It was getting dark, and there were hardly any people on the deck.
With the ship at sea, those people probably weren't worried about Lin Yang escaping, so they didn't have anyone specifically watching over him.
The drunk man sat on the deck, enjoying the sea breeze, and seemed to have sobered up a bit.

The man suddenly shouted.
