Qin Yi casually placed his hand on the table, his slender fingers lightly tapping the surface, revealing his determined state of mind.
"It's just to make me happy. Compared to your life, it's insignificant."
Nanqianyue disagreed, saying, "What if you're hard to please, or you ask me to do something excessive?"
Qin Yi smiled and leaned forward, moving a little closer to Nan Qianyue. He raised his eyebrows and asked with a hint of doubt, "Are you overthinking this? Or do you have ulterior motives towards me?"
"Nonsense!" Nan Qianyue's eyes widened. "I'm just trying to make you happy, so what? It's no big deal!"
"Okay, it's settled then." Qin Yi tapped the cutting board.
Nanqianyue gritted his teeth and said, "What are the other two conditions? Tell me quickly!"
Qin Yi leaned back lazily in his chair. "I haven't decided yet. I'll tell you when I do."
Nanqianyue now finds Qin Yi very displeasing; looking at him for too long hurts her eyes. "Since you haven't made up your mind, I'll go back. Have someone open the door."
"Go back?" Qin Yi raised an eyebrow slightly, a smile in his eyes. "You just promised to make me happy, and you've already forgotten?"
Nanqianyue suddenly felt short of breath. She tried hard to control the urge to curse, and forced a stiff, fake smile as she suppressed the surging magma, asking, "Are you unhappy right now?"
Qin Yi nodded leisurely, his tone as if reciting an official document, "I'm in a very bad mood right now and urgently need you to cheer me up."
She felt short of breath and chest tightness after moving south, as if she had been tricked. She leaned back in her chair as if on strike, tilting her head to the side. "But I'm in a bad mood right now, so I'm afraid I can't comfort you."
"It's alright, I can cheer you up first, then you can cheer me up."
Qin Yi spoke with utmost seriousness and a very solemn demeanor. If one did not read what he was saying, one would think he was arranging some political affairs.
Zhuo Yuanzhi, the deputy commander who was guarding outside, was almost speechless with astonishment. He never expected that the prince's method of pursuing Miss Nan would be so... childish.
Zhuo Yuanzhi wanted to cover his ears, afraid of ruining the image of the prince as wise and mighty in his heart, but he couldn't help but continue to eavesdrop.
Nanqianyue stared at Qin Yi as if he were some kind of monster, "Are you sure you're not out of your mind?"

"Who says I can't coax you? I'll coax you right now." Nan Qianyue waved her hand, wanting to end this farce as soon as possible.

While Nan Qianyue was patiently comforting him inside the room, Qin Yi suddenly pulled her into his arms. Startled, she pressed her bare hand against Qin Yi's chest and demanded, "What are you doing?"
He really is a lecher.
Qin Yi squeezed the hand around her waist, leaned closer to her, and said in a deep voice with a hint of confusion, "I'm not a child. You should coax me like an adult."
Nan Qianyue's ears turned red, and she turned her face away, coldly rebuking, "You're a filthy scoundrel. Ever since Fengdu, you've been thinking about dirty things. I shouldn't have agreed to your ridiculous conditions. Let me go, I want to go back!"
Qin Yi smiled enigmatically. "You're wrong. It didn't start in Fengdu, it started two years ago."
Nanqianyue glared at him angrily, "You still think you're right? You think it's glorious to act like a hooligan?"
Qin Yi's eyes darkened as memories of his past pleasures from two years ago resurfaced. His body tensed involuntarily, and his voice became hoarse. "You took advantage of me, ran away, and now you're denying it, using amnesia as an excuse. Isn't your heart a little too cold?"
"Stop talking nonsense!" Nanqianyue looked fierce on the surface, but was actually uneasy inside. "What do you mean by taking advantage and then leaving? With all your brute force, who can force you!"
Qin Yi smiled and said, "I have both witnesses and physical evidence. Do you want to see them?"
Nan Qianyue's eyes flickered, and she felt even more uneasy... He didn't seem to be lying, and there was no need for him to lie, since she might regain her memories one day. If it were a lie, it would be exposed on its own.
Seeing her flustered expression, Qin Yi's smile deepened. He continued, "Both the one in green and the one in red can be witnesses. If you don't believe them, you should at least believe Bai Shu, right?"
Nanqianyue turned her head away, biting her lip and remaining silent.
Qin Yi raised an eyebrow and began to present the physical evidence again.
He deftly pulled open his collar, revealing the tip of his collarbone hidden beneath his clothes, and said smugly, "Look, you bit me."

These three words made Nan Qianyue's cheeks burn. She bit her lower lip tightly, refusing to believe it was true, and she suddenly turned her head to look.
With his eyes slightly narrowed, he could see two neat rows of teeth marks on the clearly defined, sexy, and deep collarbone. The marks were rather white and shiny, indicating that blood must have been drawn when he bit her.
"Now you should admit it, right?" Qin Yi let out a triumphant laugh.
