Sun Bufan was distracted by the commotion behind him and wondered what those people were chatting about. They seemed so relaxed and carefree, as if they had the whole theater to themselves.
Someone walked by, and he instinctively moved aside. The other person went inside, and their trouser leg brushed against his thigh, leaving a cold sensation.
Sun Bufan wondered if it was raining outside, and why it seemed a bit damp.
His gaze unconsciously followed the person's back, but suddenly he realized something was wrong!
Wasn't this movie already locked out? How come people were still coming in halfway through?
Sun Bufan stiffened his neck and turned his gaze back, only to find that someone in front of him had also sat down.
A sound came from the back row as well; someone had sat down.
Sun Bufan was so frightened that his palms were sweating profusely. He stared intently at the screen, not daring to show any unusual behavior.
Why doesn't anyone notice anything amiss? Where are those masters? Can't they see that he's surrounded by a bunch of ghosts?
He squeezed Liu Shuang's hand tightly, and thankfully Liu Shuang was still with him, patting the back of his hand reassuringly.
"No, didn't you notice something was off around us?" Sun Bufan was about to hint to his girlfriend when he suddenly felt someone sitting to his right.
The other person raised their hand and placed it on the armrest of the seat, the gold bracelet on their wrist making a slight clinking sound.
"No way?" Sun Bufan subconsciously looked up, just as the woman's gaze fell upon him.
His eerie gaze seemed particularly strange in the dim light.
The ghosts in front and behind also turned their heads and looked over in a sinister gaze.
Sun Bufan was practically going crazy.
