Chapter 363 The Ye Family's Problems

It was an extremely remote place on the outskirts of Yanjing.

Upon receiving Ye Chengen's message, Old Xiong revealed a cruel smile.

He turned his head to look at Xia Hanyue, only to see her sitting at the table as if nothing had happened, seemingly not worried at all.

"Miss Xia, two people from the Ye family have sent you messages. One wants you released, and the other wants to kill you." Old Xiong said with a chuckle, "So, should I release you or kill me?"

“Since you can receive orders from two people at the same time, it proves that the Ye family is in chaos,” Xia Hanyue said. “Was the original employer that old man from the Ye family? He should have been the one who advocated for my release.”

"Because he's not stupid, he won't completely break ties with my eldest nephew, but unfortunately, he's old and his control over the Ye family is not as strong as before."

“Good, continue.” Old Xiong nodded approvingly, a hint of appreciation on his face.

"The one who's asking you to kill me now is probably the one trying to take control of the Ye family. As far as I know, apart from that good-for-nothing second son, Ye Chengen, no one else in the Ye family has the ability to control it," Xia Hanyue said. "I've beaten this person up many times, so it's normal for him to want you to kill me, right?"

"Smart, really smart." Old Xiong couldn't help but applaud. "Miss Xia, you are really smart. Someone like you would be a big shot even on the international stage."

"Honestly, I don't even have the heart to kill you. If you could come with me across the border and give me advice in the future, wouldn't that be great?"

"Going abroad with you? You're dreaming." Xia Hanyue glanced at him. "Even if I dared to go with you, would you dare to accept me?"

"I wouldn't dare," the old bear replied honestly. "Because you're too clever, and there's no way you'd submit to me."

"Having someone like that by my side is a double-edged sword; he could take my life at any moment."

"So, in the end, you're still going to kill me." Xia Hanyue glanced at him. "Since that's the case, why waste so much time on this nonsense?"

"I told you, I can't bear to kill you." Old Xiong sighed, leaned closer to Xia Hanyue, took a deep breath, and then greedily savored the fragrance on her body.

"Do you know how disgusting you are right now?" Xia Hanyue frowned.

Old Bear was from Southeast Asia. Although he was much taller than the people there, in her eyes, the hairy Old Bear looked just like a gorilla.

If someone like that got close, who wouldn't feel disgusted?

"Actually, I became interested in you ten years ago when you escaped from me and severely damaged several of my subordinates," Old Xiong said with a chuckle. "So now that you're in my hands, I'll have to treat you well."

"Otherwise, wouldn't it be a waste to just kill such a beautiful woman?"

"You want to sleep with me?" Xia Hanyue glanced at Lao Xiong, then said calmly, "Then hurry up, it'll only take three minutes."

"Who told me I only have three minutes?" Old Bear was furious. He wouldn't allow his time to be shortened, at least five minutes.

"What difference does it make if it's only three or five minutes?" Xia Hanyue sneered. "It's meaningless."

"Fine, fine, let's see how long you can keep up this stubbornness." Old Xiong laughed angrily. He poured himself a glass of wine, then took out a pill and threw it in.

"What are you doing?" Xia Hanyue frowned.

"This pill is a potent aphrodisiac popular in the West right now," Old Xiong chuckled. "When the Holy Maiden arrives, just one pill and she'll be a slut in no time."

“I don’t like too much resistance when I’m doing things, so it’s perfect for you.”

"Despicable." Xia Hanyue stared at him coldly.

"Despicable? You'll be begging for pleasure under my crotch in a minute, hahaha." Old Xiong laughed loudly, then suddenly grabbed Xia Hanyue's chin and poured a whole glass of wine down her throat.

Xia Hanyue coughed violently. Although she vomited up most of the alcohol, some of it still went into her stomach.

And once you drink this medicine, there's no difference between drinking a full cup and half a cup.

"I despise men like you the most." Xia Hanyue said, panting, "Old Xiong, I really feel sorry for you."

"Why should I feel sorry for you?" Old Xiong felt confused.

“Because this will definitely be the last mission.” Xia Hanyue tossed her hair, exuding charm: “Cherish it while you can, you probably don’t have much time left.”

"Even now, you're still being stubborn? You don't think anyone will come to save you now, do you?" Old Xiong sneered, completely disregarding Xia Hanyue's words.

In this desolate wilderness, could a deity possibly appear to save her?

"That's not necessarily true. I've always been quite lucky," Xia Hanyue said leisurely. "Maybe someone really will come to rescue me."

"I think you must be crazy to think that, but it doesn't matter, the drug will take effect in five minutes." Old Xiong rubbed his hands together, looking impatient: "I really look forward to seeing what you'll look like as a slut."

"I only show that side of myself to real men, but it will never be you." Xia Hanyue sneered, her eyes filled with disdain.

"Brother, something bad has happened! Someone has broken in!" Just then, a mercenary rushed in.

Before he could finish speaking, a wooden stick came flying from behind, pinning the mercenary to the wall.

"Warning!" A strong sense of crisis surged into Old Bear's heart, and he roared hysterically.

With a clatter, the mercenaries who had been resting on the side quickly grabbed their guns and assumed a defensive posture.

This group reacted very quickly; they would react immediately to the slightest disturbance outside.

Now a group of people are standing back to back, on guard, looking around.

But now it's quiet all around, there's absolutely no sound.

If it weren't for the faint smell of blood still emanating from the teammate nailed to the wall, they might have even doubted whether they were imagining things.

Suddenly, blood gushed from the neck of a mercenary.

He collapsed to the ground with a thud, his head almost separating from his neck.

The weapon that nearly slit his neck was a soft leaf.

Several leaves drifted in and froze in mid-air.

"Get out of the way." Old Bear's eyelids twitched. Years of killing experience made him sense a chilling killing intent emanating from those few leaves.

As he roared and dodged, the leaves seemed to be manipulated by an invisible force, suddenly scattering in all directions.
