Xuan Li, standing outside the courtyard, stared in disbelief at Nan Wusi rushing out. "Where did Miss Nan come from?"
After Nan Wusi ran away, Xiao Yi lost interest and followed him ashore.
"Ouch. This little girl really bites hard." Xiao Yi touched his wound.
As he reached for his clothes, he seemed to touch a jade pendant. It was warm to the touch, suggesting it was of high quality, and it even had a faint fragrance, so it must have belonged to a young lady.
"This must be that little girl's," Xiao Yi muttered to himself, but what he didn't notice was that the blood on his hands was being absorbed by the jade pendant.
After slowly getting dressed, he walked out of the courtyard.
"Your Highness, I am willing to accept the punishment." Xuan Li knew that he had failed in his duty today. Fortunately, it was Miss Nan. If it had been any other assassin who had tried to assassinate Your Highness, he would have been beyond redemption.
