Chapter 66 Paper Files (Comic Strip Plot)...

After Yanlan and Libertas parted ways, the next scene jumps to a large shot.
The branch office of the Weier Hub.
Similar in style to the Well Hub, the Well Hub Administration Bureau branch is an integrated mechanical structure. The central semi-circular building is surrounded by metal pillars that are interconnected by gears, with the Spirit Line leaping through it, the gears turning like a living heart beating in rhythm.
From the top-down view in the comic, the branch office is like a giant clock face, with the lines jumping as the gears turn, corresponding to the hands on the clock face.
Lin Cai: "Is this the Bureau of Dissimilar Management at the Weil Hub?"
She stood at the entrance of the Bureau of Management, looking up at the enormous gears: "So impressive."

"Lin Cai, is there someone you want to see?" Yu Jun asked. "You can just write her name on a piece of paper; I won't be able to see it."
As he spoke, Yu Junxun walked to the table, picked up a pen, and wrote a line on a piece of paper.
Lin Cai stared intently. As Yu Junxun put pen to paper, there were no words on the paper, but a file did indeed fall from the sky.
Yu Junxun took the file and moved it away from the table: "If there's anything you want to see, write it down yourself. I'll go over there."
