Sang Jiang looked at what she was holding, then put it back. She walked to the side, washed her hands, and followed Nangong Jin and Su Liangdi.
"Your subject (concubine) greets Father (Emperor)." The three bowed in unison.
"Get up, all of you." The Emperor's tone was tinged with excitement.
Sensing the gazes of the three men, he coughed twice and said, "I have something to discuss with the Crown Prince."
Although he was speaking to Nangong Jin, his gaze kept lingering on Sang Jiang.

He continued to eat the food on his plate with his eyes down.
The Emperor placed the fish he was holding onto his plate and glanced at Nangong Jin: "Consort Su wants to eat this fish."
Nangong Jin raised an eyebrow: "She didn't say."
Feeling the two gazes, Su Liangdi couldn't help but lower her head. She just wanted to eat her meal in peace, why did they have to involve her?
She kicked Sang Jiang twice under the table, pleading for help.
Sang Jiang stopped eating and picked up the piece of fish from her plate, placing it on Sang Jiang's plate: "Eat more fish, it's good."
Su Liangdi glanced gratefully at Sang Jiang, then looked up at the two of them with difficulty: "The princess has already given it to me, this is enough for me."
