The old man looked at Fu Jiu and remembered what Gu Ci had said before. He understood and smiled. "Is this the girl you were talking about?"
Gu Ci looked at Fu Jiu and nodded awkwardly.
The old man smiled with satisfaction: "You have good taste, kid. I like it."
Gu Ci smiled.
Fu Jiu, standing nearby, was stunned. This was Gu Ci's grandfather, so surely that meant Gu Sihan's grandfather. She hadn't expected this was her first time meeting their parents, and they wouldn't even know. With an awkward smile, she greeted them, "Hello, Grandpa. My name is Fu Jiu."
