Chapter 270 The Persistent Elf (2/2)

Reiner, who had studied in the ruins for five days, had not had much rest to begin with. After coming out, he was tortured by the sudden attack of Gosol.

I was thinking that I could take a nap with the kitten in my arms at night, but I didn't expect the elf to come.

Nora had just finished taking a shower and was planning to go to bed, but when she opened the door, she saw the elf. She didn't say anything, but turned around and went to the next room to find Daisy.

Reiner looked at Aliana who was sleeping beside him and sighed slowly.

He planned to go to Martina's room to sleep, as she probably wasn't awake yet at this hour.

Before leaving, he tentatively called out, "Lady Serena?"

Sure enough, her voice came quickly: "I'm here."

Reiner sighed.

He thought for a moment, then pointed at Aliana, who was sleeping beside him, and asked doubtfully, "What should I do? I can't persuade her."

Serena fell silent.

After a while, she slowly spoke: "Then please play house with her and put on a show."

Reiner sighed, "So what exactly do I do?"

Selena said without hesitation: "Just pretend to agree. I believe you are a man of measure, at least towards Aliana."

Of course, ordinary potatoes are not on Reiner's menu at all.

Unless one day in the future, she evolves into a figure like Nora or Martina.

Reiner gently pushed her hand away and tiptoed out the door.

As soon as he went out, he saw Uma Musume.

She leaned against the stone wall outside the door, squinting her eyes and looking at Reiner.

Reiner asked knowingly, "What? What's wrong?"

"What's wrong? How could you even harm Aliana?"

Reiner tilted his head, helplessly saying, "God knows what I'm doing. I didn't do anything yesterday, and this guy just fucked me all night long."

Martina was skeptical: "Really?"

She inched closer, her eyes wide open as she carefully observed Reiner's micro-expressions.

"Nonsense, how could I lie to you?" Reiner reached out and pinched her cheek, then asked, "Why are you up so early? It's just dawn."

"I'm planning to do some morning exercises. I went through so much trouble yesterday, but I only managed to injure the demon. It healed quickly. I'm still too weak. I need to get stronger."

Lelith said that it might take a long time for the Fiery Spear to charge up its power to hurt Gosol, but Martina could cut her.

But the cost is huge.

If Reiner hadn't had the holy water nearby, Martina might have killed herself on the spot.

"You are not allowed to use the lightning armor from yesterday anymore."

Martina nodded slightly: "Of course, I'm not stupid. If I hadn't heard from Laelisse that you were attacked by a demon, I wouldn't have used it.

That was my ultimate move, and when I used it, I was determined to die."

Reiner was silent.

A moment later he elbowed Martina twice.

"You should have listened to me, not act rashly, and wait for the elves' reinforcements to arrive."

Martina shook her head. "That's not true. I was in a hurry and couldn't think too much."

Reiner sighed, reached out and scratched Martina's pony ears, then pulled her into the room.

"Rest with me for a while, I'm not sleepy anymore."

Martina was slightly stunned, then suddenly asked, "Well... Gosol is dead now, can we still have children? I'm almost sick from holding it in for a while."

"Of course, but let me rest for a while today. I'm so tired."

"Um……"
