Chapter 32 is not a problem.
Yao Fanghua didn't resent her parents for sending her to the countryside back then, as it was a policy and her parents had limited resources. Her resentment stemmed from her parents' neglect after she went to the countryside; it was a complete abandonment of her parents and resentment towards their favoritism.
Yao Fanghua felt that her relationship with her parents was now reversed. Li Chunying was like a child who was ignored by her parents and cried loudly because she was dissatisfied with them. After crying and making a fuss, she finally got her parents' attention.
Two days later, Li Chunying received a new set of clothes.

Yu Jun readily agreed. These two and the three from the technology department had been eating for free for so long, even if Zhang Hua hadn't mentioned it, he would have still given them some.
After talking with Zhang Hua, the experienced factory director Yu immediately called Zhao Aiguo.
Unlike Zhang Hua, who was filled with excitement, Zhao Aiguo was suffering in silence. He was uncertain; he hadn't figured it out yet. Even with the few blueprints he'd taken from the Nanhua factory, he wasn't confident he could replicate them. Zhao Aiguo broke out in a cold sweat. After six months of training, he couldn't bring himself to ask Yao Fanghua to go to the washing machine department while he stayed with the fan department.
Ideally, he should manage both sides and then find a way to shift the blame to Yao Fanghua.
If the washing machine is completely separated from the fan, he'll be in a very passive position if he manages it alone.
Zhang Hua was unwilling. "Boss, don't you trust my abilities? I can manage both sides. I've seen that Xiao Yao has been performing well lately. Why don't you put her here with me? I'll teach her and she can help me out."
Yu Jun chuckled. "No, no, he's really worried."
"Of course I trust you. It's just that other departments have all been split into two teams, but you're managing both, which makes things difficult for me." Yu Jun refused to budge, insisting that Zhao Aiguo prioritize the overall situation and focus his energy on the washing machine. He promised that if the washing machine went into production smoothly, he would be credited with a great achievement.
After seeing Zhao Aiguo off, Yu Jun lit another cigarette, feeling that the washing machine production wouldn't go smoothly. If the washing machine business really couldn't get off the ground, then the fan factory's new product would be the only way out. He needed to hurry; the new product had to be launched before May of next year.
At Monday's production meeting, the factory manager announced that the two workshops would be managed separately.
Zhao Aiguo and Zhang Hua took away all the original technical and quality control personnel, leaving only Guo Xiaojuan. Yao Fanghua also only wanted Guo Xiaojuan.
To demonstrate the importance Yu Jun placed on the washing machine production line, he specially arranged for four spacious and bright offices to be set up on the second floor, furnished with new desks and chairs, to serve as offices for the washing machine technical quality inspection, finance, and production departments. The commotion was so great that the entire factory felt as if the washing machines would be produced tomorrow.
Although Yao Fanghua hasn't been officially promoted, she now completely controls the fan manufacturing business, overseeing both quality control and technology. She's gained considerable influence, and it seems her promotion is imminent. The factory's attitude towards her is much better than when she first arrived. The only thing that bothers everyone is that she has no one under her command except Guo Xiaojuan; she's essentially a lone wolf. While she was practically a lone wolf before, she wasn't officially one.
Actually, she didn't care. It would be fine if it were just her and Guo Xiaojuan. They could manage on their own, and it would be peaceful.

Yao Fanghua promoted one of the quality inspection team leaders. This kid was clever and had been secretly learning to read and write. He would often bring his writing to Yao Fanghua for guidance. Later, he started learning to draw fan blueprints.
Yao Fanghua simply promoted him. Since she promoted him herself, he was practically one of her own, and she would definitely find him easier to use.

With two quality inspectors and two technicians, Yao Fanghua said it was enough.
She wasn't clear about the washing machine situation, but she had already held several meetings with the workshop regarding the fans, and the new model was already in trial production. It seemed like launching it next year wouldn't be a problem.
