The car was parked at the foot of West Mountain. The group walked and stopped frequently, and it was noon when they arrived at the entrance of Wanfu Temple.

The dining hall is located in the backyard of Wanfu Temple, far from the Buddha hall in the front yard. Occasionally, the sound of the bell will startle a flock of birds, making the surroundings even more quiet and serene.
Pushing open the courtyard gate, it looked exactly like the small courtyard where Fu Yanci lived in the old Fu family mansion.
After looking around inside and out, Madam Fu took Xiao Bao's hand and went to the front yard to worship the Bodhisattva.
The courtyard quieted down, and Ye Li, holding Fu Yanci's arm, urged him repeatedly, "Fu Yanci, take me there quickly!"
Fu Yanci chuckled, took the girl's cold hand, and headed towards the pavilion where the scriptures were copied.
Ye Li kept muttering to herself as she went.
"Everyone in the capital knows that Master Fu comes to Wanfu Temple every year to stay for a few days, copying scriptures to offer to the Bodhisattva. Fu Yanci, do you really believe in these things?"
"But Fu Yanci, you didn't come all last year. Won't the Bodhisattva think you're only working sporadically?"
“Fu Yanci…”
Just as he reached the front of the pavilion, Fu Yanci suddenly stopped in his tracks.
Ye Li's nose hurt from the impact. She looked up and met the man's smiling eyes.
“Ah Li…”
