Chapter 139 Meeting

"Then let's go out in half an hour and make some preparations." Mo Jingchun smiled and left Jiang Li's room with Jiang Jiang.

"Yeah!" Jiang Li nodded.

After seeing Mo Jingchun close the door, Jiang Li took two steps back and fell on the wooden bed behind him.

Jiang Li stared blankly at the starry sky above the wooden bed.

It was the winter of his junior year, and a painting that Mo Jingchun had drawn was pasted on Jiang Li's bed.

With a silent smile, Jiang Li climbed up, half-knelt on the bed, and gently stroked the painting with her hand.

She knew who the so-called elders Mo Jingchun was talking about, and she also knew what might happen after they met.

Jiang Li touched his forehead, which was covered with a thin layer of sweat.

That familiar feeling of panic appeared again, but Jiang Li had already found a way to deal with it.

He stretched out his hand and stroked it across her round chest, finally stopping at her lower abdomen, and then slowly grabbed the clothes there.

Mo Jingchun was sitting in the living room, with Sheng Jiang lying at his feet, wagging his tail.

A chat box appeared on the phone in his hand, and he was messaging Xu Fan.

Xu Fan: Are you serious?

Xu Fan: But if we really do this, wouldn't it be too sudden? You must be more familiar with Jiang Li's personality than I am. She...

No matter what, just like that confession, I can no longer suppress the emotions in my heart.

Mo Jingchun's fingers moved quickly on the 26 keys, sending the message out.

After doing all this, he turned off his phone and put it back in his pocket.

Mo Jingchun tilted his head back, took a long breath, and thought about his own things in his mind.

Half an hour was very short and it was over in a short while.

Mo Jingchun lifted his hair. This summer seemed to be even hotter. He was sweating just by sitting.

Mo Jingchun stood up from his seat in the living room and walked towards Jiang Li's room, while Sheng Jiang followed behind with his tail wagging.

"Knock, knock, knock."

There was no response in the room. Mo Jingchun didn't believe it, so he reached out and knocked twice.

"Knock, knock, knock."

There was still no response in the room.

Mo Jingchun frowned and opened the door, "Jiang Li, you..."

Before he could finish his words, Mo Jingchun saw Jiang Li lying on the bed in front of him.

His eyes suddenly narrowed and Mo Jingchun hurried forward.

Jiang Li closed her eyes and lay weakly on the bed. Her face was pale, her lips were bloodless, and her body was covered with cold sweat.

"Jiang Li," Mo Jingchun lowered his voice, not afraid of disturbing her.

Jiang Li's long eyelashes trembled slightly, and he slowly opened his black eyes.

A feeling of pity flashed through his mind in an instant.

"What's wrong? Are you feeling unwell?"

Mo Jingchun reached out and touched Jiang Li's forehead. His temperature was normal and he didn't look like he had a cold.

"Jingchun, I, I think I'm having my period."

Jiang Li's cheeks flushed slightly, and he seemed to be a little bit angry.

Mo Jingchun was stunned at first, then he breathed a sigh of relief.

"You scared me to death! I thought you had a heat stroke or a cold." Mo Jingchun said softly, "Wait for me to make you a cup of ginger tea."

"No, no need."

Jiang Li held Mo Jingchun back, his eyes glancing at him with reluctance. "Didn't you say you wanted to meet that elder of yours?"

"I'm sorry, Jingchun, I may not be able to go today."

"It's okay, Aunt Lin won't blame you." Mo Jingchun comforted Jiang Li.

Jiang Li's eyes darkened when he heard the name, but he still had a smile on his face. "Since we have an agreement, even if I can't go, you still have to go."

"But you..." Mo Jingchun also knew this. He had agreed to meet Aunt Lin, so he couldn't stand her up.

"Go quickly and don't worry about me." Jiang Li lay on the bed with a relieved smile on his face.

"I still have ginger to keep me company."

"But……"

"Don't worry, if you don't leave now you will break your promise." Jiang Li lay on the bed and rubbed Mo Jingchun's hand with his head.

"Jiang Li, call me if you have anything." Mo Jingchun stood up from the bed, covered Jiang Li with the quilt, walked to the door, and said to Jiang Li seriously.

"Yeah." Jiang Li nodded.

Mo Jingchun opened the door, and just as he was about to leave, Jiang Li called him again.

"Jingchun, when your elder asks me my name, can you please not tell her first?"

Jiang Li lowered her head, and Mo Jingchun could only see her black hair while standing by the door.

"I...still feel a little..."

"It's okay," Mo Jingchun nodded with a smile. He knew Jiang Li was sensitive and shy. "As long as you don't want me to, I won't tell anyone."

Jiang Li shrank his neck while lying on the bed, "Thank you, thank you."

"Wait a moment, I'll be back soon." Mo Jingchun closed the door, and the sound of a key turning in the lock was heard.

Not long after Mo Jingchun left, Jiang Li lifted the quilt and climbed out of bed.

Her expression was bitter and her lips were slightly pale, as if she was really weak.

She was too greedy. She didn't want Mo Jingchun to break the appointment, nor did she want to disappoint Lin Yun, so she could only use this method to let Mo Jingchun go to the meeting alone.

Jiang Li looked up at the painting on the bed. At this point, could she really be brave?

Does she really want to continue hiding this pure feeling?

…………

In a high-end restaurant somewhere in Hangzhou.

Lin Yun prepared some gifts and was sitting near the window, waiting for Mo Jingchun to come with his girlfriend.
