A Professor of Magical Writings at Hogwarts Chapter 143 Practical Lesson (I)

The ordinary classroom door seemed to separate two worlds.

On one side was the warm and peaceful school, and on the other side was the unknown world that was dark and blew a cold wind from time to time...

The students stared at Professor Hep's face hesitantly, as if they wanted to read something, but Felix just looked at them with encouragement.

Penelope couldn't help swallowing her saliva, and her voice was very clear. Percy, who was two seats away from her, asked: "Professor? There won't be any danger, right?"

"What? Oh, of course not... Why do you think so?" Felix looked at him in surprise, his eyes swept across the faces of others.

"... I understand, don't worry, well, I did add some interesting and scary surprises, but our class is always ancient magic runes, not defense against the dark arts."

"Go ahead, I'll go last."

The wizards and witches walked in one after another, and Felix followed behind and closed the door of the classroom.

"Bang!"

...

In this mysterious space, the light was very dim, which made it impossible for them to judge the specific size of the space.

Some tiny sounds entered their ears: the sound of the wind, the cry of crows, the chirping of insects, and some strange syllables.

More than 30 students huddled together like quails, standing there at a loss, seemingly waiting for the professor's instructions. Only seven or eight of them raised their wands, chanted the fluorescent flash, and looked around with the help of the magic light.

Felix shook his head, and the next second his voice came from above the ceiling,

"Little wizards, you are now the staff of the Ministry of Magic 150 years ago, proficient in magic runes. The instructions you have received are to check the surrounding areas, eliminate dangers and bring back valuable manuscripts."

"You must be as careful as professionals, but don't miss any clues. Magic manuscripts will not be placed at the door in a swagger, and the carriers of knowledge are not unique. Believe me, there are many things here that are worth exploring."

"Now, take out your wands, and if necessary, take out the parchment to leave a record. I will always be watching you."

Then the voice disappeared.

After a short silence...

"Ahem!" Percy cleared his throat and raised his wand to attract the attention of others: "I think this is a test from the professor. We should give a satisfactory answer. As the prefect, I am willing to lead everyone..."

"There is more than one prefect here!" A Slytherin student sang a different tune. Amid the chaotic chatter, the students quickly divided into four teams according to the colleges. There

were twelve Ravenclaws, seven Gryffindors, five Slytherins, and nine Hufflepuffs.

The other three colleges all had prefects, and Hufflepuff also selected a prestigious wizard. They gathered around a stone to discuss what to do.

"We should explore the boundaries of this place. It's obvious that the professor has cast a traceless extension spell. This place can't be too big."

"Excuse me, I think we should find the safe house that the professor mentioned and get the manuscript as soon as possible. I don't want to stay here for a second longer!"

"You want to act separately?"

"No?"

"Everyone, we'd better act together."

...

Percy advocated exploring the surrounding environment first, and making a clear division of labor and performing their duties, while the Slytherin prefect opposed it. He strongly demanded to find the safe house as quickly as possible, "This is the key information provided by the professor!"

Penelope supported Percy in the other two colleges, while Hufflepuff suggested that everyone act together.

Ten minutes passed quietly.

But opinions were always inconsistent. In the end, everyone decided to act as a college unit and leave one person behind. Every ten breaths, release a cluster of red sparks into the sky. After ten times, release green sparks. Everyone saw it and quickly returned to share their own information.

Gryffindor and Ravenclaw walked together. In order to maintain a balance in numbers, Slytherin and Hufflepuff acted together.

"Everyone, say it with me: Luminescent!" Percy said.     Rays of light lit

up from the darkness, and a patch of starlight lit up not far away, and both sides felt a little relieved.     They randomly chose a direction and moved forward. They were originally cautious step by step, but from time to time, a     flock     of     crows     flew around     , making a     "     caa     ...     "Don't worry, there will be no danger." Percy said in a very unconvincing tone.     The five of them carefully explored the tombstones. They stepped on the soft soil and occasionally heard the sound of branches breaking. In the silence, Percy suddenly said, "Penelope, you should have stayed."     "I'm the prefect!" Penelope retorted.     "But..."     "Oh, come on, you two," the burly Wood turned around, "even lovers have to choose a time to quarrel. We are busy."     "Who, who said we are lovers?" The two looked at him in astonishment.     "I'm not stupid..." Wood muttered.     Percy and Penelope were quiet in an instant, and even the sudden sound of frogs didn't seem so scary.     In a slightly awkward atmosphere, they walked into the tombstones.     "Look here!" Wood pointed to a tombstone and said, "There are some magic words on it, it seems to be..." His voice trembled.     "What is it?" Percy raised his wand and looked over.

"I, we're waiting for you here..." Wood swallowed.

"Gudong!"

Just then, they heard a strange noise, and something poked out of the soil in front of Wood's tombstone.

Percy's eyes widened. It was a hand!

"Run, Wood!" He raised his hand and cast a crushing spell.

Wood jumped away swiftly, and there was a crisp sound behind him. When he looked back, a skeletal arm was broken into pieces.

"Ahhh!" Penelope screamed. Something grabbed her ankle. She struggled hard to get rid of it. There was a white hand hanging on her ankle. "Penelope!"

Percy

shouted, and then he was stunned to see that after Penelope ran away a few steps, she gritted her teeth and released "Bone Shattered" and "Burning Flames" in one direction. The fierce light illuminated a corner of the tombstone group. Under the effect of the spell, a large pit was blown out on the ground.

After about thirty seconds

, a group of people came running over breathlessly. They looked at the scene in confusion: Percy and Penelope were kissing each other, the other two wizards were looking at the distance awkwardly, and Wood kicked a skeleton with one arm missing away with a look of disgust.

The skeleton also looked strange, about half a person's height, with short limbs, but a very large head, almost occupying half of the body.

The big-headed skeleton's mouth was exaggeratedly grinning, making a very anthropomorphic "wool~wool~" sound, and clumsily tried to get up from the ground.
