Chapter 50 Don't measure me by my rank

Just as Luke was pondering this, all his men had already fallen.

Luke's pupils contracted as he watched in horror as Qin Ziling lifted up another S-rank expert besides himself.

"you……"

"This is so boring! You guys don't even qualify to let me warm up!" Qin Ziling shook his head, somewhat disappointed. With a flick of his hand, a snap was heard, and his subordinate, his eyes filled with resentment and regret, lost his life.

Only Luke remained at the scene.

Qin Ziling walked slowly toward him, calm and collected, as if he hadn't just been the one who had slaughtered someone.

Luke's face was somewhat pale, and he subconsciously took two steps back, but he quickly took a deep breath and said in a deep voice, "Your Excellency, you have already killed so many people. If you are willing to stop, I will leave the Dragon Kingdom immediately and swear that I will never get involved in the Philosopher's Stone again!"

Qin Ziling raised an eyebrow and said teasingly, "Are you begging for mercy?"

Luke felt incredibly humiliated and angry, but he was helpless because he knew he was no match for the man before him!

Just as he was about to speak, Qin Ziling interrupted him: "Actually, if we leave you here, that would truly be a permanent solution, don't you think?"

Upon hearing this, Luke's expression changed; it seemed the other party wasn't planning to let him go!

“I can provide you with information on other inbound assassins! Just spare my life!” Luke threw out another bargaining chip.

Qin Ziling laughed: "Alright, alright, do I need you to find out their whereabouts? So, you are of no value to me whatsoever!"

"Fake! I'll fight you to the death!" Luke's face suddenly turned ferocious, and a powerful aura erupted from his body. The next moment, he turned his hands into claws and charged straight at Qin Ziling.

With a sharp glint in its claws and surrounded by special energy, this claw was powerful enough to easily tear a human body apart!

But just as Lukes was about to grab Qin Ziling, the latter suddenly disappeared!

Luke's eyes were filled with horror: "What?!"

"I'm here!" A relaxed voice suddenly came from behind.

Lukes whirled around, but what he saw was a footprint that was gradually growing larger!

bump!

With a scream, Lukes took a kick to the face and flew more than ten meters away!

A crushing defeat without a doubt!

"What level are you exactly?" Lukes coughed up blood, staring at Qin Ziling in shock.

"Rank? Don't use such low-level terms to measure me!" Qin Ziling said leisurely as he walked towards him.

Luke clutched his chest, then suddenly turned and fled, his speed leaving only a blur.

This man was no match for him; if he didn't escape, he would surely die here.

Of course, his idea was obviously unrealistic.

Just as he moved, a whooshing sound suddenly rang out, followed by a muffled thud!

puff!

Luke, who was on the run, paused in mid-air, and a burst of blood erupted from his body before he crashed to the ground!

Poor Luke, the leader of the Blackbirds and an S-class expert, had his heart blown out by a pebble!

The scene suddenly fell silent, with only the suffocating stench of blood carried by the breeze.

After taking down the blackbird, Qin Ziling did not show any signs of relief.

"So many assassins have entered the country, what is China up to?"

He shook his head, turned and left, ignoring the corpses at the scene.

Upon reaching the bridgehead, Qin Ziling gazed into the distance, standing against the wind.

About ten minutes later, he left.

As he was leaving, he received a text message.

...

In the latter half of the night, a certain bridgehead became lively, with sirens blaring and crowds surging.

Under the bridge, several men and women in police uniforms were processing the scene, and a forensic doctor was removing the body.

On a boulder, a middle-aged man with a buzz cut stood with a solemn expression, smoking a cigarette, seemingly lost in thought.

“This case is somewhat similar to the last one. They are both foreign nationals, and it’s worth mentioning that we can’t find any information about their backgrounds,” another middle-aged man with a square face said slowly.

“Without a doubt, they are assassins!” the middle-aged man with the buzz cut said calmly.

"Assassins? Boss, how could there be foreign assassins in Jianghai City?" the square-faced middle-aged man asked in confusion.

"That's the question I wanted to ask too. However, these assassins infiltrated the Dragon Kingdom, so they must all be for the same goal, and they must all have died at the hands of the same person!" The middle-aged man with the buzz cut exhaled smoke, the white mist obscuring his eyes, making him look somewhat deep.

"Hiss! That's a bit tricky. The people who killed them are either extremely powerful assassins, or they're that kind of people!" The square-faced middle-aged man's expression turned serious.

“You’re right. If they really are that kind of person, then there’s nothing we can do to get involved.” The middle-aged man with the buzz cut sighed.

They are all ordinary people. Although they are elite police officers, they only deal with mundane social matters. If it involves martial artists, then it is beyond their reach.

“You are indeed not qualified to intervene.” Suddenly, a clear, cold voice rang out.

Everyone was startled and looked toward the source of the sound.

A man and a woman slowly walked over. Both were dressed in tight-fitting clothes, and their aura was so strong that it inspired awe in those around them.

The man and woman were both probably in their early twenties. The man had a buzz cut and his eyes were cold and arrogant, filled with disdain, as if everyone around him was an ant. The woman had a beautiful face, with short hair that reached only to her shoulders, an oval face, and red lips adorned with lipstick, as elastic as jelly. Her large eyes, which should have been captivating, were filled with frost. She was tall and slender, and her tight-fitting clothes accentuated her alluring figure, with all the curves in the right places.

"Stop! Who are you people!" Two police officers stopped the two men.

The man frowned, somewhat displeased: "Get out of our way! You have no right to stop us!"

"Are you out of your mind? This is a murder scene. You can't come in. Get out now!" a police officer shouted.

The man's lips curled up, and he was about to make a move.

At that moment, a dignified voice rang out: "What's going on?"

A middle-aged man with a buzz cut and a square face are walking by.

"Boss, those two broke into the scene without permission!" a police officer said.

The middle-aged man with the buzz cut looked at the two men and asked, "Who are you people?"

It's strange. Their conversation was a bit far away, but the other person's voice could be clearly heard by them and even answered their questions. That means they heard the conversation, which is normally impossible!

Clearly, these two people are not ordinary people!

The middle-aged man with the buzz cut narrowed his eyes, making some guesses.

The man sneered, "So you're Li Shangshu, the captain of the Jianghai City Public Security Bureau's Special Operations Team?"

The middle-aged man with the buzz cut nodded: "It's me. And who are you?"

The man's lips curled into a haughty smile: "We are here in Jianghai on orders from the Dragon Palace to take over the entry of foreign nationals. From now on, you must cooperate with us!"

Dragon Palace!

The middle-aged man with the buzz cut narrowed his pupils.
