Jing Li nodded, searching for prey while trying to find topics to talk about.
"I heard from Fei Mo that you're a technician?"
"Hey, to put it nicely, he's a tech guru; to put it bluntly, he's just a small-time hacker..."
Xue Xuran scratched his head shyly. He had been interested in computers since he was a child. His family business was in the oil industry, and his parents always said that he was not doing his proper job.
Fortunately, he has an older brother and an older sister, so it's not his turn to inherit the family business. He can simply do what he likes.
"Next time I have the chance, I'll introduce you to my second brother so you two can have a friendly competition."
Jing Li said with a smile.
"I'd heard of his reputation before, but I thought he wouldn't get involved in these shady things."
Xue Xuran's eyes lit up; he clearly wanted to have a match with Shen Yuanze.
"He's pretty capable. Before, I was forced to drop out of school because of the rumors about my grandfather. He was helping me investigate who was behind it, and he did find some clues."
Thinking of what Shen Yuanze had said to her not long ago, Jing Li smiled meaningfully.
"Oh, who's behind this? Actually... I've got some leads on the 10 billion yuan in income that Brother Mo asked me to investigate about the Cui family..."
Xue Xuran frowned and began exchanging information with her.
"Those companies received some kind of help from the Luo family after my incident. Perhaps it's related to the Luo family."
Thinking of the information Shen Yuanze had found out, a hint of sarcasm flashed in Jing Li's eyes.
The Luo family?!

"That's quite possible. I heard that woman's illness suddenly disappeared, and she's now back to working as a psychologist. She's quite popular, and the patients she works with are all prominent figures in China..."
Xue Xuran frowned.
That woman is quite cunning. She didn't directly target her sister-in-law, but instead made a fuss over nothing. This kind of petty trick is not respectable at all. Even if she were to settle accounts with them, she would have no legitimate reason to do so.
"What news from your end?"
Jing Li asked, and judging from his expression, he wasn't very surprised. Clearly, the matter of 10 billion couldn't have been orchestrated by the Luo family behind the scenes.
"It has nothing to do with the Luo family... It's more likely to be the Red Dragon rebels... But I can't be completely sure yet!"

Even if the Red Dragon rebels wanted to retaliate, they should have targeted EN. They just couldn't understand why the other side would bypass EN and send money directly to the Choi family.
They could easily dispel those flimsy rumors, completely unaware of each other's ulterior motives.
"Has Cui Yu been found?"
Jing Li suddenly asked.
"You suspect a collaboration between Cui Yu and the Red Dragon Legion?!"

They really hadn't thought of that.
After Cui Yu went to Country D, there was no further news of him; they had no idea whether he was alive or dead.
They did try to find out about him, but it seemed as if he had completely disappeared from the world, leaving no trace.
If he really was behind it, then it makes sense.
"That's not right. Even if Cui Yu and the Red Dragon Army are cooperating, why would Gabriel willingly give up 10 billion to help him? That old fox wouldn't do something so thankless..."
Xue Xuran had a headache; there were even more things she couldn't understand.
