"What happened?" Nan Wusi asked, noticing that the guests at the next table looked friendly.
The man was quite talkative and explained directly, "Chef Li came to work again today, so many regular customers came to eat. But a big thing happened in the kitchen. I heard that Chef Li took off his clothes after getting extremely hot, revealing four big characters tattooed on the back of his neck—'Dragon's Homosexuality'."
The man recounted the story vividly, as if he had witnessed it himself. "Everyone in the kitchen saw it. Apparently, there were even faint whip marks under the large characters. Who would have thought that Chef Li was this kind of person?"
"So all these people are just waiting to watch the show? Why is no one eating?" Nan Wusi asked, puzzled.
"How can anyone want to eat food made by such an unclean person? These people are just waiting for Chunfenglou to give them an explanation." The man said this without any concern, as if it were the most natural thing in the world.
Nan Wusi hadn't expected it to have such a huge impact, to be despised by so many people. It seemed Chef Li was ruined. However, even so, Nan Wusi felt little remorse. Such people needed to be dealt with in the same way to make them truly understand the plight of the humiliated.
Finally, Manager Zhao came out to apologize to all the customers, saying that Chef Li had been kicked out of Chunfeng Restaurant, and that all customers who had already ordered food that day would have their meals free.
Nan Wusi was happily eating his meal, but Hu Zi's mother remained in shock and couldn't recover for a long time.
