Chapter 335 Northgard Warrior (1/2)

Reiner felt that it would be enough to bring only Lelith with him.

Whenever he met a guard along the way, the demon only needed to glance at him, and the guards would be bewitched and stand there motionless, without any power to resist.

Following Lalith to the depths of the dungeon, I heard a quarrel coming from inside before I got close.

"Are you getting senile? You're risking your entire family on a random comment? I'd rather just rebuild the city in your fiefdom..."

Reiner had never heard of this voice before. It might be one of Junice's aunts or uncles.

"Our family has fallen on hard times. Losing this town will only make things more difficult. I struggled for a long time before making this choice..."

Another young voice sounded, sounding like Yule: "Uncle Alred, you haven't seen Reiner's strength. He can move a mountain."

"What's so difficult about this? Taking a few thousand slaves and moving them away in a few years, is that difficult?"

Harold said, "You don't understand Yule. He said a moment."

"What are you talking about?"

Reiner listened for a while and then pushed the door open.

The prisoners here heard the creaking sound of the wooden door and stopped talking in an instant. They all lowered their heads and sat on the hay.

Mrs. Isabel, who was imprisoned in a corner, was the first to discover Reiner. She lived in the same cell with Ivana and Pamela.

Everyone else could understand, but Rainer didn't expect Pamela to be there too.

Isabel rubbed her eyes in disbelief, then shouted, "Lord Reiner!"

Hearing the sound, the others looked up.

Harold quickly stood up and pressed himself against the iron fence, shouting, "Master Reiner! Are you here to save me?"

Reiner looked around and was speechless at the question. "Of course, aren't you here for tourism? Come with me to my place."

He raised his staff, and an invisible gust of wind instantly cut through the surrounding iron fences, and Harold and the others were free.

Reiner roughly counted and found that there were about twenty people, including men, women, young and old.

He turned to Harold and asked, "Are all the Poitou family members here? Are there any who are left behind? If not, we will retreat."

Harold nodded. "It's all here, Master Reiner."

The demihumans made them line up, and then they put their arms around the shoulders of the people around them.

Just then, impatient voices appeared in the team.

"Don't touch me slave."

Reiner leaned back slightly and glanced sideways.

It turned out to be Yule's so-called uncle, Alred, who seemed unhappy about being commanded by a demihuman.

The one who was yelled at was a dog-like demihuman. She was startled and looked at Lelith and Reiner helplessly with her ears drooping.

Reiner walked up to Alred and said in a kind tone, "If I remember correctly, your name should be Alred, right?"

Alred glanced at Reiner, then at the ferocious-looking Lelith, took a step back in fear, and then nodded.

Reiner spoke slowly, "I hope you can understand that in the Kingdom of Northgard, demihumans are not slaves. You can call them Northgard warriors or Northgard people. Do you understand?"

Lailisi stared at him with a cold tone, "Why are you looking at me? Is there something on my face? Can't you hear my master talking to you?"
