328: Who stole Uncle Shen's precious darling? (1/2)

Back at the restaurant, the nanny was waiting at the door with Da Bao and Er Bao.

Lü Yazhi also realized that something was wrong.

Today is the restaurant's grand opening, and because of the free food promotion, there are quite a lot of people coming.

Lü Yazhi told the head chef to keep busy, while she occasionally came out to check on the restaurant from the outside.

I only saw Da Bao and Er Bao, as well as Wu Suowei.

Lu Yazhi just asked, and the two children said that their younger sister is missing.

Lü Yazhi thought to herself that Da Bao and Er Bao were forgetful.

Wu Suowei was older than the two of them, so he should know something.

But this kid knew nothing about it either.

Upon hearing that Sanbao was missing, Lü Yazhi became anxious.

She scolded all three children, and even the nanny wasn't spared a scolding.

The nanny was there to look after the children. At that time, Wen Qiao took the three children back to the private room of the restaurant and told the nanny to keep an eye on the older and younger children who were playing at the door.

Wen Qiao never expected that Sanbao, who was in a private room at the restaurant, would be targeted by someone.

Ironically, the two conspicuous little boys playing in front of the restaurant were unharmed.

On her way back to the restaurant from the hospital, Wen Qiao was also thinking about whether she could rule out the possibility of human traffickers.

Human traffickers usually abduct boys more often.

Moreover, they were always out out looking for lone individuals; there was no way they would go into a restaurant's private room to find Sanbao.

Wen Qiao even suspected that the person who wanted to kidnap Sanbao might know her and Sanbao.

As soon as Shen Jichuan's car stopped, Lü Yazhi was the first to see it. She quickly ran over and watched Wen Qiao get out of the car with the three babies in her arms. Lü Yazhi finally felt relieved.

"I'm so glad you're back. I was thinking of calling the police."

"The meal was ready, but I couldn't find you and Jichuan, so I looked everywhere for you. I asked around and found out that my sister is missing."

Wen Qiao glanced at her worried mother and the nanny with a concerned expression.

He said, "I was almost taken away, but luckily I ran into Huo Yan. This whole thing is too strange."

"Big sister, from now on you need to keep a close eye on Sanbao, never leaving his side. You can do less or no housework, but you must keep an eye on Sanbao."

The nanny nodded immediately, "Xiao Qiao, I'm so sorry, it was my fault this time. I didn't watch the children properly. I should have gone to the private room to check on Sanbao."

Wen Qiao said, "It's not your fault. That person planned this. They drugged Sanbao..."

Upon hearing this, Lü Yazhi immediately became worried.

"What happened? Why were they drugged?"

Wen Qiao: "This matter hasn't been investigated yet, Mom, please don't ask any more questions."

Lü Yazhi said, "What are you saying, child? Sanbao is my granddaughter, how could I not ask? If I had known something like this would happen, I wouldn't have let you come."

"If Sanbao really disappeared because of the restaurant's opening, I will never forgive myself for the rest of my life."

As she spoke, Lü Yazhi wiped the corner of her eye.

Wen Qiao sighed softly and said, "Mom, don't say that. Who knew something like this would happen?"

Lu Yazhi hurriedly said, "No, you should take Sanbao back first. I'm afraid the child will be frightened..."

Before Lü Yazhi could finish speaking, the little baby nestled in Wen Qiao's arms whispered, "I don't want to go back. I want to eat Grandma's cooking. Mom said today is the grand opening of Grandma's restaurant."

Hearing her granddaughter's words, Lü Yazhi felt extremely distressed.

She reached out and took the child, saying with a loving expression, "You're such a good grandson."
