Chapter 12 is over, oh my god!

"Father, Mother, get up quickly, we need to go into the woods to find food."

Zhu Borong was awakened by his daughter's cries and angrily pushed her hand away.

"What's all the noise about?"

He paused for a moment as soon as he said it, then quickly looked at his daughter with a fawning smile.

"Dad just had a nightmare. He was fighting with that old lady Zhu."

Zhu Yanyan didn't want to argue with Zhu Borong too much, and hurriedly reminded him, "Zhu Haotian has spotted a wild boar, let's go take a look."

"Wild boar? Let's go take a look." Zhu Borong perked up immediately upon hearing this, and followed his daughter out of the tent while putting on his shoes.

The woods were filled with constables and clansmen, all of whom were pulling the wild boar out of the pit.

Worried that the goat would be discovered, Zhu Yanyan led Zhu Borong to take a detour through the bushes.

The two jogged to a sparsely populated area, where Zhu Yanyan told Zhu Borong to go find food elsewhere.

She walked towards where the goat was hiding, and when she arrived at the goat's location...

All I could see was a broken rope; there was nothing else in the grass.

"What happened? Where's the goat?"

Zhu Yanyan frantically searched the grass, turning it over and over, looking in every corner, but found nothing.

She stood there stunned, suddenly remembering Old Lady Zhu's suspicious behavior last night.

Zhu Xixi was born at an age when she needed goat milk, could it be them?

Thinking about all the things the Zhu family had done in the past, repeatedly challenging her bottom line.

How dare a mere ant defy God?

Just then, Liu, carrying a bucket of water, passed by Zhu Yanyan not far away.

Enraged, she rushed forward, pushed Liu to the ground, sat on her, and yelled at her.

"Tell me, did you steal my goat?"

After being pushed down by a sudden, tremendous force, Liu waved her hands blankly at the person in front of her.

"Yan Yan? I don't know what you're talking about? What goat?"

"It was you last time, and it will definitely be you this time too." Zhu Yanyan didn't believe Liu Shi's words at all. Her eyes were red, and she grabbed Liu Shi's neck tightly.

The argument between the two attracted many clansmen who were passing by. When they saw that Liu was being held down, they wanted to go and help.

Unexpectedly, Zhu Borong rushed over with a wooden stick, shouting, "Who dares to bully my daughter? Get out of my way!"

The tribesmen, lacking weapons, dared not fight Zhu Borong, so they sent someone back to the camp to ask Old Lady Zhu for help.

Old Mrs. Zhu waited for a long time but did not see Liu return, so she had no choice but to handle it herself. She had just finished swaddling her granddaughter.

Then I saw several familiar relatives rushing towards me from a distance in the woods. Two nephews, panting, pointed at the woods and explained.

"Aunt, something terrible has happened! Aunt Liu has been beaten."

"What?"

Upon hearing this, Grandma Zhu stood up excitedly, hurriedly searched for a bag, hugged Zhu Xixi to her chest, picked up the sickle on the ground, and ran into the woods with her nephew.

Upon returning home, Ms. Sun saw her mother-in-law's hurried figure and quickly grabbed a wooden stick, taking the child with her and following after her.

As the two entered the woods, they saw a group of people gathered together, constantly trying to persuade Zhu Yanyan.

"Stop hitting him, stop hitting him."

"That's right, Meixin just gave birth, she'll die if this continues."

Zhu Yanyan didn't care about all that. These people had stolen her food time and time again, and she wasn't someone to be trifled with.

"Anyway, we're all going to die sooner or later, so what's the difference?"

"Zhu Yanyan, if you dare to hit my daughter-in-law, I'll kill you."

Following the sound, Old Lady Zhu pushed through the crowd and saw her daughter-in-law being pinned to the ground and choked, angrily waving a sickle in her hand.

Nestled in Grandma Zhu's arms, Zhu Xixi was spitting out milk foam in discomfort, raising her little head to look at her mother.

Mother, were you bullied?

She waved her little arms angrily, her soft cheeks puffed up with rage, and her watery eyes misted over.

[You dare bully my mother? I'll make sure you're unlucky for the rest of your life and never earn any money.]

As she lunged to save her mother, she saw Old Lady Zhu raising her sickle and slashing at Zhu Yanyan.

Zhu Yanyan turned around and saw a wicked expression on her face before quickly turning over.

Zhu Xixi closed her eyes in fear, narrowing them into two thin slits, and burst into tears.

【Oh no, oh no, Grandma, Xixi can't bear to look anymore.】

As the sickle was about to fall, Zhu Xixi closed her eyes in fear, unable to watch any longer.

However, after hearing her granddaughter's reminder, Grandma Zhu saw Zhu Yanyan quickly roll off her daughter-in-law.

She stopped what she was doing; the sharp sickle was just centimeters away from hitting her daughter-in-law.

"Mother." Sun was so frightened by her mother-in-law's actions that she broke out in a sweat. After her mother-in-law stopped, she quickly stepped forward and pulled her away.

Because she suddenly stopped what she was doing, Grandma Zhu twisted her waist, and her face turned pale as she frowned in pain.

My back.

Zhu Yanyan stood in the distance, indignant, staring coldly at Old Lady Zhu. She had originally thought she would turn the tables and leave.

By having Old Lady Zhu kill Liu herself, the Zhu family was plunged into internal strife.

Unexpectedly, that old geezer actually stopped.

"Zhu Yanyan, I'll fight you to the death!" Seeing her mother-in-law and sister-in-law being bullied, Sun was furious and raised a piece of wood, ready to step forward.

But then she saw her two nephews rush over first, carrying pieces of wood, wanting to teach Zhu Yanyan a lesson.

Before he could even get close to Zhu Yanyan, Zhu Borong forcefully pushed him to the ground and sternly warned him.

"Don't come any closer! You stole our goats, and you still have the nerve to hit people?"

When Sun saw her nephew being beaten, she became furious and went forward with a wooden stick, but she had not yet gotten close.

Zhu Yanyan held a crossbow in her hand, aiming it at Sun Shi, her face full of disdain. "Don't come any closer, swords have no eyes."

"Mother, Jiayan."

At the same time, Zhu Haotian, Zhu Chenfeng, and Tao Shi, after hearing the news from their relatives, also rushed over with sickles.

When I arrived, I saw family members injured and crying; the whole scene was incredibly tragic.

"Zhu Yanyan, are you crazy? This is your aunt, how dare you bully her?"

Seeing his mother being helped up in distress, Zhu Haotian blushed and pointed a sickle at Zhu Yanyan.

Zhu Yanyan showed no fear in the face of the Zhu family's accusations; instead, her expression was full of contempt.

"I'm the one who hit him, so what? Everyone is equal, and you should be punished if you do something wrong."

This made Zhu Xixi angrily squeeze her lips together, pout her little mouth, and angrily blow bubbles.

You bastard, you're so annoying, you big bad guy who bullies my family.

The more she thought about it, the angrier she became, and her chubby cheeks gradually turned red, her sparse eyebrows even turning pinkish-red.

Suddenly, Xixi found herself in a white space, which was like a warehouse.

Inside, besides the neatly arranged shelves, there was a room marked as a medical room, and next to the medical room was a weapons room with camouflage patterns.

Zhu Xixi waved her hands happily, looking around with curiosity, after feeling her small body floating in the space.

She excitedly flailing her short legs in mid-air, wondering if this was the villain's space.

So, could she also take food out of the villain's space?
