Chapter 383 Good Temper (2/2)

After saying that, he continued to help the Night Shadow Tree in front of him grow, while secretly glancing at Luminilla beside him.

This figure is really strong...

As he looked, Reiner caught a glimpse of a shadow swaying in the depths of the woods.

Looking closely, I found that two night elves were ready to throw stones at Luminilla.

Luminila squatted on the ground, looking at the Night Shadow Tree in front of her thoughtfully, and didn't notice that she was about to eat the stone.

Stones flew towards him, and Reiner immediately used a wind wall to block the heavy stones.

Luminila heard a clang and stood up as if awakened from a dream.

Seeing that the situation was not good, the two night elves turned around and ran, disappearing into the forest in a flash.

"Stop!" Several guards chased after him.

Luminila's mood fluctuated slightly, and she seemed a little sad, but she didn't say much.

"Do you know them?"

Luminilla nodded: "Yes, we are friends."

"Which friend threw stones at you?" Reiner was speechless.

He looked deep into the forest and saw that the two night elves had been captured by the guards and were being brought towards them.

The Whisperer Elf said angrily, "What a pair of ungrateful fellows! Throwing rocks at us is one thing, but they're actually helping the Nightshade Tree grow. Are all of you Night Elves like this?"

One night elf lowered his head and said nothing, while the other night elf cursed at Luminira with an expressionless face: "We don't need the traitor's help. Daenerys should have listened to me and killed her..."

Reiner looked carefully at the night elf in front of him.

Suddenly I felt that she seemed familiar.

It seems that she was also present when Deniera snatched the moon fat and distributed it.

Reiner couldn't help but say, "Forget it. You can't even stand here and throw rocks thanks to Luminira. You can't even beat me, and you want to cross the barrier and wreak havoc on the dryads? If I hadn't knocked you out, you'd have been chopped to pieces the moment you passed the barrier."

"You attacked us by surprise."

Reiner was speechless for a moment. He felt that the night elf he was speaking to was not sure of his own worth.

Although the ability of invisibility is indeed difficult to deal with, they cannot hide and disappear like Nora. If the range of destruction is not considered, there is a way to deal with them.

"I could have just beaten you without a surprise attack. If there weren't so many trees around, none of your companions would have been able to escape."

The night elf in front of him frowned.

"Why, you don't believe it?"

Reiner used wind magic to pluck a few Night Shadow Leaves and waved them in front of the night elf. "I heard your moon becomes more powerful if you expose it to the sun too much. How about letting me try and see how powerful it is?"

The night elf looked up at the Whisperer, as if asking for permission.

"I think we should just forget it. His Majesty said there's no human magician more powerful than him. Your little tricks might work against ordinary guards, but they won't be enough to bully anyone more powerful."

Luminilla gently tugged at Reiner's clothes and whispered, "Forget it..."

Reiner put the moon fat into the storage space. The Whisperer Elf exclaimed, then took the two night elves away.

Beside her, Luminilla breathed a sigh of relief.

Reiner glanced at her and shook his head helplessly: "You have a really bad temper. How can you not be angry about this?"

Luminilla squatted with her back to Reiner, buried the two stones in the pit, and replied softly, "Actually, I didn't know what to do at the time, and I subconsciously felt that coming to you was the right thing to do..."
