"Dong Ling?" Guan Jinghua was surprised. "Why are you back?"
Considering that Xu Mei was still resting, although she was surprised, her voice was very low, just enough for Qin Dongling to hear.

Qin Dongling knew that this little guy was his and Xu Mei's baby.
