions to avoid embarrassing themselves.
Hua Rujin pouted. Why did Tian Haoze always seem to be picking on her? So she lowered her voice and asked apologetically, "Young Master Tian, I don't know when I offended you. Please forgive me."
After she finished speaking, tears hung on her rosy cheeks, making her look pitiful.
Looking at Hua Rujin's expression, it was as if Tian Haoze had bullied her.
"Hey! Why are you crying like that? It's like I, Tian Haoze, am bullying you." Tian Haoze was speechless. Fine, fine, didn't he say it was okay? There's a whole table of food, can't he use it to shut you up? Tian Haoze ignored Hua Rujin and started devouring the food. If this continued, all the good food on the table would end up in Haotian's stomach.
Hua Rujin looked at Tian Haoze with amusement, then picked up her chopsticks and began to eat slowly. However, after a few bites, she unconsciously increased her chewing speed, finding the food much tastier than she had imagined.
Nangong Ziyan nudged Beiming Haotian, who was happily eating.
Bei Ming Haotian didn't stop. He gestured to Nangong Ziyan with his eyes and said that the whole fish feast with added herbs made him even more eager to eat.
"Haotian, look, don't those two look like a bickering couple?" Nangong Ziyan said mysteriously.
“No, they look like enemies.” After answering, Bei Ming Haotian continued to eat with his head down.
"Hmm! An enemy?" Nangong Ziyan frowned, only to find herself making a fool of herself.
"Haotian, don't just focus on eating, come on, have some of this." Nangong Ziyan brought a glass of bright yellow orange juice to Beiming Haotian. These were oranges she had grown in her spatial ring. Some of them were ripe, but after picking them, she squeezed them into a glass and added a few ice cubes to enhance the flavor.
Without asking what it was, Bei Ming Haotian took it and drank it all in one gulp. It was icy cold, sweet and sour, and very delicious. Bei Ming Haotian's eyes lit up.
"I want more."
"That's all." Nangong Ziyan was speechless. She drank it all in one gulp. She had squeezed twelve oranges for this cup!
"What is it? It tastes delicious." Bei Ming Haotian couldn't help but ask, knowing that she always made some strange and unusual things, but every time she surprised him!
"Orange juice."
"Never heard of it."
"Although I've never heard of it, you've already eaten it."
When will it happen again?
"They'll only be available after the oranges are ripe."
When will it ripen?
"I don't know the specifics, it might take several more days." The two exchanged a question and a reply.
"Hey Haotian! Don't take your good fortune for granted. You drank a whole cup in one go, and I didn't even see anything. You two, please have some decency and stop tempting and provoking me." Tian Haoze couldn't stand it anymore. They were treating him and Hua Rujin like they were invisible, only caring about showing off their affection.
"If you don't like watching, you can leave." Bei Ming Haotian's tone was not forceful. Only when they left could he be intimate with Yan'er.
"Why would I leave? I haven't bothered anyone!" Tian Haoze glared at Bei Minghaotian. He was reluctant to leave and travel, all because of Yan'er! It was because Yan'er had won him over with her stomach that he couldn't bear to leave.
