Chapter 191 Reiner's Gift (1/2)

Reiner was held by Lalith's waist and flew towards the Earth Dragon at a high speed.

Before he got close, he noticed several vortexes of gravel on the ground.

Then sharp stalagmites flew out from it and stabbed at the two of them.

Lalith reacted quickly, twisting Reiner with force and nimbly dodged the stalagmite attack.

But Reiner was not having a good time. The high-speed moving Lalith made him spin 108 times in one second, making him dizzy and seeing stars.

"Let me go. I can't aim."

As soon as she finished speaking, Lalith let go of her hand and the two of them hid behind the barrier.

Stalagmites hit the barrier, causing only slight ripples.

This earth dragon should not be able to penetrate the barrier.

Lailisi explained: "I want to find a suitable angle so that you can use light magic to penetrate two of the hearts at the same time.

What a pity, I've divided too much of my strength. I can't kill this dragon by myself."

"Take your time. It doesn't pose much of a threat to us right now. We have plenty of time to slowly wear it down. Let me test its defenses first."

Reiner clenched his fists, and several stone pillars instantly grew out of the mountains to restrict the movements of the earth dragon.

But its thick and powerful tail, like a stone hammer, swept the surrounding stone pillars and easily shattered them.

Reiner changed his strategy, raised his staff high and began to chant the not-so-skillful rain spell.

In an instant, thick dark clouds gathered over the valley, and raindrops as big as beans hit the barrier.

A burst of white smoke rose from the earth dragon's burnt red scales, followed by a crisp sound.

Reiner blew away the thick steam in front of him and found that the scales on the earth dragon's back had cracked, revealing pink tender flesh.

Tiny milky white scales, like stalagmites breaking through the soil, are emerging from the skin and flesh little by little.

Reiner seized the opportunity, and after a brief charge of energy, he used the Blazing Sun Spear, which pierced the earth dragon's flesh but did not completely penetrate it.

The earth dragon cried miserably, twisting its not-so-flexible body to try to escape.

This guy is really thick-skinned.

The elf flew over on Martina's shoulders. She shouted impatiently, "Reiner, don't let him get away! Dragons always hold grudges. You beat it up so badly, it will definitely take revenge on the nearby towns!"

Reiner knew he couldn't let it go.

He slammed his staff to the ground and then cast an earthquake spell.

The earth dragon instantly sank into a quagmire and began to struggle hard.

However, this guy is huge in size, and this small piece of quagmire can only temporarily restrict its movements, and it is impossible to completely control it at all.

"Martina, help me create opportunities. Lelith, let's find his weaknesses!"

"What about me?" Aliana stood there pitifully, holding the staff.

"Find a safe place to hide and gather strength, waiting for the pointer to attack with us, and then destroy the three hearts of the earth dragon."

Martina wondered, "Why don't you let me do this?"

"Because it takes time for the Pokémon to charge, she can only kill with one strike, and can't continuously cover us." Reiner patted her shoulder and said solemnly, "This task of covering us must be given to a strong female!"

Martina rubbed her head and said with a silly smile, "Hahahaha... So that's how it is. There's really nothing we can do about it."

Aliana murmured quietly, "But I don't know where its heart is."

Reiner said patiently, like an old father, "I'll find a way to mark it when the time comes. Don't release it too early or too late. Pay attention to my instructions."
