The car was parked outside a villa. The villa, in its European style, exuded luxury, with various famous paintings hanging on both sides of the corridor.
Lin Yang was led into the living room by the butler.
A middle-aged man with golden eyes and black hair was already waiting inside.
The man, with his legs crossed and a newspaper in his hand, glanced up indifferently when he heard Lin Yang push open the door.
"Hello."
It is Mandarin Chinese.
Although there was a translator, Lin Yang was still relieved to be able to hear Mandarin.
"Hello, my name is Lin Yang."
“I know you. You can call me Mr. George.”
George stood up gracefully and extended his hand to Lin Yang.
Lin Yang shook hands with the other person and spoke somewhat shyly.
"You should know why I've come here."
Although it wasn't quite right to ask for help without saying a word, the matter was urgent, so Lin Yang could only apologize and get straight to the point.
George understood Lin Yang's meaning and didn't mind.
“I have lived in the United States for a long time and have some understanding of the situation here.”
"About the matter you investigated."
"They should be on a public island in the nearby waters now."
George wasn't angry when he heard Lin Yang say that; on the contrary, he admired Lin Yang even more.
George told Lin Yang everything he knew.
According to George, there were many blood packs on that island.
Those blood bags were all filled with people; some were sold in by their families, and some were tricked into going there.
More often than not, they are lured in like Fangtang.
What's most infuriating is that all of these blood packs belong to Chinese people.
Lin Yang clenched his fists as he listened.
"Those damned guys!"
"If you're looking for someone, I don't recommend forcing your way in."
George spoke calmly.
According to George, those people all had firearms.
George's words calmed Lin Yang down; this was the United States, not China, where firearms were prohibited.
Although I admire Lin Yang for daring to cross borders alone to rescue his compatriots.
But there are some things he still intends to clarify.
"I won't help you much."
George looked at Lin Yang in a calm tone.
“I have a business relationship with the wealthy man who is to be treated.”
If he gets involved in helping Lin Yang, he will offend that wealthy man, which will affect future collaborations.
Lin Yang sighed inwardly but said nothing, only smiled.
"I would be very grateful if you could tell me their location."
George was fairly satisfied with Lin Yang's attitude, and left after having the butler arrange accommodation for Lin Yang.
Before Lin Yang left, George told him some news.
That is, in a hospital in the city center, there are those people's eyes and ears.
Anyone who gets targeted will be taken to the island.
Lin Yang rested for half a day before setting off.
What illness have you come to see me for?
To prevent anyone from recognizing him, Lin Yang even put on special effects makeup on his face.
Most people would never recognize Lin Yang's face as Lin Yang's.
"I'm not sick, I'm just here to get a blood test."
Lin Yang answered according to the prepared script.
The man responded calmly after hearing this, and Lin Yang continued, "Someone said I have rare blood type (Rh-negative blood) during my checkup before."
"I'm thinking of taking another look. By the way, isn't this blood type quite valuable? How much could I get for it if I sold it?"
The receptionist, who had been half asleep, visibly brightened up when she heard Lin Yang's words.
Then he handed Lin Yang a number and told him to wait.
A short while later, someone led Lin Yang into a cubicle to draw his blood.
The results came back quickly, and it was indeed a rare blood type.
Lin Yang breathed a sigh of relief upon seeing that the plan had succeeded.
In fact, his blood type is normal and not Rh-negative at all. He just used a drug to temporarily change his blood type to Rh-negative.
But whether it was true or false, Lin Yang achieved his goal.
"We have a benefit here."
After confirming Lin Yang's blood type, the doctor who drew blood from Lin Yang walked over with a smile.
"Hello sir, would you be interested in selling your blood?"
Lin Yang was slightly surprised by the other party's bluntness, but then he remembered that he had said he wanted to sell his blood when he first arrived.
"How much can you give me? My blood is very valuable."
Lin Yang feigned arrogance, but a flash of greed crossed his eyes.
"A lot."
Seeing that Lin Yang was interested, the blond doctor smiled even more broadly.
"As long as you are willing to cooperate, we can give you this amount."
The blond doctor held up one finger.
Lin Yang pretended not to like it.
"Not ten thousand, but one million US dollars."
The blond doctor spoke slowly and deliberately.
Lin Yang sneered inwardly. A million US dollars? A million dollars in ghost money would be more like it.
While thinking this to himself, Lin Yang wore an expression of great interest on his face.
"Is my blood that valuable?"
Lin Yang looked both greedy and ignorant.
The blond doctor nodded, and Lin Yang pretended to agree.
The blonde doctor then led Lin Yang to a car. Once inside, the blonde doctor pretended to be worried that Lin Yang was thirsty and poured him a glass of water.
Lin Yang smelled the sleeping pills in the water, pretended to take a sip, and then passed out.
The car was moving smoothly.
The blonde doctor's voice rang out from inside the car.
"Another good one, but he doesn't seem very bright and believes everything he's told."
The blonde doctor recounted what had happened at the hospital to the person on the other end of the phone.
Lin Yang gritted his teeth inwardly, feeling insulted for being out of his mind.
