"Who has a fever?"
Gan Tang cupped his face in her hands and kissed him again. Feeling the man's resistance, she jumped onto him and pleaded softly, "Don't run away. I don't need you to take responsibility. Besides, it's not like it's our first time."
Mo Huaixing's eyes suddenly reddened, and with a thud, he slammed the woman clinging to him against the door, his voice blazing: "You remember?"
“That was my first time, how could I not remember?” Gan Tang’s voice was hoarse.
Mo Huaixing pressed his forehead against Gan Tang's, his voice filled with excitement and trepidation: "Who am I?"
"It's Mo Huaixing, it's Sheng Ziyi, it's the man who said he would take me home, it's that... um..."
Before she could finish speaking, Mo Huaixing kissed her. The rusty wooden door creaked. The world spun around her, and just when Gan Tang thought she was going to die, her aching back landed on the soft bed.
In an instant, the dark figure loomed over her again. His movements shifted from domineering to gentle, meandering and eroding her senses time and again.
"Mo Huaixing, I love you!" When their physical bodies were no longer close, she finally said the words that had been buried deep in her heart but that she had never dared to utter before.
He was deeply connected to her and responded passionately, "Gantang, I love you too."
“That’s different.” Gan Tang said, tears welling up in her eyes.
Mo Huaixing kissed away her tears, "How is it different?"
"Your love for me is undifferentiated, general, and universal; but my love for you is personal, exclusive, and unique."
She doesn't know when it started, but she developed a greedy heart. She wanted to transform his indiscriminate, general, and universal love into a love that was her own, her own, exclusive, and unique.
She couldn't think of a better way than to possess his body. So she succumbed to desire and struggled. Fortunately, no one had ever possessed his own, unique love.
Mo Huaixing moved slightly, causing Gan Tang to gasp repeatedly.
"Is this indiscriminate?" he complained.
Gan Tang hugged him tightly, blushing, and followed him...
Love is the surrender of free will, but at this moment, she doesn't want freedom, nor does she want surrender; she only wants him.
The blinding sunlight streamed through the window, illuminating the man and woman embracing on the bed.
"Stop playing around," Mo Huaixing said earnestly, grasping the small hand that was fidgeting on his chest. "I'm out of strength."
When did you wake up?
Gan Tang shyly pulled her hand away, fleeing from his embrace and pulling the blanket tighter around herself. Mo Huaixing, displeased, reached out and pulled her back into his arms, asking confidently, "When did you start liking me?"
As Gan Tang recalled the past, her eyes welled up with tears. "At sea, you knelt on the deck like a warrior rising with the sun. I longed to walk alongside you."
Mo Huaixing chuckled, then seriously reminded him, "Boss, back then, you really wanted a boyfriend."
"How dare you say that to me?" Gan Tang was furious at the mention of it and punched him in the chest. "Why did you lie to me that you were married?"
Mo Huaixing hugged the woman in his arms. "I was so scared back then."
No one had ever expressed their love for him in such a tragic way. He was so afraid that he couldn't protect her.
"So you still asked me to be your girlfriend later?"
"I regretted it then." Even though he cruelly pushed her away, she still chose to stand by him. He felt that there was no girl in the world more foolish than her.
Gan Tang continued to accuse: "Then why don't you explain clearly? I think you're just trying to be a scoundrel and irresponsible."
"A lie you made up on the spot, and you forgot about it as soon as you said it." Mo Huaixing also complained in a low voice, "You too, why didn't you ask me?"
Gan Tang angrily punched him again and again, "I'm asking you, I'm asking you what, who is the mistress, and why are they so self-righteous about it?"
Mo Huaixing grabbed the small hand that had committed the crime and placed it on his heart. "Gan Tang, I will never let you make a choice that goes against your conscience."
"I understand." He was even better than she expected. Gan Tang leaned contentedly against his chest.
"Huh..." Mo Huaixing began sarcastically, "Who said I'm not responsible?"
"Who asked you to take responsibility?" Gan Tang angrily kicked his leg away, flipped over, and snatched all of his blankets. The cold wind howled, mocking the man who had spoken such hurtful words.
Mo Huaixing tugged at the blanket, but couldn't pull it off. He then hugged the angry person through the blanket and asked in a pitiful voice, "Then can you take responsibility for me?"
Gan Tang laughed: "Does a grown man need someone to take responsibility for him?"
"Hmm!" Mo Huaixing felt even more aggrieved. "Boss, I worked so hard last night, you can't be so heartless."
"Well, that depends on your performance."
"Yes, ma'am!" Mo Huaixing threw off the covers and crawled inside.
"Mo Huaixing, that's not what I meant."
"Have I already come in?"
"Mo Huaixing, this is broad daylight."
"It's better during the day, you can see more clearly, and I'll let you know that I'm not Chu Jiahe."
"Oh my, a grown man like you is acting all sentimental," Gan Tang said disdainfully. "But I did it all for you."
"Then you'd better do your best."
"You're bad... um..."
No more complete words could be uttered from under the covers. Tick-tock, tick-tock, the passage of time gradually filled the heart with contentment.
Gan Tang peeked out from under the covers and slumped limply onto Mo Huaixing's shoulder, dazed and confused, and began to ramble on.
“I feel that you are much better than when you were in the hotel.”
Good heavens, what kind of monster have I fallen for? Mo Huaixing slapped those captivating eyes and grumbled, "That was my first time too."
Gan Tang chuckled, "You're quite good at that."
Since it concerned his future status, Mo Huaixing felt he couldn't back down, so he forced himself to remain calm and said, "Yes, I've studied it."
"You've studied it?" Gan Tang was taken aback.
"Hmm." Mo Huaixing hugged the fidgeting girl tighter, taking the initiative: "What, didn't you watch the video I sent you?"
"You scared me to death." Gan Tang punched him. "I thought you had been bullied by Fu Cheng."
"You little brat, what kind of nonsense are you thinking about all day long?" Mo Huaixing gritted his teeth and pinched her cheek. "Don't just talk about me, I'm asking you, why did you lie to me about having a relationship with Chu Jiahe?"
Gan Tang's eyes welled up with tears as she tightly embraced the man beside her. "Mo Huaixing, actually, I really did go to see him that time, but he didn't agree."
Mo Huaixing cupped Gan Tang's cheeks and said, "I'll go with you whenever you want to see him in the future."
"good!"
Sunlight streamed in, so bright it was hard to open her eyes. Gan Tang, feeling drowsy again, said, "Mo Huaixing, you should change these curtains to a darker color."
"Okay, whatever you say." Mo Huaixing pulled his arm out from under her neck and pulled the blanket up a little more. "You can sleep a little longer."
Seeing that the heater beside her was about to leave, Gan Tang reluctantly grabbed him, "Where are you going?"
A series of knocks came through the two doors.
"Brother Mo, are you in there?"
