There weren't many items, ranging from small gift boxes to letters, only about twenty or thirty pieces in total.
"Sister Xuan, what is this?" Mu Chuchu looked at the small box with curiosity.
"Oh, it's a gift from your fans. They've all been sent to your agency these past few days, so I thought I'd bring it over for you," Gu Xuan said, beckoning Tang Xiaomo to get in the car.
"Wow! Our Sister Chuchu is getting gifts from fans too!" Tang Xiaomo almost shed tears of joy as she said this.
It's no wonder Tang Xiaomo reacted so dramatically; it's just that Mu Chuchu was so obscure before that it was a good thing that her haters weren't sending her bricks, let alone gifts.
"Tang Tang, those words really hurt," Mu Chuchu said, unable to contain her joy. She picked up the box, sat down, placed it on her lap, picked up a letter, and began to read it carefully.
The letters from fans to their idols were filled with undisguised affection. Mu Chuchu read them carefully, and a smile involuntarily crept onto her lips.
"Sister Chuchu, there are still many more here. Let me help you unpack them." Tang Xiaomo volunteered to help Mu Chuchu unpack the letters and gifts.
Mu Chuchu didn't stop her and continued reading the fans' letters with a smile.
Just as Mu Chuchu was engrossed in reading, Tang Xiaomo, who was opening the letter, suddenly exclaimed in surprise.
"ah!"
Puzzled, Mu Chuchu turned to look at Tang Xiaomo, only to immediately see her blood-soaked fingers.
The wound was deep, and blood kept gushing out as if it were free, dripping and splashing onto the letter Tang Xiaomo had just opened.
A sharp blade was stuck to the edge of the letter. Anyone who opened the envelope would definitely get hurt. Moreover, the blade was very thin and stuck very firmly, so it must have been deliberately hidden there.
"What happened?" Gu Xuan had already driven the car to the entrance of Wanjin Garden. She saw Tang Xiaomo's painful expression in the rearview mirror and was so frightened that she quickly stepped on the brakes and stopped the car.
"There was a razor blade in the envelope, which hurt Tang Tang." Mu Chuchu grabbed Tang Xiaomo's hand and checked her wound. She found that the wound was quite deep and would take a long time to heal if it wasn't stitched up.
Gu Xuan was startled. She parked the car, turned off the engine, got out, quickly opened the car door, and rushed over to check Tang Xiaomo's wound.
"Sister Xuan, do you still have the ointment I gave you before?" Mu Chuchu saw Gu Xuan nod and take out the ointment, so she quickly took it, scooped out a thick clump of ointment from the jar, and wrapped it around Tang Xiaomo's wound.
Tang Xiaomo saw that the bleeding was quickly stopped, but the wound was still spasming and twitching, causing a burning pain.
"It's alright, I'll go back and get you your medicine in a bit, you'll be fine in two or three days," Mu Chuchu quickly comforted Tang Xiaomo.
"Waaaah..." Tang Xiaomo wiped away her tears in pain. "Sister Chuchu, thank goodness you didn't open that letter, otherwise you would have been the one who got hurt."
Mu Chuchu didn't say that if she had actually opened the letter, she might not have been hurt. Instead, she comforted Tang Xiaomo for a couple of minutes before reaching for the letter.
"Don't move, I'll do it." Gu Xuan was afraid there might be a trap inside the envelope, so she carefully picked it up, avoiding the blade, and pulled out the letter inside.
The letter was stained with Tang Xiaomo's blood; when folded up, the words inside could be vaguely seen.
After confirming that the letter was fine, Mu Chuchu unfolded it and saw the only sentence written on it.
