"Your Highness, so you're here. General Li Shang requests an audience in the front hall." Ye Xiao's voice interrupted Ji Mosheng's thoughts. He looked up at Ye Xiao, nodded slightly, and walked towards the front hall.
Li Shang and Wei Ting waited anxiously for His Highness the Crown Prince, wondering how His Highness the Prince of Han was doing. He hadn't arrived in Yunzhou City yet; could something have happened to him?
As soon as Ji Mosheng entered, Li Shang and Wei Ting both stood up and bowed, saying, "Your subordinates greet Your Highness the Crown Prince."
Ji Mosheng raised his hand and said, "Generals, please rise. What important matter do you have to discuss with me?"
Li Shang stepped forward and said anxiously, "Your Highness, please send someone to look for our Prince. I was ordered to come to the Northwest with the Prince, but I went back to my home halfway. The Prince should have arrived in Yunzhou City earlier than me. Now I have arrived, but the Prince has not returned yet. So I would like to request Your Highness to send someone to look for the Prince."
After learning the whole story, Ji Mosheng said with a serious expression, "Your Majesty must have had an accident on the way here. Send people to look for him."
Wei Ting and Li Shang clasped their hands in thanks and said, "Your Highness, we thank you."
"It's nothing, Generals, please go about your business! I will make the arrangements immediately."
"Your subordinates take their leave." Li Shang and Wei Ting bowed and turned to leave.

"Hanhan, can you still hold on?" Yan Wan asked worriedly. Ji Mohan was seriously injured, and she suspected that his internal organs were also damaged.
Ji Mohan's lips were a little pale. He coughed, covering his mouth, his body trembling slightly. He nodded wearily, and Yan Wan had no choice but to let Ji Mohan lean on her as they walked, her frail body bearing most of his weight.
The two of them supported each other and slowly walked forward. It would take them two more days to reach Yunzhou City. The refugees on the road looked at them, a weak woman and a seriously ill man, and several unkind glances swept over them.
Ji Mohan glanced at a few people among the refugees, clenched his fist, and knew that if Li Shang saw this, he would know that someone was going to be in trouble again. This was a sign that he was about to get angry.
Yan Wan also noticed the malicious gazes, so she quickened her pace and walked forward quickly. Now, the two of them were like fat sheep that had fallen into a pack of wolves, too conspicuous.
After walking for a long time, the two finally found a cave before sunset. Yan Wan helped Ji Mohan to sit down on the side of the cave. She tidied up the cave, making a place where they could sleep. Then she took out a pot from her backpack and prepared to cook.
There were no branches inside the cave to start a fire. To start a fire, they would have to go out and collect some branches. Yan Wan walked up to Ji Mohan, squatted down, and whispered, "I'll go collect some branches and come right back."
Ji Mohan slowly opened his tired eyes and said in a hoarse voice, "Yan Wan, it's my fault for dragging you down."
He had intended to protect Yan Wan from harm, but unexpectedly, he became a burden to her.
Yan Wan gently shook her head and said, "Hanhan, you got hurt protecting me. You are my hero. Stay put and I'll go find some firewood. I'll be back in a bit."
After Yan Wan finished speaking, she got up, took the dagger, and walked out. Ji Mohan wanted to go with Yan Wan. He struggled to stand up against the cave wall, but then collapsed back down. He looked at his broken body with disgust. He was now a complete waste.
After Yan Wan left the cave, she found a grove of trees to the west. She walked straight into the grove, as she needed to finish the job quickly. Ji Mohan's health was not good, and the cave was cold and damp, so she needed to start a fire as soon as possible.
Not long after Yan Wan left, several raggedly dressed men appeared near the cave. They quietly peered into the cave, and one of them said disdainfully, "Isn't it just a woman and a sickly guy? Why are you being so cautious? Just go in and kill that sickly guy, and then we brothers can enjoy that beauty."
The leader slapped the man who had spoken on the head angrily, "Li San, how many times have I told you, don't you dare underestimate anyone, or you won't even know how you died! You idiot!"
Li San held his head in his hands, gently rubbing the spot where he had just been hit. A hint of displeasure flashed in his eyes, but when he looked up again, he said obsequiously, "I'm sorry, Brother Wang, it won't happen again."
Brother Wang glanced at him, then led a few of his men into the cave, clearly having taken Li San's words to heart.
Hearing the commotion outside, Ji Mohan slowly opened his cold eyes. He glared fiercely at the outside, picked up the sword beside him, and thought, "They're really courting death. Even a starved camel is bigger than a horse. Although I'm badly injured now, I can still easily deal with a few beasts."
After the group went inside, they saw only the sickly man sitting there. Li San went straight up to him and said in a vulgar tone, "Hey, is he dead or not? If not, say something. And what about that little woman? Did she leave you because you're no longer able to be with her?"
Ji Mohan looked at Li San, who was spouting arrogant words, and said disdainfully, "Come here and I'll tell you."
"Hahahahahahahahaha, he even calls himself 'this king'! If you're a king, then I'm the emperor! Didn't you tell me to come over? Well, here I come, you think you can stop me... um." Before he could finish speaking, he felt a sharp pain in his neck, and then blood gushed out instantly, splattering bright red blood onto the rock wall. He was about to reach out and cover his neck when he collapsed.
Seeing Li San die like that, and how this sickly man could chop people up like cutting cabbage, the others felt a little scared and looked at the man in the middle.
Brother Wang was actually a little scared. They had killed people before, but never in such a ruthless way. But when he glanced at his brothers behind him, his courage instantly returned. This sickly guy was indeed formidable, but with so many of them, were they afraid of him?
Brother Wang glared fiercely at the sickly man sitting there, raised his hand and said, "Brothers, let's go together and take care of this sickly guy, then we brothers will have meat to eat."
Upon hearing about the meat, the men behind him instantly turned to look at Ji Mohan like hungry wolves, rubbing their hands together and slowly moving forward to surround him, trying to encircle him.
Ji Mohan glanced at the still-dripping sword, gave a mocking laugh, and threw it away, killing two people instantly. Seeing this, the others rushed forward. Ji Mohan took out a dagger from his waist, and with a swift stroke, two more heads fell to the ground. The remaining men, seeing how fierce this sickly man was, began to back away. Brother Wang, seeing this, shouted angrily, "Useless trash, all of you, get him! If we can't eat him today, we'll eat you to satisfy our cravings!"
