Chapter 181 How come there are so many snakes?

In the darkness, a long, silvery-white snake suddenly emerged from nowhere, followed by a group of venomous snakes. When they saw Mu Tianhua, their eyes seemed to be fixed on some delicious food. They flicked their tongues and continued to approach.

"How can there be so many snakes...?" Mu Tianhua subconsciously struggled a couple of times, but he was bound tightly by the rope and couldn't break free at all. He could only watch helplessly as the venomous snakes approached further.

Among them, the silver snake's scales gleamed with a cold light as it coiled around Mu Tianhua, crawling all the way to his neck. Its icy body wrapped around Mu Tianhua's neck, and its head came close to Mu Tianhua's face. Then it chuckled and said, "Hehe, just a mortal. Brother, are you sure the Nine-Tailed Fox would willingly offer itself up for this old man?"

Mu Tianhua's mind exploded with a bang. He was completely at a loss, stammering, "It spoke! The snake spoke!"

"Ugh, I'm not a snake, I'm a snake demon! Look, I can transform into human form, can't I?" With that, the silver snake flashed and, accompanied by a puff of smoke, transformed into a petite little girl who sat on Mu Tianhua's lap. Seeing that he was already terrified and his eyes were rolling back in his head, she simply raised her hand and slapped him across the face.

Snap!

With a sharp crack, half of Mu Tianhua's face was knocked to the side, and he spat out several broken teeth, forcing him to regain consciousness.

"I hate it when the person I'm eating is unconscious; that's so boring." The silver snake flicked its tongue and licked Mu Tianhua. "You smell like a nine-tailed fox. May I eat you?"

"What nine-tailed fox demon? I, I don't know anything about a nine-tailed fox demon. You must have mistaken me for someone else!" Mu Tianhua shouted in a panic.

"Your daughter, Mu Chuchu, died on that trip up the mountain. The one now occupying your daughter's body is no longer Mu Chuchu, but a nine-tailed fox spirit that disappeared a thousand years ago," the snake-vulture kindly explained to Mu Tianhua.

Upon hearing this, Mu Tianhua seemed to freeze in place, gritting his teeth and forcing out a sentence, "No, you're lying, you're lying!"

“My brother isn’t lying. If you don’t believe me, you can think back and see if your daughter has changed since she came back from the mountain.” Seeing that Mu Tianhua didn’t believe her, Silver Snake sneered and reminded him.

Mu Tianhua immediately thought of many things. His daughter had indeed changed after coming down from the mountain. She had become much more sensible than before, as if she were a completely different person.

"How pitiful. You don't even know that your daughter's body has been taken over by a demon. You even treat the fox spirit who killed your daughter as your daughter, doting on her and spoiling her. You're really pathetic." The silver snake's voice seemed to have a bewitching power as it chuckled.

"You, shut up..." Hearing Silver Serpent's words, Mu Tianhua felt extremely pained, cold sweat poured down his forehead, and his body trembled uncontrollably.

"Don't worry, I won't kill you. Not only that, I'll also give you a chance to get revenge." As the serpent eagle said this, it flicked its finger in the air.
