Next, Bao Yu took out a live streaming device from her backpack. Of course, she strictly followed the rules of the game. She wouldn't start a live stream herself; instead, she turned on the device and launched it into the air.
[I never imagined that a live streaming device would one day become a tool for lighting!]
[Wan'er's cousin would probably be furious if he found out, right?]
To be fair, the lighting on the live stream setup is really good. 360-degree coverage with no blind spots.
With the light on, Bao Yu could operate more easily. She first sprinkled insecticide powder nearby to repel mosquitoes, snakes, and ants.
Bao Yu noticed this while cooking: the water was connected to a tap and was flowing continuously. It was mountain stream water, so there was no need to turn off the valve.
So Bao Yu simply found some bamboo poles nearby and tied a few together near the water tap to make pillars. Then, she used a bed sheet to surround the pillars.
Then, Bao Yu took something out of the black suitcase.
Viewers in the live stream saw Bao Yu attach something to the faucet, and then they realized that Bao Yu was holding a showerhead.
Just when everyone thought she was going to take a cold shower, hot water came out of the shower head.
Wow, an instant water heater?
Where does this electricity come from?
It wasn't just the viewers in the live stream who had this question; even the cameraman couldn't help but ask it out.
"Didn't you notice that this is much larger than a normal interface? There's a device here that looks like a windmill, which can quickly generate electricity for the water heater when water is impacted."
"But how could such a small windmill heat the water so quickly?"
Bao Yu smiled: "Who said there's only one windmill? Besides, look here!"
Bao Yu pointed to the location of the showerhead for the photographer, and then pointed to a spot a little further ahead.
"From here, the water is split. To heat the water quickly, each stream has its own heating element."
"My God, this is way too complicated!"
"It is indeed quite troublesome. But the results are good, aren't they?"
The photographer nodded: "Who would have thought you could even take a hot shower here?"
With hot water available, Bao Yu told Ren Chenguang to take a shower and prepare for bed. Ren Chenguang obediently changed into slippers, grabbed his toiletries, and went to take a shower.
Meanwhile, Bao Yu installed a partition outside the shower to make it easier for her to get dressed after showering.
After finishing, Bao Yu pulled the pink suitcase inside. She opened it and took out Ren Chenguang's pajamas, preparing them for him to change into after his shower.
Bao Yu then got busy again. First, she secured the four corners of the tent with something to make sure it wouldn't be blown away by the wind. Then, she moved several large stones to weigh down the edges of the tent.
Because of limited luggage space, there was no way to put poles or anything else in the tent. So, Bao Yu set up a few more bamboo poles around the tent, used them as supports, pulled out the tent canopy, placed it on the bamboo poles, and then secured it to the ground with ropes.
Afterwards, Bao Yu dug water channels around the area. The south gets a lot of rain, so you never know when it might rain.
She turned around and saw Ren Chenguang standing behind her, having already finished showering.
"Finished your shower? Go to sleep now. I'm all done here. You can go take a shower and then go to bed."
Ren Chenguang nodded and went into the tent.
Bao Yu then took out a mosquito-killing lamp from the pink suitcase and hung it on the tent. She also took out the last box from the black suitcase and an electric mosquito coil from the pink suitcase.
[So the last box contained batteries?]
