Bai Muyin went to the aquatic product market, found a shop that specialized in selling fish feed, and brought back a truckload of fish feed.
When he got home, Sister Han had already bought him the food.
Bai Muyin gave her an afternoon off, and after everyone left, he ate his meal while waiting for He Wan.
After finishing work in the morning, He Wan symbolically boiled a pot of water, then went to her space and ate a bowl of rice and a stir-fried dish.
Thinking that Bai Muyin should have brought the fish feed back, he took the bowl and went out to take a look.
Sure enough, they saw the truck parked in the garage. After not finding any trace of Sister Han, they boldly went upstairs and found that Bai Muyin was also eating.
He hurriedly took the bowl and sat down, saying, "Thank you, Mr. Bai. I've already put the fish food into my spatial storage."
Bai Muyin nodded and said, "Let's eat together."
"Wow, lobster! I love it! You're welcome!"
Bai Muyin raised an eyebrow first, then smiled and said, "The lobsters that Shushu brought home before, were they for you?"
"Yes, those lobsters are quite delicious and nutritious. I've been fed well by Lao Yun these past two years, and I've grown quite a bit taller."
As He Wan spoke, she put a piece of shrimp into her bowl.
He didn't say anything for a while, so I looked up and found him staring straight at me.
As if he had thought of something, his face instantly turned cold. He slammed the bowl on the table with a loud bang and questioned, "Hey, you surnamed Bai, what kind of look is that? Let me tell you, if you dare to do anything to my old Yun behind my back, I won't let you off the hook. Take that disgusting look off your face."
Bai Muyin was taken aback by her inexplicable behavior. After understanding her meaning, he smiled helplessly: "What are you thinking about all day at such a young age? Weren't people in that era usually quite reserved? You're different."
"Why are you still being so reserved when someone stares at you so rudely? Would you dare to do that if Lao Yun were here?"
"Comrade He Wan, I've noticed that you're a bit narcissistic."
“You…” He Wan glared at him speechlessly, but despite her displeasure, she didn’t stop eating the delicious shrimp in front of her.
Seeing that she was about to touch the bowl in front of her again, Bai Muyin felt sorry for her and quickly asked, "The bowl in your hand is quite pretty."
He Wan's expression stiffened. She tilted her head to look at her bowl and said somewhat awkwardly, "Were you just looking at my bowl?"
What do you think?
He Wan felt like crawling into a hole; if Lao Yun found out, he would definitely laugh at her.
"I also think the pattern on this bowl is beautiful, and the chicken on it is painted very vividly. But I only have two. I gave the other one to my cat, Huahua, as a cat bowl, so I can't give it to you."
Upon hearing this, Bai Muyin coughed twice, almost choking on his food: "What did you say? You gave it to the cat?"
"Oh, what's wrong?" After saying this, He Wan seemed to realize something and belatedly said, "This...this bowl isn't very valuable, is it?"
Where did you get this?
“I collected it in the county town a few days ago. The uncle there piled it up in a bamboo basket like a junk. I thought it was worthless, but I felt sorry for him, so I just picked out two items to exchange for grain.”
After He Wan finished speaking, she hurriedly went to wash the dishes and showed them to Bai Muyin.
Bai Muyin examined it for a long time before saying, "This might be a chicken cup."
"A chicken cup? It looks like a bowl, is it a cup? How much could it be worth?"
“One of the items auctioned on the market last year sold for over 100 million or even 200 million.”
Now it was He Wan's turn to lose her composure. She was so excited that she almost choked on her own saliva: "I'm going!" After saying that, she ran off into the space in a puff of smoke.
