"You must be Yunbei, Doctor Yun. We are Li Mingchen's parents. We came here to thank you for saving our son yesterday."
When Yunbei heard that they were Li Mingchen's parents, he realized that the two of them did look somewhat like Li Mingchen.

When they had almost finished talking, Li's mother told them the second purpose of their visit, which was to ask for medicine.
"Doctor Yun, this is what happened. My mother-in-law is sick. The doctor said she needs ginseng to nourish her. So my silly son came all the way to the mountains to look for it.
