A Hogwarts Professor of Magical Writings Chapter 519: Professor Black

The wind blew from all directions. Swifts flew like black ghosts among the mountains, their wings passing over the spires of the towering trees. The conversation with Dumbledore last night emerged in Felix's mind one by one.

"I got the information that Voldemort intends to capture Amelia personally when she returns from Azkaban with the portkey."

"What are you going to do? Set up a trap in reverse?"

After a long silence, Dumbledore shook his head in the dark, "Not this time. We are not completely sure. We can't act like we knew about this in advance."

Felix understood that this was the protection of spies, and the person who passed the information was most likely Severus Snape.

"Then you..."

"I will not participate in this operation... It involves a plan." Dumbledore said softly, the silver moonlight shining on his glasses, making it difficult to see his expression. "Although I'm not sure whether it will be used, I can't show up easily before making a decision, especially I can't let Voldemort find out the flaw."

...

Felixstowe Port is the largest and busiest container port in the UK, located in East Anglia, a southeastern coastal area. On a small deserted beach near the port, two figures appeared from the distorted air.

Sirius and Ms. Bones stood together, holding a tattered copy of the Daily Prophet in their hands.

"I hate portkeys. Can't we use the ship like we did when we went there?" Sirius rubbed his head. He had just hit his head on Amelia's knee, and all kinds of accidents would occur when using portkeys.

"The people who stayed behind need the ship more than us," Ms. Bones stuffed the newspaper into her pocket, "Since we came back early, we can only make do."

Sirius muttered softly.

Bones smiled, "Well, congratulations, Professor Black."

Sirius looked at her triumphantly, then his face changed, "Someone has been wandering around." He drew out his wand and looked around alertly. Ms. Bones drew out her wand at the same time, the tip of the wand flickered, and the sand on a small piece of beach began to tremble.

"Are you sure?" Ms. Bones asked seriously, "It may be just a Muggle passing by."

"I'm not sure," Sirius said, "I just feel careful!" He waved his wand violently, and a ball of fire exploded from the air. The sound was deafening. Sirius staggered back, but he didn't care about these. His eyes were fixed on one direction and he took a breath, "Voldemort!"

Voldemort stepped on the beach and appeared at some point, as if he had been waiting for a long time.

"Amelia Bones," Voldemort's pale fingers held a wand, and he saluted slightly, "I hope to invite you to the castle as a guest."

"What if I refuse?" Ms. Bones said in a deep voice.

"As one of the twenty-eight pure bloods, I believe you won't be so stubborn, but if you insist..."

"You killed my brother." Ms. Bones gritted her teeth and thrust her wand out like a sword, causing the sand on the ground to fly and a sandstorm to form. "Go!" She said to Sirius, and Sirius immediately put his hand on her, ready to perform the Apparition. The sandstorm

suddenly rolled back, forming a heavy wall out of thin air, which hit the two of them head on. Sirius and Bones were thrown far away and couldn't get up for a long time.

Voldemort walked towards Ms. Bones calmly, "I can only dig out useful information from your brain. There may be some omissions, which is not what I want to see."

Sirius lay on the ground, feeling that he had broken more than one rib. His wand emitted a red light, and Voldemort blocked the spell with his hand and stopped moving forward. He seemed to have just discovered Sirius, his red eyes flashed with a fierce light, staring for two seconds

"Avatar."

"Concrete into a wall!" Ms. Bones shouted, and a wide wall rose up on the beach, blocking the killing curse.

The two reunited again.

"Transfiguration." Voldemort said disgustedly.

"Find a chance to escape. You are more important than me." Sirius gritted his teeth and said, his mouth began to bleed, and his ribs hurt like a heart. He forced himself to recite a spell.

"He is targeting me, I can't escape at all." Bones shouted, waving his wand, and the rocks on the coast seemed to suddenly come alive and pounced on Voldemort, "Why not think of other ways?"

Voldemort showed a cruel smile, he bounced off the spells one by one like a cat playing with a mouse, and blew up the stones one by one. The aftermath of the spell left scars on the two. If it weren't for capturing Amelia alive and digging out the secret of the prophecy, his mentality would be more relaxed.

At this moment, Sirius suddenly grabbed Bones' hand and desperately used Apparition. Voldemort swung his wrist violently, and the wand whistled. A bloody wound opened up from Sirius' chest, but the two had already disappeared.

Voldemort approached slowly, staring at the place where the two disappeared. The next second, he appeared directly in a deserted area not far from here.

Sirius and Bones barely supported themselves to prevent themselves from falling.

"Why do you always want to use Apparition? For a skilled wizard, such as me, I can follow the traces you left behind, not to mention that I have interfered with your landing point." Voldemort explained generously, expecting the two people who supported each other to fall into despair.

But in response to him, he was prepared for a powerful spell.

Sirius condensed a dozen rusty iron arrows in the air, which made a shrill cry and flew towards Voldemort. Bones waved his wand synchronously, and a piece of open space around her and Sirius suddenly sank. "Use the portkey, he can't stop it." She took out the newspaper from her pocket, "Mentos!"

A blue light flashed on the surface of the newspaper, and then returned to normal.

"Hold on, just three seconds." She looked at Sirius, and a lot of blood gushed out of his chest. "Three, two."

Sirius stared at the air, his eyes suddenly widened. Voldemort suddenly floated in the air at some point, and a green light curtain fell. Sirius broke free from Bones's hand, and the red spell came up. He gritted his teeth and held on for a few seconds no matter what.

Bones stretched out his hand to grab him, but it twisted and disappeared the moment he touched it.

It's over... Sirius thought, he couldn't stop Voldemort's killing curse, but at least one of them escaped. He began to think about what the world after death was like. After more than ten seconds, he suddenly found that he was still conscious.

A huge object blocked the spell. Sirius blinked. That thing seemed to be a huge gold galleon?

Sirius was dumbfounded.

On the ground, Felix blamed himself for his mistake. He didn't expect Sirius to use Apparition forcibly, which was different from the time when he let him go. Anyway, it took some time to catch up, but fortunately, he caught up. A coin with a zooming spell blocked the killing curse. This familiar scene made Voldemort disappear in the air in an instant, facing Felix from a distance.

"Voldemort, in your words, it is foolish for you to appear here today," Felix showed him his new wand and said calmly that he had to suppress the murderous intent in his heart because he was not sure that Voldemort would be left behind. It would be unwise to expose the trump card and all the magic related to it.

Voldemort stared at his wand with an unsightly expression.

"Felix Happ." He muttered, and the madness in his eyes flashed away. He had already begun to retreat. Lucius's information slowly flowed in his mind. Felix Happ got a new wand, while he could only use a mediocre wand. He was almost jealous and crazy.

Voldemort swore in his heart that the next time they met, he must get a wand that matched his status, a wand that would allow him to cast spells without any scruples. He looked at Felix expressionlessly and disappeared on the spot.

Felix did not move. If it was Sirius, he would definitely chase him without saying a word, but the consequences of losing the initiative in the face of Voldemort could be disastrous.

"He's gone?" a weak voice said.

Felix took a few steps forward and looked at Sirius sitting in the pit. He looked like he had just been fished out of a pool of blood. Sirius leaned against the edge of the deep pit and said unhappily, "If Voldemort is gone, save me quickly. My bleeding can't stop at all. I... damn it, I'm dying."

Felix smiled, "You still have the energy to curse, which means you're still a long way from death." He quickly treated Sirius's injuries. After pouring potions into him one by one, Sirius's condition was obviously better, but his whole face was still as pale as a vampire.

While the wound was being treated, dozens of Aurors descended from the sky. Ms. Bones' face was so gloomy that it seemed to drip with water. However, when she saw Sirius, who was playing with Felix, her expression was dull.

"You're still alive!?"

"Almost dead." Sirius said with difficulty, nodding in the direction of Felix.

"I'll take you to St. Mungo's." Ms. Bones pursed her lips and said it after a long time.

Unexpectedly, Sirius shook his head, "No, I have to go to Hogwarts, and Professor Black can't miss the opening dinner."

"I'll take Sirius to the school hospital first." Felix said to the worried Ms. Bones.

...

School Hall.

Harry, Ron and Hermione looked at the long staff table.

"The professor is not here, Sirius is not here, and even Hagrid is missing. What's going on?" Harry said anxiously.

"They might have been delayed by something." Ron guessed, "Didn't you say that Professor Happ had to leave for something? Did he really turn into a swift?"

"Yes." Harry said, "But the professor didn't say what he was going to do." He suddenly thought of Sirius. Could it be that Sirius had an emergency?

The Sorting Ceremony began, but Harry didn't listen carefully the whole time. He just felt that the Sorting Hat sang for an unusually long time this year. When the Sorting Ceremony was over and the table was full of food, Harry had to accept the fact.

At this time, the side door of the Great Hall suddenly opened.

Felix and Sirius walked in. Felix said a few words to Dumbledore. Dumbledore nodded slightly, and then the two sat in the empty seats.

Sirius smiled brightly and waved at Harry. There was no problem with his appearance. Harry immediately responded enthusiastically, and the fork in his hand almost fell on the seat next to him.

"Guess what Sirius is talking to Professor Happ about?" Hermione asked, looking in the direction of the staff table.

"I'll ask tomorrow. Now I just want to have a big meal." Harry said happily.

At the staff table, Sirius was complaining to Felix: "What did you give me to drink? I have no appetite now..."

"Well, you can think of it as a tonic. The ingredients are very precious, including dragon's blood." Felix replied calmly.
