A Hogwarts Professor of Magical Writings Chapter 315: End of the School Year

In front of the staff room, Ron waited quietly at the door. When he saw Harry and Lupin, he waved to them excitedly.

"Harry, Professor Lupin, you are finally here!"

"Where is Hermione?" Harry asked curiously. He looked around and saw Hermione's figure at a corner. She was with Professor McGonagall, discussing something in a low voice.

After a while, they came over, talking and laughing, and walked into the staff room together. The place was tidied up again. The old black wooden chairs in the narrow room were piled to the side near the fireplace, and replaced by a long table.

Flitwick cast a spell on the ceiling, letting colorful ribbons hang down. Felix conjured a small white ball, which floated to the ceiling, emitting a gentle light, illuminating the room warmly and brightly. Hagrid carried a large barrel of mead, and Dumbledore and Professor McGonagall smiled and turned the decorations on the table into pocket animals.

Harry temporarily forgot the sadness of parting and began to eat happily. At Hagrid's recommendation, he also tried a small cup of wine brewed by the house-elf. When Professor McGonagall cast a reproachful look at him, Hagrid took the cup away consciously: "You are still young, Harry..."

In addition to hot dishes and sweet puddings of various flavors, there were several new dishes on the table. Ron picked up a meatball with sauce and asked curiously, "What is this? I haven't seen it before." He put the fork into his mouth, his eyes lit up, "Harry, Hermione, you must try this!"

Harry picked up a yellow cube and tasted sour and sweet, "It's pineapple." He said affirmatively.

"What's the name of this dish?"

A house-elf wearing a chef's hat said respectfully, "This is pineapple sweet and sour meat, which was developed recently. Mr. Hep gave Yunbo a cookbook at Christmas, which contains many magical dishes."

Hermione hesitated and said, "Are you the house-elf in the kitchen? Why don't you come and join us..."

The house-elf Yunbo took a few steps back, "We will eat in the kitchen," he bowed, "The dishes are all here, please enjoy." He disappeared with a bang.

"You scared him, Hermione," said Ron.

At this time, Professor McGonagall began to ask Lupin about his plans after leaving school. Lupin told her about the recruitment information he had seen in the newspaper. "Except for my lack of knowledge in ancient runes, I meet the requirements in other aspects. I am going to submit a resume."

Professor McGonagall smiled and said enthusiastically, "Which company is it? Maybe I know one and can write a recommendation letter for you."

Lupin said gently, "A new company called Future World. I don't know it yet--"

"Future World?" Felix repeated. He looked at Lupin with strange eyes, which made Lupin feel a little puzzled. After a long while, Felix raised his glass, "You will definitely succeed, Lupin."

"Thank you."

"Ding!"

The two high-heeled glasses clinked together.

...

The next morning, Harry got up from bed early and hurriedly put on his clothes. Ron was sleeping soundly and talking in his sleep, "This is delicious, Harry..."

He put on a robe for himself and walked out of the bedroom a few steps. Because he came out too early, he disturbed the Fat Lady's sweet dream.

"Child, it's the end of the term now." She said weakly, turning to move away.

"I'm not confused, I have something important to do." Harry explained. He walked down the spiral staircase and came out of the door of the hall. He saw Professor Lupin carrying a box from afar.

He caught up with him breathlessly, "Professor, I'm here to see you off!"

They walked down the lawn, facing the golden morning light, and came to the main entrance of Hogwarts. They talked about everything like real friends, and when they parted, Harry felt even more reluctant.

Lupin smiled and said, "I left quietly because I didn't want to add to the feeling of parting. Besides, we will meet again soon."

"You mean, the funeral of Sirius's brother?"

Lupin nodded, "Respectable man..." He waved his hand and left freely.

Harry watched him disappear at the end of the road before returning to the castle. The time passed quickly. He put all his energy into learning ancient magic. He even forgot to take care of Apparition for the time being. Not counting Hermione, there were already members of the club who had learned this magic - Percy Weasley, followed by Geoffrey and Penelope.

"They are all seventh-year students. Their advantage is too obvious." Ron said.

"Cedric has also mastered it." Harry said sensitively: "I am always a little behind."

"Brother, he is two years higher than you. Why do you want to compete with him?" Ron asked puzzled.

Harry did not speak. He also felt that his thoughts were a bit boring, but he could not help but compete in his heart.

In a blink of an eye, it was the last day before the holiday. On this day, the school announced the test results. Harry, Ron and Hermione passed every course.

Harry got an Excellence in Defense Against the Dark Arts, and Good grades in Ancient Runes, Charms, and Care of Magical Creatures. Ron took a look and said, "I was only a little bit short in Defense Against the Dark Arts, the others are the same."

He looked at Hermione's report card again and found the only Good grade in the table full of Excellence: "Defense Against the Dark Arts... This reminds me of the Boggart you met in the exam."

Hermione encountered a cunning Boggart in the practical exam. It turned into a professor and told her that she had failed all the exams and had to repeat a year. It took her a lot of time to calm down, and the exam had to be interrupted for ten minutes.

Hermione glanced at Ron and reminded him, "I learned how to Apparate."

Ron frowned and muttered softly, "I also succeeded twice..."

"Once I lost half of my eyebrow, and once I tore the corner of my clothes - yes, if you count them as successes."

"I should go find Fred and George, their butts will be beaten swollen by their mother..."

When they appeared in the hall, they saw that Professor Hep was surrounded by excited students. Percy announced loudly, "Excellent students!"

Geoffrey reminded him, "You forgot Marcus."

"Well, there is another good one... I tried to ignore that."

Felix was surrounded in the center and it took him a long time to get out, but this was a happy trouble. The seventh-year graduates were still celebrating enthusiastically, and even Snape did not deduct points from them, which was unimaginable in the past.

"Severus, I need a stable source of wolfsbane potion."

"To that werewolf?" Snape said with disgust. Ever since the night of the Battle of the Bridge, he never mentioned Lupin's name in his conversations with Felix, and always referred to him as 'that werewolf'.

"You don't seem like a nosy person." He said.

Felix sighed: "He will be an excellent employee."

"Your company?" Snape said. He did not refuse immediately, but thought about it seriously, "Will you still accept investment?"

"If it were someone else, I would refuse, but you are different, Severus."

"Give me a title that must be higher than that werewolf, and I will interview him personally." Snape pinched his fingers and showed a sinister smile.

"Your expression looks terrible, and the little wizard's fork fell."

Snape glanced and said disdainfully: "A stupid guy, eating pie in my class, I asked him to deal with two large buckets of horned toad livers."

"Really? No wonder I felt a little familiar..."
