Chapter 12 Touching the Dragon Horns

Chapter 12 Touching the Dragon Horns

It was nearly evening when you left the General's Mansion. Thinking you still had time, you decided to sneak off to find Danfeng and give him a surprise.

You first went to the market and bought some snacks that Danfeng liked, and then took a boat to Lin Yuan Realm.

Having learned from your previous experience, you easily found Danfeng's residence this time. After specifically instructing the guards not to make a sound, you tiptoed to the window of the study and carefully observed the situation inside.

The room was dimly lit, as if the lights hadn't been turned on yet. Danfeng propped his head up with his right hand, closed his eyes, and took a short nap, exuding an aura of exhaustion.

You tiptoe into the room and find the blanket piled on the chair.

You carefully approach the sleeping Danfeng, spread out the blanket, and gently drape it over his shoulder.

You held your breath the whole time, afraid of waking him.

You finally breathed a sigh of relief after it was all over, and were just about to pull your right hand back when Danfeng grabbed it. You lost your balance and fell into his arms, still shaken.

Danfeng, secretly pleased with his successful prank, then opened his eyes to admire your panicked expression.

"When did you wake up?" You sat up and simply sat on his lap.

"When you came in."

"You're pretending to be asleep?!" you glared at him angrily.

So, he deliberately waited for you to throw yourself into his arms, you scoundrel!

You gently punched Danfeng's chest to vent your dissatisfaction, but the force was like a tickle, making it look more like you were being coquettish.

"It was my fault this time, don't be angry." Danfeng quickly smoothed things over, then changed the subject, "What brings you here today?"

"I got off work early today, and since we hadn't seen each other in a long time, I brought some food to see you. Who knew you would tease me like this? I should have known better than to come." You glanced at him, your words still tinged with resentment.

"It's my fault, I won't do it again." Danfeng lowered his head and admitted his mistake. "What can I do to make you feel better?"

"Unless I get to touch your dragon horns, I won't forgive you easily." You quickly revealed your true intentions.

"I see." Danfeng chuckled, lowered his head, and obediently presented the dragon horn to you.

"Then I won't stand on ceremony."

From the first moment you saw him, you were curious about the feel of the dragon horns. Today, your wish has finally come true.

You excitedly wiped your hands, then tentatively touched the pair of shimmering dragon horns with your fingers.

The dragon horns have an exceptionally smooth surface, feel cool to the touch, and have a very pleasant feel.

Your fingertips travel from the tail upwards, leaving no spot untouched, imprinting the warmth of your fingertips on the cold dragon horns.

The dragon horns are Danfeng's sensitive spot, and he never lets anyone touch them under normal circumstances.

Your smooth, white fingers delicately traced the shape of the dragon horns, leaving your mark and warmth on them. Each touch sent a shiver down his spine, and soon his ears turned red.

"Alright, that's enough." Danfeng grabbed your hand, which you were about to continue, and stopped you with a blush.

He's afraid that if things continue like this, he might not be able to resist doing something to you.

But you were completely unaware that something was wrong and continued to tease Danfeng.

You curiously poked his flushed cheeks, your eyes brimming with excitement.

"Your face is so red, are you sick?" You deliberately lean closer to see how he avoids you, pretending not to understand why he's acting this way.

Seeing the Dragon Lord with such a shy expression, you could die without regret.

Danfeng saw through your gloating, grabbed your mischievous hand, and sealed your lips with a kiss while you were still laughing, silencing your words.

"Mmm..." You immediately struggled, trying to escape, but Danfeng held your hand tightly, deepening the kiss.

You quickly succumbed to his fierce attacks, passively enduring them, and gradually gave up the struggle.

In a state of confusion and infatuation, everything seemed to fall into place naturally.

But then, an untimely person comes along and spoils your fun.

"Lord Dragon Lord, the elder has urgent business with you and requests your immediate presence."

Seeing that there was no response for a while, the visitor repeated himself.

"Someone's coming," you whispered to Danfeng.

"Ignore him, let's continue." Danfeng had no intention of giving up.

You don't have a penchant for being eavesdropped on, so try to avoid Danfeng's kisses and hint to him that important matters are at hand.

Disappointed, Danfeng quickly vented his anger on the servant outside the door who was about to push it open.

"Get out—" A powerful force struck, and the waiter was sent flying several meters away before he even touched the door, landing on the ground howling in pain.

The next second, Danfeng stood at the door with his hands behind his back, coldly glaring at him, his ruthlessness evident in his eyes.

"Danfeng, you—you dare to disregard the Dragon Master like this! You are simply audacious!" the waiter cursed.

Danfeng, who was already in a bad mood, became even more annoyed when he saw that it was Long Shi who had come to provoke him. He raised his hand to teach him another lesson, but the waiter immediately backed down.

"You just wait—" the waiter said, then scrambled away as fast as he could.

You straightened your clothes and appeared only after the waiter had left.

"Is this really okay?" You're worried that Master Long will make things difficult for him.

"They wouldn't dare." Danfeng instantly concealed his ruthlessness, reserving all his gentleness for you.

"It's getting late, I should go back."

"Won't you stay for a meal?" Danfeng grabbed your right hand, her eyes pleading.

"Okay." You couldn't bear to go against his wishes, so you nodded in agreement.

Little did I know that this compromise was just the beginning. After having dinner with him, he used the same trick again, wanting me to stay with him that night.

You soften your heart again and willingly fall into his trap.

There's a saying that goes, "Feeling sorry for a man is the beginning of misfortune"...
