Chapter 262 Pure Yang Scripture, Five Organs Circulate Turbidity, Nourish Blood and Strengthen the Body, Ancestral Silkworm Seeks Silk
Wen Caishang straightened her skirt, brushed off the dust, and sat up straight.
As the saying goes, "One who stays near vermilion gets stained red, and one who stays near ink gets stained black."
“That scoundrel Li Xian is a habitual liar, even daring to deceive me. You all seem to be quite close to him, so you must not be telling the truth.”
"Please find another way to prove your identity and dispel my doubts."
Luo Xia hesitated, observing Wen Caishang carefully. She suddenly sensed that Wen Caishang's anger was compounded by resentment at being betrayed. No matter how she tried to deal with it, she couldn't please her.
Suddenly, a servant said, "Madam...Madam...I..."
Wen Caishang glanced at him sideways and said, "Speak."
The constable said, "I...I only recently joined the Martial Guard Hall and don't know Li Xian very well. I didn't know he...he was such a despicable person."
He only said half of what he meant. Wang Wu and Zhang Hou glared at him angrily. To save his life, the constable forced himself to say, "Therefore, the saying 'one who is near vermilion gets stained red, and one who is near ink gets stained black' does not apply to me. I have never received any favors from him, nor have I enjoyed any benefits from him. If I were to encounter Li Xian, I would certainly not protect him, but would report to the madam."
Zhang Hou roared, "You scoundrel!" and kicked out angrily. The constable knew that after uttering those words, he would no longer be able to stay in the Martial Arts Hall. He abandoned all pretense of civility and dodged Zhang Hou's attack by sidestepping.
Wen Caishang flicked her sleeve. Zhang Hou was swept away by the powerful wave, rolling on the ground and plowing a furrow in the earth. Suddenly, he felt itchy all over and rolled around on the ground, howling in pain.
The powerful waves, mixed with cold air, seeped into the body, moving up and down, causing unbearable pain and itching all over the body, a truly torturous experience.
Wen Caishang said, "It seems you know the whereabouts of that scoundrel. Please tell me quickly."
Zhang Hou endured the excruciating pain, his nose stinging with tears. Seeing Wen Caishang's fierce approach and knowing she was unlikely to survive, he said, "Madam... I truly do not know. Even if... even if I did know, I am afraid I cannot tell you!"
Wen Caishang said calmly, "Aren't you afraid I'll take your life?"
Zhang Hou said, "I'm neither afraid nor afraid."
Wen Caishang asked curiously, "What's so special about that scoundrel that you always protect him like this?" Zhang Hou replied respectfully, "If... if you're talking about something special, I'm not very knowledgeable and don't know how to put it. Perhaps Wu Weilang... he's full of wonders."
"Zhang Hou came from a poor family and suffered cold treatment from childhood. When the Huanglong Army attacked the city, the city conscripted young men to defend it. Thus, he obtained a job as a servant in the government office."
"However, most of the yamen runners are scheming and despicable. They oppress the people and extort money from them. In my confusion, I followed the crowd. If I hadn't joined the Martial Guard and learned my true nature, I wouldn't have truly lived."
"Please, Madam, kill him. Lord Zhang does not know the whereabouts of Commandant Wu, but even if he does, he will not say."
His voice was sincere.
Wang Wu and the others all said, "Madam Wen, please do as you please, whether you want to kill or torture us."
Luo Xia fell silent. She stepped to the side, blocking the crowd. Wen Caishang, however, looked away, gazing into the distance.
A mixture of joy and anger welled up within her. "My beloved Li Lang is so outstanding. What he... he said is indeed true. It's impossible not to be willing to give one's life for him... there's no way around it." She couldn't stop thinking about Li Xian, her eyes filled with intoxication and affection, and she remained in a daze for a long time.
"If you're talking about what's strange about him, I know it all too well. He's incredibly gifted, with a handsome appearance, but his temperament is utterly unreliable and extremely wicked."
Her thoughts drifted, sometimes laughing, sometimes scolding. She remained silent for a long time. Luo Xia and the others, feeling their lives were hanging by a thread, dared not observe Wen Caishang's expression. Therefore, none of them knew…
After a long pause, Wen Caishang pointed to the constable who was hastily trying to distance himself from the situation and said softly, "You may step forward."
The constable was overjoyed and said, "Madam, what are your orders?"
Wen Caishang said, "I have something to ask you." The constable replied, "Please ask, Madam. I will answer to the best of my knowledge."
Wen Caishang said, "You say you haven't received any favors from him. But your clothes, food, and other necessities come from the Martial Guard Hall, don't they?"
The constable was taken aback: "Although you come from the Martial Guard Hall, but..." Wen Caishang said, "Does your salary and wages come from the Martial Guard Hall?"
The constable said, "Madam, please rest assured, these salaries have nothing to do with Li Xian. I will never cover for him because of this."
Wen Caishang said, "Really? Miss Luo...the businesses in this city, the flow of funds in the Martial Guard Hall, are all related to Li Xian, right?"
Luo Xia said thoughtfully, "Indeed!"
Wen Caishang angrily said, "You two-faced scoundrel! You haven't learned any of his good qualities, but you've mastered his endless lies. You should kill yourself!" With a flick of her wrist, she drew Wang Wu's sword into her hand and then tossed it at the constable's feet.
The constable was taken aback. Wen Caishang said calmly, "If you don't commit suicide within three breaths, I will order you to have your flesh and bones cut off." Her voice was gentle.
The constable was completely taken aback. How could Zhang Hou, who had been so defiant, still be alive? Yet, by disclaiming any involvement, he was in grave danger.
Luo Xia roared, "You brat!" and slashed with her sword, severing the constable's heart meridian and killing him on the spot.
She was panting heavily. Knowing Wen Caishang's ways well, she knew that if the bailiff had been even a moment later, he would have suffered excruciating pain, his flesh torn and bones ripped from his body. Although she was annoyed by his last-minute change of heart, his lack of integrity, and his treacherous nature, she couldn't bear to see him suffer after spending several months with him. Therefore, she killed him with a single sword stroke, giving him a swift end.
Wen Caishang said, "What I hate most is being lied to. This person is extremely dishonest. I would like to ask the next person to prove their innocence."
Luo Xia said, "Whether she is innocent or innocent, Madam has already made up her mind. There is no need for her to prove it herself."
"We have no objection to how to handle this."
Wen Caishang was utterly bored. She had originally intended to vent her anger, but seeing everyone's sincerity and genuine affection for Li Xian, she found that her anger was somehow extinguished, leaving her mind in turmoil.
He could no longer unleash a massacre.
As evening approached and the elixir was nearing completion, Wen Caishang gracefully stepped out of the hall and vanished.
Luo Xia and the others were all taken aback and waited silently for a while, but there was no sound. Luo Xia quietly went to the outer door and saw that Wen Caishang had already disappeared. Only then did she breathe a sigh of relief.
Wang Wu asked, "Brother Zhang, are you alright?" Zhang Hou shook his head and said, "I'm fine."
Luo Xia asked solemnly, "Are you really alright?" She took his pulse and examined him carefully. He found that there was bleeding and internal injuries. Although the injuries were not minor, he could recover in a few days.
Luo Xia exclaimed in surprise, "How strange! How strange!"
Zhang Hou's face was deathly pale. "It seems I'm not going to escape this fate after all." Luo Xia laughed, "What are you thinking? I meant your injuries are surprisingly minor!"
Luo Xia said, "Lady Zhejian is known for her ruthless methods. Even if she spares a life, she will make sure the person suffers torment and unbearable pain."
"You argued with her today, and logically speaking... losing an arm or a leg would be the least you could do. But... the injuries are so minor. How strange and peculiar."
Zhang Hou said, "That's really strange." Luo Xia realized what was going on and guessed that although Wen Caishang was deliberately looking for trouble, her attitude towards Li Xian must be unusual.
Luo Xia thought to herself, "Is it true that one is influenced by one's surroundings? Could it be that love extends to everything connected to one's loved ones? Does Li Xian really have this ability to make the dignified Lady Zhejian fall in love with everything connected to her? What kind of bewitching potion did he use?"
Looking at the corpse on the ground, he understood even more clearly: "If it really is a case of loving someone because of their love for them, then this guy's sudden betrayal makes his death not unjust. Wen Caishang loved Li Xian very much and came to pick a fight to vent her anger, but out of consideration for Li Xian, she might not have actually killed him. But... your sudden betrayal, isn't that just walking right into the line of fire?"
After sorting things out, I breathed a sigh of relief.
...
...
Li Xian spent two days traveling to "Baishan Prefecture". He ate two pancakes every morning and evening, and spent his time traveling and practicing martial arts... It was a monotonous but fulfilling journey, and hard work always pays off.
The legacy of the tomb in the mountains: Crane Elixir, Five Viscera Avoiding Turbidity and Meeting Yang Classic, Recipe for Imperial Sword, and a Marriage Contract.
The marriage contract and recipes were still far off. The "Crane Elixir" and the "Five Viscera's Purification and Yang Meridian" were right before his eyes, etched in his mind. Li Xian felt he was already a hundred miles away from Yihe Village.
I am mentally and physically exhausted.
It was noon, and the sun was shining brightly.
As summer approaches and the heat intensifies, the cicadas begin their incessant chirping.
Li Xian stepped on starlight, leaping and traveling. His proficiency in the Seven Star Steps was already at [2899]. His movements were light and refined, his body ethereal and agile.
Hanging from a tree branch, he peered out and caught sight of a lake. He saw several travelers taking off their clothes and cooling off in the lake. Li Xian, holding onto a mat, glanced at the sky; the heat was unbearable. He then also took off his clothes and jumped into the cool lake.
He had already developed the characteristics of the second realm of martial arts, having gone through the process of "ascending to the pure and descending to the impure," and dared not wade too deep into the water. So he used vines as ropes and tied them to the tree trunks by the lake.
Clinging to vines, I soaked in the lake. My body sank the moment it touched the water, as if a thousand pounds were dragging me down.
After relieving the summer heat, they pulled on the vines and leaped out of the lake.
With a "splashing" sound, water spilled all over the ground.
Li Xian felt refreshed and clear-headed. He simply tied his long hair up, sat down on the side, unpacked his backpack, and ate and drank some dry biscuits with water.
The Five Internal Organs' Elimination of Turbidity and Harmony with Yang Meridian is profound and extensive. Martial arts, which are known for their "scriptures," "skills," and "secrets," often transcend the framework of "fists and feet" and "swords," encompassing a wide range of subjects and having extraordinary applications.
Li Xian has dabbled in fist, leg, sword, knife, and finger techniques, and has already mastered martial arts. At this moment, he is studying the "Five Organs Avoiding Turbidity and Meeting Yang Meridian" in detail, and at first he finds it obscure and complex, with profound and mysterious principles. However, he can understand its essential meaning through his own contemplation.
He was naturally studious and broad-minded. When traveling with Wen Caishang, he often explored the vast ocean of knowledge. Wen Caishang was unwilling to keep anything to herself and would share everything she knew in detail, explaining the origins and stories. Gradually, Li Xian began to delve into the doctrines of Taoism, Buddhism, and other religions. After pondering for a while, he vaguely sensed that the Five Organs' Purification and Yang-Gathering Scripture was related to Taoism and Buddhism.
It is profound and extensive, and I have benefited greatly from it.
It is divided into two volumes.
Since a few days ago, Li Xian has been studying the book in his spare time, always lingering on the first volume. It is concise and to the point, requiring careful reading and slow contemplation to understand its profound meaning.
The first volume focuses on principles of conduct.
As recorded on page 3 of the above volume:
"Zhao Zheng was the ancestor of the Chunyang School. He was a gentleman, a man of noble character and integrity. One day, he visited a former friend, but because his friend was fast asleep, he did not disturb him. He waited outside the door for three days before he was able to meet his friend. After exchanging a few words, he left again."
Li Xian reflected: "Zhao Zheng has an excellent temperament and a broad mind. The story is recorded in the scriptures to teach future generations to be calm and treat others with sincerity."
Although his understanding was superficial, he was earnest, carefully considering every word and phrase, and gradually memorized them. When he read the second volume, he suddenly realized: the principles in the first volume, seemingly useless, merely taught people principles, but in reality, they were profound and contained hidden mysteries!
The second volume is the "Five Organs Avoiding Turbidity and Gathering Yang Internal Cultivation Method," also known as the "Five Organs Moving Turbidity Method," which can be divided into five levels:
It strengthens the five internal organs, invigorates bones and blood, brings forth creation, generates five kinds of rosy clouds, and allows one to walk on lotus flowers.
After practicing diligently, his internal organs became like jade, and his entire body was flawless. Li Xian read the scriptures several times and believed he had grasped the general meaning. Starting today, he would try to "transform the impurities" and refine his extraordinary skills.
The five internal organs contain the five turbidities.
Ordinary people consume the five grains and various delicacies of heaven and earth, which inevitably accumulate impurities. Warriors may cleanse themselves of their physical impurities, but the world is impure; how can one remain pure?
It will inevitably be gradually tainted by filth.
The five internal organs are places where turbidity accumulates.
The method of eliminating turbidity and harmonizing the Yang meridians of the five internal organs is based on the "mysterious essence of the five elements" and implicitly conforms to the "natural order of heaven and earth," transporting the turbid Qi of the five internal organs. It removes turbidity, strengthens the organs, prolongs life, generates and nourishes essence, consolidates the foundation and cultivates the original Qi, and nourishes the blood and strengthens the body.
Li Xian was well aware of the danger involved.
Hands, feet, swords, and knives are easy to practice, but internal organs are difficult. Human organs are buried between the flesh and blood, difficult to perceive, and difficult to control... so naturally there is no way to practice them.
While training his "iron and bronze body," Li Xian also worked on his lungs. Having tempered his lungs to the point of iron, Li Xian felt he had benefited immensely.
However, the lungs are connected to the nose. Breathing techniques and body-strengthening exercises can somewhat strengthen the lungs. But the heart, liver, spleen, kidneys, and other organs are extremely difficult to strengthen.
Li Xian closed his eyes.
The method of cultivating the internal organs requires forgetting about "internal Qi." One must not interfere with the circulation of Qi, but rather perceive the organs purely through the physical body, as if an invisible hand is grasping the organs.
Gradually apply control. Through organ vibration, flesh and blood movement, blood and qi stimulation, and spiritual influence… forge the organs. Draw out the turbid qi within the organs, but it cannot escape.
The human body is like heaven and earth.
When the balance of clear and turbid substances is disrupted, qi and blood rush directly to the crown of the head, causing bleeding from the seven orifices. In mild cases, this leads to mental impairment; in severe cases, it leads to death. Therefore, this is called the "Five Organs Avoiding Turbidity and Meeting Yang Meridian," rather than the "Five Organs Eliminating Turbidity and Meeting Yang Meridian."
The universe is vast, and so is the way of martial arts. A single martial arts manual, a true scripture, or a fundamental principle often encompasses one understanding of martial arts. Sometimes, two understandings or theories of martial arts are completely contradictory.
That's perfectly normal.
Ordinary martial artists, faced with this situation, would prioritize safety and dare not practice recklessly. Martial artists with a well-developed understanding of martial arts, and a mature grasp of their own understanding, would seek to incorporate the essence of both.
The "perfect face" has no such worries.
A perfect likeness is like an exquisite vessel, flawless and with a plasticity far surpassing others. Even though the two martial arts she practices contradict each other, causing a decline in her strength, she can immediately stop her haphazard practice and find a way to remedy the situation, and return to her original state.
Not afraid of leaving lifelong health problems.
Cardiac waste is transported to the kidneys.
The kidney opening is tightly closed; knocking will not open it.
Li Xian waited patiently, and his kidney gate opened. The impure thoughts of the heart and kidneys mingled for a moment, and then the impure thoughts of the heart departed again. This alludes to the story of "Zhao Zheng visiting a friend".
This method of transporting the five turbidities actually follows the principles of the previous volume. After practicing it once, Li Xian felt refreshed and energetic, with heat rising in his body, experiencing an indescribable sense of well-being.

...
Li Xianshou focused his mind on calming his mind and diligently practiced internal cultivation. He was able to neutralize the "blood decay" side effect of the "Setting Sun and Decaying Blood Sword".
Li Xian mastered the special ability "Heart Fire".
The heart is like a burning fire, cooking the blood and warming the body, making one unafraid of dampness, heat, cold, or freezing. But it can also cook the blood dry and the body withered, requiring constant yin-sword interaction and nourishment with yin dew.
The "Yin-Yang Immortal Couple Swords" are extremely powerful. When the two swords are combined, their strength is immense. However, their very strength is also their weakness.
The sword manual contains numerous obstacles, making it impossible for the Yin and Yang sword masters to separate for life. If the Yin sword loses the Yang sword, the Yin energy in the kidneys accumulates, causing endless sorrow and unbearable longing. If the Yang sword loses the Yin sword, the heart fire blazes fiercely, burning the blood and scorching the body.
Li Xian practiced the method of "transforming the turbidity of the five internal organs," and when he moved the turbidity, he naturally dissipated some of the heart fire.
Secondly, it can generate new blood.
[Blood production] is the most important function of the five internal organs in avoiding turbidity and meeting the Yang meridian.
Li Xian thought to himself, "I originally needed to put in a lot of effort to resolve this blood deficiency crisis. The method of eliminating turbidity from the five internal organs and sending charcoal into the blood is just right."
"But... this method prolongs life, cultivates the body and mind, strengthens the internal organs and benefits the blood, but it ultimately does not enhance my internal energy or improve my martial arts. If I have the opportunity, I will need to find a new martial art and practice it properly. Now that I have left Yihe Manor and am all alone, martial arts will not be easy to acquire!"
What Li Xianshi was unaware of was that the Five Viscera Avoiding Turbidity and Gathering Yang Scripture was the general outline of the "Pure Yang School" martial arts. The first volume explained the essential principles, and the second volume explained the internal training of the five viscera. Although there were no manuals on fist techniques or swordplay, the principles and essentials contained within were the cornerstone of the Pure Yang School's martial arts.
However, it has undergone many years of transformation.
The Chunyang School has undergone several reforms, and the "Five Organs Avoiding Turbidity and Meeting Yang Scripture" is no longer pure. Although what Li Xian practiced was pure, it could only be used as an auxiliary method.
It cleanses the five internal organs of impurities, generates blood, and strengthens the body.
Since Li Xian began enjoying the Dragon Banquet, he has gained much along the way. However, he has encountered many storms and dangers, leaving him no time to carefully organize his gains.
Dusk was approaching in the blink of an eye.
The men who had been traveling together to escape the summer heat and bathe in the lake had all left. Li Xian, who had been sitting cross-legged for a long time, turned his body, producing a series of sharp, cracking sounds.
He reorganized his belongings, eating dry biscuits while pondering the matter.
Four Directions Fist, Gentle Breeze Leg, Azure Palm, Tai Luo Blade, Mystic Cloud Hand, Iron Copper Body, Thunderous Finger, Vast Expanse Leg, Seven Star Step, Setting Sun and Decaying Blood Sword…
Except for the "Seven Star Steps", all other techniques have reached their pinnacle.
Recently, he also acquired the "Finger Sword" and "Playing Yang Immortal Music" traits. Li Xian is so engrossed in the gentle embrace of women that he has not yet tested these traits.
Li Xian attempted to play celestial music. Starting from Jiaji Pass, the celestial music was magnificent and surging. The surrounding heat waves rolled in, even scorching the weeds until they withered.
Li Xian's body was like hot iron. This wondrous effect of "Playing the Yang Immortal Sound" made his body scalding hot.
"When facing an enemy, if someone strikes me... then, if I could use the force of the blow to vibrate my bones and create a celestial melody, my body would instantly become as hot as iron, and so on..."
"The enemy's palm is scorched; he was injured instantly!"
Li Xian's eyes shone brightly, his mind brimming with ingenious ideas. He imagined an opponent appearing before him, unleashing a bizarre and unpredictable attack, and devised strategies to counter and neutralize it…
But I feel that martial arts have endless wonderful applications.
...
...
The setting sun was about to disappear, and the sky was darkening.
The five internal organs process impurities to generate blood and strengthen the body. When the stomach is processing impurities, its peristalsis is very intense, further increasing hunger. Li Xian had already eaten three coarse cakes, but could not quell his hunger. He had no choice but to eat some meat to relieve his hunger.
They then hunted wild rabbits, birds, beasts, snakes, and other animals.
The vegetation is lush and green, and the shrubs are dense.
Li Xian picked up a branch and slapped it against the bushes. The venomous snake was startled and fled. Li Xian then picked up a pebble and used his "Cloud Soaring Hand" technique to throw it. The pebble contained condensed internal energy and was incredibly accurate.
The blow landed three inches from the snake's body. The snake twisted and struggled, then died.
Li Xian picked up the poisonous snake, put it in his cloth bag, and then, using the same trick again, deliberately headed towards damp, sweltering areas with dense bushes.
Before long, they had caught three venomous snakes.
Li Xian weighed the meat in his hand; it was barely three ounces. He was extremely hungry and estimated he could eat five pounds of tiger meat, with a few poisonous snakes barely enough to satisfy his hunger.
He continued his search. In a short time, he had hunted four rabbits and seven birds and beasts. Li Xian was extremely skilled at hunting and could have easily killed wild boars, deer, tigers, and other animals. However, the process would be too troublesome and would easily leave traces, so he didn't attempt it.
Return with a full load.
Li Xiansheng lit a campfire. He cut down trees for firewood and bamboo for a pot.
He quickly prepared the snake, rabbit, and bird, skinning the snake, gutting the rabbit, and plucking the bird's feathers. His movements were skillful, and by then the water had boiled.
They then placed the two snakes, the rabbit, and the bird into a bamboo pot and boiled them. They sprinkled on fragrant seasonings and some wild herbs.
There are jujube and peach orchards nearby.
Li Xian used what was available, picking some peaches and dates, washing them clean, and throwing them into a bamboo pot. Before long, a fragrant aroma filled the air, and the taste was indescribably sweet.
The wild vegetables were ready. Li Xian took a small sip; the soup was fresh, sweet, and refreshing, with a hint of earthy flavor. It was very appetizing.

[Culinary Skills]
[Proficiency: 1966/3000 Minor Mastery]
Li Xian showcased his culinary skills, roasting, stewing, and cooking in a rustic style. He roasted the wild rabbit until it was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, with a glossy sheen.
They ate heartily, devouring several pieces of fragrant meat, which relieved their long hunger.
Juices flowed freely, and the meat was tender and smooth.
Four wild rabbits, five poisonous snakes, and seven birds and beasts were all devoured. Li Xian ate two more dry biscuits, and his cravings finally subsided.
Li Xian sat on a boulder, a blade of grass between his teeth. He enjoyed the gentle breeze and the bright moonlight.
After a moment of quiet contemplation, I patted my belly, feeling refreshed, and set off again.
The night is cool.
Li Xian walked several more miles when he suddenly smelled a faint scent of blood. Following the scent, he saw a figure hanging upside down from a tree branch.
The man was dressed in coarse linen clothes and wore tattered straw sandals. He was hanging upside down, head down and feet up. A gentle breeze blew, and his body swayed slightly.
He was lifeless and dead.
Li Xian paused, recognizing the familiar attire. He recalled seeing several men swimming in the lake earlier that day to cool off. One of them was this man. He had been full of life then, but now he was a dried-up corpse.
Li Xian used the "Seven Star Steps" to leap to the treetop. He saw that the person's feet were tightly bound by vines and tied to a branch. There were abrasions and bruises on his ankles, clearly caused before his death.
"bandit?"
In times of chaos, remote mountain areas are prone to banditry. Mountain bandits are ruthless; it is commonplace for them to capture merchants and passersby, tear out their hearts and livers, and eat them raw.
Hanging someone upside down to bleed them out is indeed a form of torture. Although Li Xian was young, he had seen and heard a great deal during his escape and had already gained a general understanding of the ways of the world.
“Mountain bandits are vicious and cruel, and I would kill them on sight. But they are extremely poor, and after taking out their hearts and livers, they usually don’t even leave behind their clothes.”
"This man is still dressed, so it's unlikely to be the work of bandits. Hmm... he was attacked and killed. I was traveling with him, so I might also be attacked. Let's see how he dies, so that even if we encounter a strong opponent, we can take precautions in advance."
Li Xian cut the vines. He laid the corpse flat on the ground, and suddenly heard several "crack" sounds as the body shattered.
Li Xian murmured, "This person seems to have died from being sucked dry. But even the bone marrow and water... were drained away. The entire corpse is like charcoal. Such a sinister martial art. If you encounter it... you must be extremely careful!"
Suddenly, footsteps approached.
Li Xian hid in the bushes, held his breath, and observed secretly.
Two people hurried closer and said:
"Ah, Brother Wang...we're late again. The Black-Faced Bat King has escaped after committing the crime."
The voice was clear and crisp, and it came from a woman.
"Yes, the Black-Faced Bat King is extremely skilled in light-footed techniques. It will be really not easy to catch him."
"Brother Wang, what should we do now?"
"We'll have to go back to Xiucheng first and discuss it properly then."
"This black-faced bat king is truly cunning; its blood-sucking skills are incredibly powerful. You know, this corpse only has one external wound on its neck, just two small holes. How could it suck out a person's blood and bone marrow in just a few breaths?"
"The Black-Faced Bat King is no ordinary man. His unorthodox martial arts have gradually become a sect. Look at this corpse; its liver and spleen were shattered by a single palm strike, causing its blood circulation to become disordered. This is the Black-Faced Bat King's signature move, called 'Sudden Blood Palm.' He combines several martial arts techniques with each other, making it extremely powerful."
"But he messed with the wrong person; he killed Miss Luo."
“Silly girl… he didn’t mess with the wrong person, but… he has someone with Huang Jing Bao, the ninety-ninth [Huang Jiu Shen].
...
...
The two men were talking in hushed tones.
...
at the same time.
Wen Caishang took the secret medicine, and the "Eating Qi Gu" severed three legs and one head. Her strength has recovered to half.
She recalled Uncle Xiang to manage the manor. She also called back all the guards to prepare for the relocation of the manor.
"That scoundrel...you can't catch him. I'll have to take matters into my own hands."
Wen Caishang gazed into the distance, a mixture of coquettishness and anger in her eyes, and said, "Do you think I didn't expect you to run away? I wanted to find you, but it was so easy. Li Lang... you'll have to explain yourself properly then."
They left the village overnight to search for silkworms.
