You're too bad.

You're too bad.

The peach in the palm was kneaded until it was half melted, with traces of warm pink spreading out. When the five fingers were folded together, they could easily fit into it and shape it into various shapes.

The tips of the peaches were pink and tender. Fu Xuechen leaned over to pick them up and warmed the tips with his lips. The whole peach tree began to tremble numbly under his palm.

The tip of his teeth rubbed the peach gently until the tip became swollen and ripe in his mouth.

Su Qingli pushed him in vain and tilted her head back to try to avoid him, but the slight trembling made her arch her body involuntarily, and she responded to his attack instead.

After the carriage stopped, Fu Xuechen carried the limp person to the bed.

Su Qingli thought of the embarrassing moan just now, pulled the pillow over and buried her face in it, leaving only a shameful and angry back to someone.

Sitting on the edge of the bed, Fu Xuechen's eyes sparkled, "Ali, weren't you very brave before?"

"You...you are too bad." Su Qingli buried her face in the pillow, and her muffled voice was filled with blushing accusations.

"Ah Li, please don't blame me. I tried to get up several times, but you always wrapped your delicate arms around my head, preventing me from getting away."

Su Qingli stood up suddenly and put her hand on his lips, "Don't say anything more."

Fu Xuechen chuckled, held her cold fingers in his palm to warm them, and said softly, "You're tired after tossing and turning all night, go to sleep."

Watching his departing back, Su Qingli lay down again, but she slept particularly restlessly that night.

She dreamed that Tan Xi had an accident on the way out and never came back.

As the sky brightened, Su Qingli woke up from her light sleep and found that her pillow was wet. The dull pain from her dream still lingered in her heart.

He was also absent-minded while eating, and the dark circles under his eyes became more and more obvious.

She looked up at Tan Xi beside her, and suddenly reached out to hold his hand. "Ever since you said you were going on a long trip, I've always felt particularly uneasy, as if something bad was going to happen."

Su Qingli sighed, her voice low and hoarse, "I haven't heard from my brother since he left, and my mother kicked me out of the house. Now you want to leave too, I..."

If possible, he naturally didn't want to leave her for a moment.

Fortunately, as long as he can help the princess ascend the throne smoothly, he can resign from his official position and retire, and accompany her as Tan Xi for the rest of her life.

Fu Xuechen's eyes turned and he suppressed some of his emotions. "Don't think too much. I'm just going to take care of some business. I'll be back soon."

Su Qingli spoke softly, gently pulled his sleeve and shook it, "If you don't mind the trouble, take me with you. When you finish your work, you can also stop by to see my brother."

Fu Xuechen's eyes dimmed slightly, and he sighed deeply in his heart, "It's a long journey and there are many inconveniences. I'm sorry, A-Li."

A faint sense of loss spread in her heart, but Su Qingli did not show it on her face, but quickly calmed down.

Tan Xi never refused her easily, and this decision must have been made for her safety.

Fu Xuechen was keenly aware of her emotions, and a subtle pain arose in his heart. He suddenly stood up and squatted in front of her.

He took her hand and placed it on the side of his face, his eyes full of tenderness and love, "Ali, when I come back, I will take you to find Adi."

"Okay." Su Qingli agreed sweetly.

After dinner, Fu Xuechen brought her back to her room and covered her with a quilt. "You look tired, go back to sleep."

Su Qingli looked at his face and suddenly thought of Fu Xuechen again.

They look so alike.

Seeing her staring at him in a daze, Fu Xuechen pinched her face and said, "Ali, are you bewitched by me again?"

Su Qingli smiled when she heard that, held his hand, and rubbed it against her heart, "I want to see more of you."

"Okay, I'll stay here with you and not go anywhere."

Mrs. Su paced back and forth at the door, but Zheng Feng didn't come back. When she thought about how Su Qingli didn't come back last night and she was really alone, she became a little panicked.

She came to the field, looking for Zheng Feng, but saw him lying motionless at the edge of the field.

When she got closer, she saw that his eyes were gouged out and there was blood all over the floor. She couldn't help but scream.

"Zheng Feng..."

Mrs. Su staggered a few steps in fear, and a chill ran up from the soles of her feet.

Instinct urged her to rush forward and rescue immediately, but reason was like an iron clamp that pinned her to the spot.

If I save him, his eyesight cannot be cured and he will be disabled. What if he comes to rely on me in the future?

After some hesitation, Mrs. Su turned around and ran away. It was true that she wanted to find someone to accompany her, but she didn't want to find someone to be a burden to her.

When she returned home and looked at the empty, dilapidated house, Mrs. Su felt extremely regretful.

Why did she drive Su Qingli away just because of Zheng Feng? Now, not only did she lose her free labor, but she also couldn't get any benefits from Tan Xi.

After much deliberation, she decided to go to Tan Xi's mansion to look for Su Qingli.

"I am your wife's mother, please let me in quickly."

When the servant came to report, Fu Xuechen was sitting on the edge of the bed, looking at the sleeping Su Qingli with tenderness on his face.

He raised his hand and placed it on his lips, signaling the slave to be quiet.

The servant then lowered his voice and said, "That lady claims to be Miss Su's mother, but her behavior is completely different from Miss Su's. She seems to be forcing her way in."

Fu Xuechen's eyes instantly became cold and stern. He knew that Zheng Feng was useless, so he came to look for Su Qingli again.

He looked at the sleeping person and felt a pang of pain in his heart.

How could such a good person have such a family?

"Go away." He said coldly.

When Madam Su saw the servant coming back with the report, she was about to show off her power and authority, but was loudly driven away by the servant.

"Are you sure you didn't report it wrong? But Tan Xi?"

The servant spat on the ground and said angrily, "It is Master Tan Xi. Our Master doesn't welcome you. You'd better go somewhere cooler."

Madam Su was furious when she heard this. She lifted her skirt and rushed in. "Well, this two-faced Tan Xi, he was so servile to me in front of my daughter, and now he has this attitude. I have to go in and ask him. How can you stop a mother from seeing her daughter?"

The servant couldn't stand it any longer and kicked her in the chest, "Where did you come from, you bitch? Get out of here!"

Madam Su fell to the ground, clutching her chest. Her face turned green with pain. "You...you are so brave! If my daughter knew about this, I would never let you go."

The servants were not willing to tolerate her and were about to hit her. Madam Su was so frightened that she quickly crawled away and said, "Let me go... I'm leaving now... leaving."

Madam Su hid herself tightly in the shadow of the alley corner, her body covered in dirt, and stared fiercely at the plaque of the Tan Mansion.

She turned around and went back home. When she opened the door, she saw Su Zhaoming sitting in the yard with a bruised face and nose, looking extremely miserable.

"Zhao Ming, what happened to you?" She hurried over to check. "Didn't you go to look for Pian Ran? How did you end up in such a mess?"

Su Zhaoming's eyes were filled with sinister intent, and he clenched his fist and said, "It's all thanks to my good sister!"
