Starlight Enlightenment Agency.
The members of Sun Band are recording their latest album in the recording studio.
Chu Yi's distinctive voice resonated in the recording studio, and as the last line was sung, applause and cheers erupted in the studio.
"Yiyi, your singing is amazing."
"Our album is sure to be a huge hit."
“... ..."
"Hehe..." Chu Yi scratched the back of his head, "It's all thanks to everyone."
Then she clapped her hands and said, "Alright, our Sun Band is on holiday now. Everyone go home and find your mothers."
Chu Fang was getting married, so Chu Yi naturally had to go home early.
Chu Yi was the owner of Starlight Enlightenment Agency. When she spoke, no one dared to disobey.
Chu Yi greeted his teammates and then drove away.
"Chu Lao Er is getting married. What gift should I buy for him?" Chu Yi thought to himself as he drove.
She got a headache just thinking about it.
Chu Fang lacks nothing, so buying anything seems pointless.
"If all else fails, I'll sing a song for Chu Lao Er."
While driving, she received a call from a friend she used to live with back in her hometown. She answered the phone and then heard cheers coming from the other end.
"Yiyi, we've arrived in Shanghai!"
Chu Yi stepped on the brake, chatted with the woman for a few words, and then turned the car around.
A short while later, we arrived outside a shopping mall.
She immediately recognized her three former sisters, named Ma Lexuan, Gong Xiaorui, and Wu Qi.
The three sisters all exuded individuality, adorned with various flamboyant decorations, including plastic cartoon-shaped necklaces, messy bracelets, and exaggerated plastic rings.
"Yes, yes."
"You've arrived."
"It's been a long time since we last met."
Upon seeing Chu Yi, the three sisters surrounded her, holding her hands, and were very happy.
"Weren't you learning nail art back in your hometown? Why are you in Shanghai?" Chu Yi asked, puzzled.
“We didn’t want to learn nail art, and we didn’t want to stay in our hometown forever, so we came to Shanghai,” Ma Lexuan replied.
"Shanghai is so prosperous, it's so different from our hometown." Gong Xiaorui turned her head to look around, and everywhere she looked, she saw prosperity.
"Xiao Rui, that's nonsense." Wu Qi patted Gong Xiao Rui's head. "Even Chengdu can't compare to Shanghai."
"Do your parents know you're in Shanghai?"
The three sisters exchanged glances and shook their heads in unison: "No."
"We ran away from home."
Chu remained silent.
As expected of her sister, there's a reason they hang out together.
She looks exactly the same as she did back then.
Chu Yi didn't mind and said, "Alright, I'll show you around Shanghai for two or three days. After that, we'll go back to Chengdu together."
"I don't want to."
"We don't want to go home, we want to stay in Shanghai."
"We want to work with Awei and the others to accomplish something truly earth-shattering."
Chu Yi grabbed at an unfamiliar name: "Awei?"
Just then, four smartly dressed teenagers walked over together. One of them, with dyed yellow hair, said, "I am Awei."
“We met on the train. Awei and his friends are really nice, and they’re really good at games too.” Gong Xiaorui looked at Awei with admiration.
Faced with admiring gazes, Awei calmly accepted them, hands on his hips.
Then Awei's gaze fell on Chu Yi: "You are Chu Yi. I've heard Xiao Rui and the others mention you. You look just average."
"However, for the sake of your three friends, I'll reluctantly consider you a friend. Are you interested in being my girlfriend?"
"Huh? Wei, you clearly said you only liked me, so why are you interested in Yiyi now? What's wrong with me?" Gong Xiaorui was unhappy.
“I like you, but that doesn’t mean I don’t like others. Don’t be so selfish. You need to learn to share. You can’t monopolize such an excellent man like me.” Awei lectured Gong Xiaorui.
After listening, Gong Xiaorui lowered her head: "I'm sorry, Awei, I was wrong."
Upon seeing this, Chu Yi's lips twitched.
She finally understood how the elders of the Chu family felt when they faced her back then.
That kind of speechless helplessness.
If Chu Yi could travel back in time, the first thing he would do is strangle his past self.
That's so damn embarrassing.
Ah Wei took off his t-shirt, draped it over his shoulder, and said, "How about it? You've hit the jackpot by being my woman."
Chu Yi suppressed the urge to curse and maintained his smile: "Sorry, not interested."
Upon hearing this, Awei was quite surprised.
Chu Yi actually rejected such an outstanding man.
"Are you playing hard to get? Woman, I admit you've caught my attention."
Chu Yi: "... ..."
I really want to hit someone. If only hitting someone wasn't illegal.
She took a deep breath, calmed herself down a bit, and, too lazy to pay attention to these few frivolous teenagers, said to her three sisters, "You probably don't have anywhere to stay in Mogu, come with me."
After all, they are her own sisters. No matter how idiotic they are, she has to try her best to accept them, just like she did with Chu Fang back then.
She was about to leave, but the three sisters stood still, timidly looking at the four ghostly boys.
Ma Lexuan said, "Yiyi, why don't you go by yourself? We and Awei are going to do something big."
The four boys with their chins practically pointing to the sky were standing on end.
Chu Yi: "... ..."
Just then, she heard a rumbling sound coming from the stomachs of the group.
Chu Yi asked, "Haven't you eaten?"
"It's okay," Wu Qi replied. "I ate a steamed bun today, so I'm not hungry."
Chu Yi raised an eyebrow at the four boys with will-o'-the-wisps; "I'll treat you to a meal."
“We have no money,” Awei replied.
"I'll pay."
Ah Wei stared at Chu Yi for two or three seconds, then said confidently, "Woman, you like me, but you won't admit it. Fine, I'll give you a chance to get close to me."
"But let's put it another way: I'll treat you, you pay the bill."
Chu Yi forced a speechless smile.
