Chapter 61: Stockings Cover His Head

"Bang!" There was a loud noise.

As if being hit by a hammer, Wen Xin's entire brain was in a frozen state. She stared with her eyes wide open, her hands resting on his chest motionless, her whole body was stiff, and she even forgot to swat the mosquito that was chirping arrogantly in her ear.

His beard hurt her face, but his lips felt soft against hers.

The smell of alcohol and the unique hormonal scent of men made her blush and her heart beat faster. Looking at his long eyelashes fluttering like feathers, she felt her heartbeat get out of control.

Even Mu Chenxi has never experienced this feeling before.

"To make you noisy."

"Ah! It hurts."

Wen Xin was bitten by him, and she kicked the man off the sofa in pain. With the sound of him falling to the ground, Wen Xin got up in a panic, pulled her clothes together, and looked at the man who was sleeping on the ground like a dead pig with caution.

"Damn, my mouth hurts so much."

Wen Xin licked the blood on her mouth and was glad that the man was asleep. Otherwise, if he knew that he kissed her, he would definitely say that she forced him.

She ran to the bathroom in a panic, her face red. She felt ashamed and angry when she thought that her first kiss, which she was so proud of, was taken away by a pig.

She washed her face and wiped the blood from the corner of her mouth. Her lips were broken and she gasped in pain.

When she came out again, she entered his room, took out a quilt and put it on the floor. She then struggled to wrap him up in the blanket like a dumpling. Fearing that he would be bitten by mosquitoes, she also considerately covered his head with stockings. She let him sleep in the living room and went back to her room.

The next morning, it was still light and Wen Xin stayed in bed a little longer because she had gone to bed too late the night before.

When Jun Mohan woke up, he was blinded by a beam of natural light and couldn't open his eyes. He rubbed his eyes and found something covering his head. He frowned and irritably pulled off the stockings on his head, his face gloomy.

Anyone who dares to cover his head with stockings is so disgusting.

Only at this moment did he realize that the place where he slept seemed a little unfamiliar, and his brain short-circuited instantly.

He turned over, unable to move his whole body. The blanket wrapped him like a silkworm cocoon. He had to use a lot of strength to sit on the sofa, but his thighs were so painful.

He lifted up his trousers and saw a large black and blue area there. He vaguely remembered that someone had kicked him last night, but he didn't know who it was.

Wen Xin rubbed her eyes and came out. Looking at the gloomy man sitting on the sofa, she said casually, "You're awake."

Jun Mohan was too lazy to pay attention to her and leaned back on the sofa with his eyes closed.

Wen Xin pouted. This man is too vindictive! He is still angry.

Thinking about how she had hurt his self-esteem by saying he was ugly last night, she sat down next to him and decided to apologize to him and buy him something as compensation.

When Jun Mohan saw her sitting down, he quickly moved his butt away from her.

Wen Xin moved towards him again.

"Um? I'm sorry for last night. I shouldn't have called you ugly."

"Please forgive me."

She spoke sincerely, looking at him with her lively eyes.

Jun Mo said coldly: "Your apology is insincere."

"I'll send you something this afternoon, and I'll show my sincerity."

Jun Mohan didn't answer, his expression softened, and then he said, "You made me sleep on the floor like a dumpling last night."

"Well, uncle, don't you know that you are like a pig when you are drunk? You just won't wake up. You didn't let me enter your room, so I had to let you sleep on the sofa, but you rolled off the sofa again. So I was afraid that you would catch a cold, so I just wrapped you up tightly."

Jun Mohan raised his eyebrows and lifted up his trouser legs, "Did you kick him?"

"No, no, no, absolutely not," she shook her head like a rattle, refusing to admit that she kicked him because he kissed her.

When she thought of that kiss, God, she would rather die than tell it, and her face turned red unconsciously.

"Really?" He asked doubtfully, feeling that this woman was lying.

"Why would I lie to you?"

"Then why are you blushing?"

"It's hot. Too hot."

Wen Xin said this while shifting her gaze and not forgetting to fan herself with her hands.

The atmosphere became awkward again, and Wen Xin hurriedly said, "I'll go make breakfast."

"Wait a minute," Jun Mohan picked up the stockings on the ground and threw them at her, "You've never worn this before!"

"I wore it once, just once, when I had my period."

Jun Mohan was stunned for a moment, then raised his voice: "Come, come on, my period?"

"It's the period that women have every month. I'm not taking this measure just because I'm afraid you'll get bitten by mosquitoes. Don't be angry."

"Ah!" Jun Mohan felt speechless and gnashed his teeth.

Wen Xin quickly left and nervously prepared breakfast. Jun Mohan had already come out of the shower, wearing all white, with a towel tied around his neck, and water still dripping from his head. Wen Xin was stunned.

After last night, she suddenly felt that Jun Mohan's beard was not so eye-catching anymore, and he looked inexplicably handsome.

While eating breakfast, he still didn't speak, and Wen Xin didn't dare to say a word either.

Jun Mohan accidentally noticed a wound on her lip, so he asked, "How did you get your lip hurt?"

Wen Xin didn't expect that his words would hit her sore spot. She was so scared that a mouthful of porridge spat out of her mouth, and some of it splashed onto the table.

Jun Mohan's eyes fell on the white rice grains on the golden fried eggs. His face darkened instantly and he couldn't eat anymore. He put down his bowl and chopsticks and said coldly, "I'm full."

"Oh!" Wen Xin lowered her head and shoveled the porridge awkwardly.

that's all?

Jun Mohan was angry again and said in a deep voice: "I'm going to work."

As soon as he left, Wen Xin seemed to come alive again. She immediately stood up, patted her chest, and couldn't help sighing that it was great to be alive.

After tidying up the house, she hurried downstairs to work and also called Xiao Han.

"Xiao Han, have your elder brother and sister-in-law left?"

Xiao Han was stunned for a few seconds and said, "No, Pengpeng hasn't finished signing up yet."

"Did they bully you yesterday?"

Xiao Han, who had been holding it in for the whole day, urgently needed an outlet to vent. She complained, "Wen Xin, don't you know what a top-notch girl my sister-in-law is?"

"Yesterday you complained that the food I cooked was nasty, but you didn't cook it yourself, and then you asked me to order takeout."

"They ordered a lot and still thought I was stingy. They asked me to play with Peng Peng's toys while they ate. In the end, they finished all the food and only left a little soup for me. Do you think I was angry?"

Wen Xin got angry when she heard this: "You are such a bad person. You'd better not do this thankless job. And don't be so weak. It makes them feel that you are afraid. They will think of ways to bully you in the future."

"I can't help it. After all, we just got married. I think it will be fine after a while."

"Then you should just stay at home, do what you should do, and don't do what you shouldn't do. You're not a babysitter, so why should you serve their whole family?"

Xiao Han wanted to say something but heard someone get up, so she immediately changed the subject, "How are you and your man?"

The topic changed so quickly that Wen Xin knew it must be her extremely frivolous relatives who started talking. She couldn't help but complain, "Don't mention it. Jun Mohan is so stingy. I accidentally said he was ugly. He came back drunk last night and gave me..."
