Chapter 634 Villain
Felix spread out the map, put his hand on it, and whispered, "Albus Dumbledore."
The map did not respond, as if there was no such person.
Felix curled his lips, having guessed this possibility long ago. He put on his coat, and Valen also wrapped a scarf around himself, and the two walked out of the office quietly. After thinking for a while, Felix walked towards Classroom 7.
A few minutes earlier.
In the abandoned girls' bathroom on the second floor, four people were waiting anxiously. Crying Myrtle sat on the toilet, looking at Harry irritably with a sad face. "You have an appointment with someone?" The ghost asked.
No one paid attention to her.
After walking around again, Harry asked Ron who was standing at the door, "Did you hear any movement?"
"No." Ron said, he bent over and looked out through the gap in the keyhole and answered.
"Luna won't forget the time, right?" Harry turned his head and glared at Ginny.
"I think..."
"Ouch!" Ron suddenly screamed in pain and stepped back, holding his forehead. The door was pushed open a crack, and after a few seconds, four people and a ghost saw Luna stick her head in and look cautiously. Her messy, dirty hair fell down like a waterfall. When she saw Ron and the others grinning, she smiled.
"Oh - you are all here - great!" Luna said happily: "I have been looking forward to attending a secret party. Can we set off fireworks?"
"Pfft." Ron rubbed his forehead and said.
Luna stared at the red skin on his head, "What's wrong with you?"
"Okay, don't worry about it for now, Luna." Hermione said: "You are late. Although I don't want to hear reasons such as oversleeping, it is better than an accident - let me ask you one more question, you were not discovered?"
"I ran into Mrs. Norris," Luna said, and several people's hearts were immediately lifted, "but I used Transfiguration to conjure a bunch of mice and fish, and it ran to chase the mice." After that, she showed everyone her empty left wrist. There
should have been a string of stone bracelets there.
According to Ginny, they put an ad in the "Puzzle Wall" tabloid to find beautiful stones. After only two days, Luna received half a box of strange and colorful small stones. Of course, don't expect the resurrection stone. Luna picked some out of them and made her complete set of decorations. Ginny refused in every possible way, but finally got a necklace.
Of course, she never wore it out.
The remaining stones were also recycled. The two spent an afternoon adding half a stone path to the room of the "Curved-Horned Snorkeller Must Exist" club, leading to a hammock.
"Why did you think of turning some fish into something?" Myrtle asked with a pair of drooping eyebrows. From the tone of her voice, she was quite interested.
"Cats love to eat fish." Luna said affirmatively.
"But live fish will not appear out of thin air on the ground-I think it is a live fish?" Hermione asked.
"Yes, but cats won't care." Luna said.
Seeing that the topic was getting more and more off-topic, Harry quickly cleared his throat. The others turned their eyes to him. He took out the style of a captain during Quidditch training and said with a serious face: "We have to hurry up. There are three people here who have to get up early to participate in team training tomorrow."
"Earlier than class time, so mean, isn't it? I don't know who set the time." Ron said.
Harry raised his eyebrows.
"Are you going to quarrel here all night? Hurry up, Harry." Hermione urged.
So Harry made himself face a faucet in the sink, and there was a small snake carved on the side of the faucet. "I have a bad feeling," Ron said, pouring cold water, "From the moment we encountered that statue that suddenly appeared, we should have returned to the dormitory immediately-"
"Oh, shut up." Ginny said angrily.
"Is there something wrong with what I said?" Ron shouted in a low voice, "You also saw that statue that suddenly appeared-damn, none of us had any impression before!"
"It may have been moved here recently." Ginny said calmly.
Ron looked at her with his eyes slanted, with an expression that she was unreasonable. Harry ignored these quarrels, although he was also shrouded in a shadow. What on earth was going on with that statue? He thought about it for a few seconds and shouted, "Open it." A strange hissing sound came out of his mouth, and the faucet emitted a dazzling white light. Then the pool began to move, slowly sinking, revealing a very thick pipe.
"Thank God, the entrance was not blocked by the professors." Harry said with mixed feelings.
If they failed, they could end their adventure tonight.
Ginny and Luna both saw the Chamber of Secrets for the first time. They carefully put their heads over and looked down carefully. It was pitch black inside and bottomless. They cast various protective spells on themselves, such as dust-proof spells, floating spells, super-sensory spells, bubble-head spells, etc., and then jumped down hand in hand.
"Will there be a monster like a small basilisk in it?" Myrtle asked expectantly.
"It's unlikely." Harry said with his head down, disappearing at the entrance of the Chamber of Secrets.
On the other side, Grindelwald walked slowly in the dark corridor, thinking about what he had just heard. The Chamber of Secrets, the Resurrection Stone... Is this just an adventure between students or is there really some certainty?
In addition, those little guys have good potential and are very sensitive.
He grinned, and the tall boy with red hair and freckles on his face appeared in his mind. He seemed to have missed him in the past and didn't pay much attention to him, but after he knocked hard on himself disguised as a statue twice, Grindelwald decided to pay special attention to the student named "Ron Weasley" in the future.
He stopped in front of a door.
Is this the legendary classroom No. 7? Are the young memories of professors hidden in it? He was very curious about this and decided to find out. The wand slid across the wooden door like a sword, leaving a long mark on it.
This is not Grindelwald's own magic, but stored in the gem in the exclusive wand.
These magic powers originally belonged to a little girl from the Future World Company. Later, when he came to Hogwarts, he began to absorb the scattered magic powers that could not be detected and controlled by the naked eye from this ancient magic school. But no matter which one it was, it was much worse than what he had. After
doing this, Grindelwald stopped and looked at the wooden door carefully.
A faint halo appeared on the wooden door, and then the traces left on it began to fade. Grindelwald silently observed the process, capturing the order in which these traces disappeared. He was looking for a way to construct magic. When the traces completely disappeared, he drew another line with magic diagonally. He kept repeating this action. After a while, he stopped and fell into deep thought.
After an unknown amount of time, he muttered something and pointed his wand at the wooden door. Suddenly, dense lines appeared on the upper left corner of the wooden door and the surrounding walls. They were arranged in an orderly manner, like a corner of a huge maze. These lines flashed several times and then disappeared.
Grindelwald half-closed his eyes and extracted a half-broken picture from his head. Then he did the same. After a while, he opened his eyes and whispered to himself, "Ancient magic runes?"
At this time, footsteps were heard in the distance.
Grindelwald squinted his eyes, suddenly pointed his wand at the frosted window, and then left from the other side without looking back. After more than ten seconds, Felix slowly appeared.
Valen sat on his shoulders, holding his neck with two small hands, looking around.
"Chi! (Where is the excitement?)"
"Don't worry." Felix approached, his eyes paused on the wooden door of classroom 7, and then began to look around. Not long after, he stared at the window that was cast with a spell, thinking. The moon outside the window was very bright, close to a full moon. Felix estimated that Remus would not have a good time in the next few days.
The moonlight illuminated the thick layer of frost, but there seemed to be something else hidden there.
"Mirror." Felix whispered.
Valen looked at the window strangely. There was obviously nothing there, but Valen saw the big devil making a few faces at the window. Then, Felix quieted down and stood there, as if waiting for someone.
It was not until Dumbledore, wearing pajamas and dragging a long, shiny silver beard, appeared that Valen suddenly realized.
The big devil didn't sleep at night, it turned out to be because of this!
But what about Harry and the others seen on the map? Valen sniffed gently, jumped down, and looked at Felix.
"Go, don't let them break my experimental equipment." Felix muttered softly.
Valen made a 'no problem' gesture to him and slipped away quickly. It was obvious that Dumbledore had no attraction in his mind.
The two people who were left were silent for a while.
Dumbledore also focused his eyes on the window. He looked at it intently for a while, then stretched out his palm and pressed it towards the window - the window was dented like glue, and when he withdrew his hand, the glass bounced back by itself. Dumbledore
stared deeply at the glass, as if he saw the shadow of another person through the window. Finally, the magic on it disappeared.
The two walked out along the corridor, talking to each other in a low voice.
"About Harry--"
"I know everything."
There was a moment of silence. This time it was Dumbledore who spoke first.
"How is Tom's situation?"
"What a coincidence. He also just discovered the Chamber of Secrets. However, because of my attention, no one died this time. He was put in solitary confinement, and I punished him by making him clean the trophies in the trophy display room and copy the school rules."
"Look how closely he is watching him."
"There has to be a distinction. The subconscious resistance from Voldemort is getting stronger and stronger. It is estimated that there are only one or two months left. We must start then... Any suggestions?"
"If you want to stop him from falling into darkness, you must never let him kill anyone." Dumbledore paused, and said in a deep voice: "Some things cannot be turned back once they are wrong. I hope he can experience the feeling of loving and being loved, even if it is an illusion."
"...Albus, what do you think, I should be the villain?"
Dumbledore stopped and stared at Felix under his half-moon lenses.
"You know, follow Voldemort's path." Felix shrugged, "Maybe it can also confuse the subconscious of the original body. Anyway, a dark demon will appear. It's not bad for me to do it. Let Tom stop me - or compete with me."
"It's a very dangerous attempt," Dumbledore shook his head, "Voldemort has no love in his heart. You will only accelerate his descent into darkness."
"No, he will pretend for a while." Felix said, his tone eager to try: "And during this time, I will find him a bunch of 'helpers', that will be troubles he can't get rid of."
Dumbledore suddenly looked at him strangely.
"...You seem to be calculating something, what's wrong?" Felix looked alert.
Dumbledore smiled, "I just think what you said makes sense... troubles that can't be shaken off, yes, that's it. But you must be cautious." He murmured at last.
In the abandoned girls' bathroom, Moaning Myrtle floated in the air.
"A Niffler? A Niffler?" she asked with great interest. "Are you the one that Professor Hepp keeps? I've seen you from afar." She began to circle around Valen, and said in a cheerful tone that didn't match her sad face: "But I don't dare to get close... I'm a little afraid of him. I've seen how he taught Peeves a lesson."
Valen looked at the crying Myrtle in confusion, thought for a moment, and took out a small bottle from his pocket, which contained a portion of ghost food. He unscrewed the lid, and Myrtle came closer and asked incredulously: "For me?" After getting a positive nod, she stretched out a fat, transparent hand, passed through Valen's small hand and the bottle, and dragged out a ball of silver light.
Valen shivered, and his hand seemed to be immersed in ice water.
"I didn't expect there would be midnight snacks." Myrtle said intoxicatedly, the transparent pimples on her face shining slightly. She ate the food in small bites and talked with relish, "To be honest, since I broke into Olive Hornby's brother's wedding and made a scene, and was ordered by the Ministry of Magic to return to school, I haven't felt much happiness... I am the youngest one, and there is nothing to talk about with other ghosts... Sometimes I think about committing suicide, but I find that I am already dead... It is the ghost food that makes me feel alive, but it is just a piece of cake for Professor Hep. I guess he doesn't care at all, right? Apart from the Bloody Baron and Ms. Grey, I haven't seen him interact with other ghosts much. He is an indifferent person..."
Valen took out a bottle of super bubble water, puffed up his cheeks and blew a huge bubble to wrap himself up, then turned around and waved to Myrtle, and floated into the secret room. Myrtle was startled and fell into the toilet with her head tilted back.
She floated out from the crack of the compartment door and looked down from the entrance of the secret room. She only saw a shining light purple bubble getting smaller and smaller in her sight.
In the secret room.
Harry felt that he was wasting his time. They had been searching the Chamber for half an hour. Ron had called out every ten minutes, so he remembered it very clearly. Luna thought Ron was helping, so she thanked him every time he spoke.
Now that some time had passed, Harry was not sure if Ron was embarrassed and was unwilling to do this service again.
Except for not finding the Resurrection Stone, everything went well.
They walked through the long tunnel and revisited the old place. Harry introduced them to the place where the basilisk shed its skin. "We were almost scared to death!" Ron said excitedly, "But it's gone now."
"Oh, that thing was blown to pieces by Professor Happ and Professor Snape." Hermione said.
Ron muttered a few words and stopped talking.
Then they passed through another door and came to the real Chamber of Secrets. Harry could still recall how they fought a basilisk from the broken stones and the ruins of the stone pillars with giant snakes coiled around them. Ron and Hermione looked up in tacit understanding and smiled at each other.
Just for this reason, Harry felt that this trip was worth it.
However, they also saw a lot of new things, such as rows of black stone targets erected in the open space in front of the huge statue of Salazar Slytherin, which seemed to be made from local materials. These targets had suffered terrible abuse - Harry believed that at least one-third of them were melted instantly, and the ground was covered with water droplets of solidified pebbles, crystal clear and shining like crystal.
"There are enough stones here." Ron said half teasingly and half admiringly.
Hermione stretched out her hand and used illumination magic to raise the milky white light ball to the high ceiling, and the secret room was suddenly as bright as day. After that, they began a long and futile journey to find the Resurrection Stone, but with the gem-like stones on the ground, they were not completely unsuccessful.
When Harry picked up a pine nut-sized fiery red stone without any impurities, he felt a little regretful in his heart. If only Ginny hadn't come, he thought. In this way, he could secretly make a necklace for her, but now Ginny and Luna were squatting on the ground happily looking for jewelry materials.
"Pah!"
There was an echo in the distance, followed by a "da da da" sound approaching them rapidly. Harry raised his wand and looked at the way they came, and Ron swallowed nervously.
