Seeing that there was still no response from the other end, Shen Yuan hung up the phone.
She swore that if Yuan Le dared to do anything to the dogs in the store, she would make her pay the price.
After finishing work, Shen Yuan was about to order takeout when Ouyang Zhuo came to the pet shop.
"Are you done?"
Ouyang Zhuo seemed a little uncomfortable. After all, since the last time, every time he saw Chen Yuan, she would give him a bad look.
"Well, I'm not busy today. What do you need?"
Chen Yuan put down her phone and looked at Ouyang Zhuo, not knowing why he always came to her.

Chen Yuan paused and hesitated for a long time before agreeing.
"Okay, wait for me then."

She changed out of her work clothes before getting into Ouyang Zhuo's car. The two of them didn't say a word along the way. After a while, the car stopped downstairs of the apartment building.
Ouyang Zhuo took Chen Yuan to the eighth floor and politely made a gesture of invitation.
"Let's go, the room is a bit messy, don't suggest anything."
Shen Yuan looked around and found that the house was quite tidy and not as messy as he said.
As she was looking around, a golden retriever about two years old ran to her feet and rubbed against her hard.
Shen Yuan leaned over and touched its furry head. The little golden retriever looked quite lively, so there shouldn't be any big problem.
"You want to help me? I'll go cook."
Hearing the voice, Shen Yuan was about to say no, but Ouyang Zhuo had already walked into the kitchen wearing an apron.
While Chen Yuan was examining Golden Retriever, Ouyang Zhuo had already prepared three dishes and a soup.
"How is it? What happened to it?"
Chen Yuan stroked the little golden retriever and said, "It's not a big problem. Just do a good job of deworming. I'll prescribe some medicine for you."
Hearing this, Ouyang Zhuo breathed a sigh of relief, "Okay, thank you for your help then."
After a while, Shen Yuan handed the medicine she had prepared to Ouyang Zhuo.
"Just eat according to the measurements above."
Ouyang Zhuo took the medicine from Shen Yuan's hand and said, "Okay, then go wash your hands and come over to eat."
She was stunned for a few seconds, then said with a twitching mouth, "No, I have something else to do."
She was still on guard against Ouyang Zhuo. After all, his outrageous behavior towards her last time made it impossible for her to completely let down her guard.
When Ouyang Zhuo saw Chen Yuan was about to leave, he immediately stopped her. He couldn't let her go like that.
"Chen Yuan, don't be so anxious. We finally get to meet. I've been thinking about opening a pet shop lately, but I don't have much experience. Today is a good opportunity for me to consult you."
Chen Yuan paused, and seeing that she couldn't persuade him, she had to agree.

After editing a text message, Shen Yuan clicked send and turned off the phone only after confirming that the message had been sent.
The two of them sat together at the dining table. Ouyang Zhuo kept picking up food for her, but Chen Yuan didn't touch her chopsticks.
Seeing this, Ouyang Zhuo frowned and asked with a pursed lip, "Why don't you eat it? Are you afraid that I'll poison you?"
Poisoning? That's not impossible.
Shen Yuan shook her head and said, "No, I've already eaten. You can eat now. Don't worry about me."
Seeing that Chen Yuan was determined not to eat the food he cooked, Ouyang Zhuo had no choice but to give up.
Anyway, he had other plans.
"Okay, I'll get you a glass of water."

Before Shen Yuan finished speaking, Ouyang Zhuo had already stood up and went to the kitchen.

He threw Shen Yuan onto the bed, lowered his eyes and looked at her with the corners of his mouth raised, revealing a smug smile.
