The car was completely dark, and it was tilted to its side towards the driver's seat. Yun Shudai had no idea why Bai Muyin was below her, and why she was now lying on top of him.
At that moment, a remote call came from the car brand inside the car.
"Hello sir, we have received news that your car has been in a serious collision. Are the people in the car alright?"
"Hello, are the people inside alright? Should we call the police?"
After a long while, Yun Shudai finally calmed down and said, "Yes, we need to."
"Madam, how many people are in the car? Do you need an ambulance?"
"Three people need to call the police and get an ambulance."
"Okay, I'll stay on the phone. Please feel free to contact me if you need anything."
"Thanks."
After making contact with the other side, Yun Shudai softly called out to the people below, "Hello, Mr. Bai." Receiving no response, she called again, "Mr. Bai?"
Their car was now overturned, and the space was cramped. She felt her legs were bracing against the window, and just as she was about to move her right leg, she heard Bai Muyin let out a low, muffled groan below.
She froze instantly: "Mr. Bai? Mr. Bai?"
"I am here."
Are you alright?
"Thank goodness...don't move."
"Okay, okay, I won't move." Yun Shudai lay on top of him, listening to his strong heartbeat, strong and warm, and her face unconsciously turned slightly red.
I felt my heart beating faster, so to hide it, I called out to the person in front of me, "Ah Tang."
"Tom...hey, Tom."
Seeing no movement ahead, Bai Muyin grew anxious. A-Tang had been with him for five or six years, and he didn't want anything like this to happen to him: "A-Tang, A-Tang. Wake up... A-Tang."
Bai Muyin called out for a long time before a slow voice came from the front: "Boss."
"Are you alright? Can you move?"
"Thank goodness, you're not crippled. Boss, Miss Yun, are you both alright?"
Bai Muyin secretly breathed a sigh of relief: "Everything is fine."
The group felt like they had escaped a disaster, and outside, many cars had stopped, and people were talking one after another.
Yun Shudai wanted to call for help. She felt that A Tang's condition was more serious than theirs and that they needed to pull him out of the car as soon as possible.
Unfortunately, the space was too small for them to move at all. Yun Shudai thought of the flashlight on her phone, which she could use to call for help.
He gently moved his arm, trying to feel around to see if there was a cell phone.
"What are you doing?" Yun Shudai had just raised her hand when she felt a warm breath on her cheek. She was startled, and her cheeks quickly became hot. "I... I wanted to find my phone to ask for help."
As she spoke, she raised her hand again, and her body moved slightly with her hand movement. Bai Muyin, who was in the darkness, suddenly frowned and hurriedly stepped forward to stop her. Just as he touched her arm, he heard Yun Shudai cry out, "Ah! It hurts! My arm!"
I didn't feel anything at first, but when he touched me lightly, my whole arm felt burning. I quickly touched it with my other hand.
The wet, sticky sensation under her hand made her scream again, quite frightened.
Bai Mu, enduring the pain in his leg, quickly grabbed her hand: "Don't be afraid, it's probably just a shard of glass stuck in your skin, it's not serious."
Bai Muyin wasn't really sure what the situation was with her arms; he was certain that glass shards were embedded in her skin, and there was more than one. All he could do now was comfort her, as girls are often quite delicate, and he wanted to avoid making her anxious.
After a long silence, Bai Muyin thought Yun Shudai had taken his words to heart, but then a few warm, rapid tears suddenly pressed against his chest. After a moment of scrutiny, Bai Muyin finally confirmed, "You cried?"
"It hurts so much."
"...Hang in there, the doctor will be here soon."
After Bai Muyin finished speaking, Yun Shudai seemed to cry even more, her chest was wet and sticky. After hesitating for a long time, she finally dared to gently place her hand on her head, her voice low and pleasant, with a hint of comfort, "Don't cry."
