Chapter 21 Do you want to kill me again? Do you really believe in fate?
The person in front of the magic circle had a smile on his lips, his red hair was particularly conspicuous, and there was a faint smile in his brown eyes, but he was particularly indifferent.
In just a moment, Vifiya realized something, her red eyes suddenly became sharp, and her hand subconsciously touched the dagger at her waist.
Although this situation was somewhat absurd, based on her understanding of the person in front of her, she was sure that he had memories of his previous life.
Seeing Vifiya's actions, the man looked sad and incredulous. He complained, "Vifiya, how could you do this? As soon as I remembered, I rushed over to meet you."
There was a playful look in his eyes as he stared at Vifiya. He took a step forward in her direction. Vifiya, who had been observing him, suddenly stepped back at the same time.
His face suddenly became gloomy.
"Reilold, is this the surprise you gave me?" Vifiya concealed the sharpness in her eyes, leaving only a thin layer of ice, and spoke expressionlessly.
Reilold was stunned for a moment, then a sinister laugh suddenly escaped his throat, his words filled with infatuation: "Yes, Vifiya, I originally wanted to give you a few more surprises before coming to see you, but when I think of you killing me without hesitation." He clasped his hands around his neck, his eyes filled with uncontrollable morbid obsession, "I can't help but miss you."
"I wonder if you will remember me as I remember you." His brown eyes lit up with great surprise, and the smile on his lips continued to grow. "You really remember me. This is destined, Vifiya."
His eyes were filled with madness, as if he had found a beloved toy after a long time. He was so excited that he staggered a few steps to Vifiya: "Be my true friend, Vifiya."
Vifiya couldn't help but chuckle, her eyes slightly curved, her red pupils filled with contempt, her face innocent: "Leilode, it is important for people to know themselves. As a bastard of a merchant group, what qualifications do you have to be my friend?"
Hearing this, Lei Luode was not angry. He lowered his hands and thought for a moment: "I knew you would hurt my heart like this, but it doesn't matter! Vifiya, I am not a bastard now."
Vifiya glanced at him with sharp eyes, and he said, "I killed that woman and her son. As for my so-called father, everything he owns will be in my hands sooner or later."
He smiled happily and took a step closer to Vifiya: "Vifiya, if you want, I can give you everything from the Keshi Merchant Group."
The Keshi Merchant Group is one of the best merchant groups in the Segarot Empire, but so what? Vifiya stepped forward and said, "But I don't want it. If you want to be my friend, beg me."
Raylord was a little distressed and asked curiously, "Are you still angry about that note? Or..." His eyes suddenly became dangerous and cold, "You have a new companion?"
Vifiya didn't answer. She took another step forward, her eyes dark and cold. She reached out her hand and slowly grasped his neck. She asked quietly, "Do you really believe in fate?"
Lei Luode did not move. He lowered his eyes with burning eyes, as if Vifiya was not holding his neck.
She exerted a little force, but his smile became even happier. He raised his hand and covered Vifiya's slightly cool hand, and his words were filled with sweet stickiness: "Do you want to kill me again, Vifiya? If so, will you consider killing me again?"
Vifiya still didn't answer. Her face was calm and indifferent. Reilold was too troublesome. If she killed him here...
The crimson pupils gradually became filled with murderous intent.
Lei Luode, who saw the change in Vifiya's eyes, did not show any panic, but his eyes became more fiery.
As Vifiya was pinching his hand, she covered it with her other hand.
Raylord's neck and his hands were separated only by Vifia's left hand, and the three hands exerted force at the same time.
Oxygen was constantly squeezed out and slipped away bit by bit. The feeling of suffocation continued to and strongly hit the brain, clamoring for air.
Vifiya felt indifferently that Raylord's pulse was gradually slowing down under her fingertips, and her right hand touched the dagger at her waist.
"Swoosh!" It was the sound of a dagger being drawn from its sheath.
Lei Luode's eyes fell on the dagger she had raised, but he did not stop it. His face was already flushed, and his throat couldn't help coughing. A low laugh squeezed out of his throat, carrying endless pleasure.
His body trembled, and he stared at the cold red color of Vifiya without blinking. He seemed to be able to smell the smell of rust similar to this red.
A strange feeling of happiness floated in his eyes, and more of it was the madness of hitting her. He even ignored the injury in his throat and squeezed out the words: "Please...you."
The sharp tip of the knife quickly pierced through the clothes and pressed against the flesh.
Vifiya raised her head slightly and met Raylord's eyes. Even though there was a chill in her eyes, Raylord still looked at her with a sickly pleasure. His brown eyes reflected her face, and the smile on his lips remained unchanged.
The dagger was placed against his heart. Vifiya exerted a little force and the tip of the knife pierced in. A faint smell of rust appeared.
If she had used a little more force, she could have stabbed the dagger into his heart and killed the man in front of her.
"Snap!" A crisp sound of snapping fingers suddenly came from my ears.
Suddenly, a magic circle lit up under their feet, and complicated runes climbed up from the magic circle, surrounding the two of them. The light was dazzling, and Vifia instinctively closed her eyes.
The incident happened in just a moment. When Vifia opened her eyes again, Raylord had disappeared from her sight, and the dagger in his hand was nowhere to be seen.
When she noticed someone not far away, she looked over suddenly. A person in a dark blue robe was standing there motionless. It was impossible to tell whether it was a man or a woman under the robe.
Vifia looked alert. The magician in front of her did not move, so she stood there and did not speak first.
She was secretly a little annoyed that the opportunity to kill Raylord was right in front of her, but it was interrupted by someone else.
She didn't know how Lei Luode had the memories of her previous life. Her original plan was to avoid Lei Luode, but Lei Luode came to her on his own.
It would be fine if he didn't remember, and the two of them could live in peace in this life.
But he just remembered that his temperament was changeable, and Vifiya knew very well that keeping Raylord was no different from leaving trouble for herself.
The scene suddenly became quiet, and even the sound of the wind could not be heard at the bottom of the cliff.
The magician suddenly raised his head, but his hood was too large and his face was hidden in the shadows. Vifiya still couldn't see the man's face clearly.
"I'm not your enemy." It was a woman's voice with a clear and mellow voice.
After she finished speaking, she didn't look at Vifia's reaction, but turned her head to look at the dimly lit cliff wall. She said a little: "Is this your purpose?"
She turned around and observed it for a while, then said with a faint smile, "It's a very interesting magic circle."
She raised her legs and walked towards the magic circle. She stopped in front of the magic circle and glanced in the direction of Vifiya.
Vifiya understood her meaning from her silent figure, but did not realize her malice. After thinking for a while, Vifiya took a step forward and stopped a few meters away from her.
The magician didn't care about the distance between them. He carefully observed the magic circle in front of him and continued to speak to himself, "The runes that make up this magic circle are simple, but the runes are all interconnected. If it were a little more perfect, no one would ever be able to solve it."
There was a tiny light on her fingertips, and she lightly tapped the magic circle. The magic circle quickly lit up and started to operate rapidly. In just a moment, it returned to silence.
"No one in this world has ever been able to create a magic circle to such a sophisticated level. Yet, this magic circle has loopholes that allow even powerful magicians to break it."
The magician suddenly became quiet, and Vifia's gaze shifted from the magic circle to the magician, only to see the magician suddenly take a step back.
Her words were still so relaxed: "Only a god can create a magic circle that can function normally even with loopholes."
Vifiya remained calm, her mind already racing. Hearing her so calmly reveal such important information, she began to suspect her identity. She lowered her guard and asked, "Why are you telling me this?"
The magician fell silent again, and just when Vifia thought she would not answer, she suddenly turned and looked at Vifia.
As she moved, a few strands of silver-gray hair fell down from the hood. Although she couldn't see her eyes, Vifia knew that she was observing her.
After a long while, Vifiya saw the bright red lips under her hood not far away slightly open. Her tone was no longer cheerful, but full of seriousness: "Have you seen God?"
There was no change on Vifiya's face. She just felt like fireworks were exploding in her head. The hands hanging by her side moved slightly, and she secretly adjusted her emotions. How much did she know about this magician? What else did she know?
Vifiya looked a little puzzled, lowered her eyes and thought: "If you are talking about the goddess statue, then I have seen it."
The magician looked at her quietly, as if trying to judge the truth in her words.
Time passed minute by minute. The magician withdrew his gaze and sighed softly. He no longer insisted on her answer. He stretched out his hand and pointed at the position of the magic circle. He gently reminded Vifiya: "Back off."
Seeing this, Vifiya took a few steps back.
At the same time, the light in the magician's palm surged towards the magic circle like a thread. The magic circle was running at a high speed, and runes appeared one after another.
The two forces continuously collided and merged, generating violent winds that blew in all directions with the magic circle as the center.
The wind and sand blew towards her, Vifiya protected her eyes, and her clothes rustled.
The magician snapped his fingers again, and a huge shield covered the cliff, preventing other places from being hit by magic power.
After a while, the runes of the magic circle loosened, and a crack appeared on one of the runes at the hole, and all the runes shattered in an instant.
The light of the magic circle dimmed and disappeared, and the magician slowly withdrew his hand.
The sound of the wind in her ears gradually disappeared. Vifiya looked at the hole that appeared on the cliff, and she could hear the sound of her heartbeat in her chest.
She turned her gaze to the magician, only to see him breathing slightly as he turned around to face her.
The magician took off his hood, revealing his silver-gray hair that flowed like a waterfall, and his light red eyes were gentle.
"Long time no see, Vifiya."
